背景技術:
1、反(fan)芻動物(wu)畜產品(pin),由于蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)飼料(liao)資源緊缺,有關反(fan)芻動物(wu)蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)的營養研究(jiu)逐(zhu)漸成為熱點(dian);對于反(fan)芻動物(wu)來說,進入(ru)瘤胃(wei)(wei)后的蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)大多數在瘤胃(wei)(wei)內被降(jiang)解(jie)(jie),稱為瘤胃(wei)(wei)降(jiang)解(jie)(jie)蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai),并合成菌(jun)體蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai),只有一部分通過(guo)瘤胃(wei)(wei)達到小(xiao)(xiao)腸(chang)后被吸收,稱為過(guo)瘤胃(wei)(wei)蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai),因而(er)造成部分蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)不(bu)能(neng)通過(guo)瘤胃(wei)(wei)而(er)被降(jiang)解(jie)(jie);如果飼料(liao)中(zhong)(zhong)蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)的可溶性(xing)較低或者不(bu)可溶,蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)在瘤胃(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)的降(jiang)解(jie)(jie)速率會降(jiang)低,從而(er)通過(guo)瘤胃(wei)(wei)達到小(xiao)(xiao)腸(chang)的蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)白(bai)質(zhi)就(jiu)會增多。
2、氨(an)(an)基(ji)酸(suan)是動物(wu)(wu)生(sheng)(sheng)長發育和(he)生(sheng)(sheng)產過(guo)程中必不可少(shao)的元素,動物(wu)(wu)氨(an)(an)基(ji)酸(suan)很大一部分來(lai)源于飼(si)(si)料(liao)蛋白,尤(you)其是快速生(sheng)(sheng)長和(he)泌乳期的反芻(chu)動物(wu)(wu)對(dui)于氨(an)(an)基(ji)酸(suan)的需(xu)求量(liang)更大,而有效提(ti)高氨(an)(an)基(ji)酸(suan)水(shui)平(ping)的方法就是增加過(guo)瘤胃(wei)蛋白,過(guo)瘤胃(wei)蛋白還能(neng)減少(shao)豆(dou)粕等優質蛋白飼(si)(si)料(liao)的浪費,提(ti)高生(sheng)(sheng)產性能(neng),降低環境污染的目的,因此,開發反芻(chu)動物(wu)(wu)過(guo)瘤胃(wei)蛋白飼(si)(si)料(liao)對(dui)于反芻(chu)動物(wu)(wu)的養殖具有重要意義(yi)。

技術實現思路
1、針對上述情況,為克(ke)服現有技(ji)術的缺陷,本發明提出了(le)一種復配(pei)型過瘤胃蛋白飼料,包(bao)括如下重量份的組分:植物復配(pei)蛋白營養(yang)顆(ke)粒30-50份,疏水性腸(chang)道靶向保(bao)護膜(mo)20-30份。
2、所述疏水性腸道(dao)靶向保護膜,包括如下(xia)重量份(fen)的組分:玉米醇(chun)溶蛋白8-15份(fen),馬鈴薯(shu)淀粉(fen)15-30份(fen),二氫楊(yang)梅素3-5份(fen)。
3、所述植物復配蛋白營養顆(ke)粒是先以(yi)脫脂豆(dou)餅為(wei)主(zhu)原料,通過(guo)萃取、協同葡(pu)萄糖擠壓膨化處理得到(dao)優質的大豆(dou)過(guo)瘤胃蛋白,再以(yi)花生粕為(wei)副(fu)原料采用菌酶合作固態發酵得到(dao)小分(fen)子物質,然后兩者搭(da)配植酸酶,使用濕法制(zhi)粒技術制(zhi)備得到(dao)顆(ke)粒飼料。
4、所述(shu)植物(wu)復配蛋(dan)白營養顆粒的制(zhi)備方法,具體包括以下(xia)步驟:
5、(1)將(jiang)脫(tuo)脂(zhi)豆(dou)餅(bing)(bing)100g加(jia)(jia)入(ru)300-400ml質(zhi)(zhi)量分數(shu)為80%的乙醇溶液(ye)中進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)萃(cui)取(qu)(qu),豆(dou)粕的營(ying)養(yang)價(jia)值高(gao)且適口(kou)性較好,不易變質(zhi)(zhi),是一種(zhong)優(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)的植物源(yuan)蛋(dan)白(bai)飼(si)料,萃(cui)取(qu)(qu)溫(wen)度70-80℃,萃(cui)取(qu)(qu)時間3-4h,過(guo)濾,去(qu)除上清(qing)液(ye),上清(qing)液(ye)濃縮得到的大豆(dou)糖(tang)蜜(mi)待用,收集改性脫(tuo)脂(zhi)豆(dou)餅(bing)(bing),通過(guo)乙醇溶液(ye)浸泡萃(cui)取(qu)(qu)去(qu)除大豆(dou)低聚糖(tang)和非營(ying)養(yang)物質(zhi)(zhi),提(ti)高(gao)大豆(dou)蛋(dan)白(bai)含量,向改性脫(tuo)脂(zhi)豆(dou)餅(bing)(bing)中加(jia)(jia)入(ru)20-30ml質(zhi)(zhi)量分數(shu)為3-4%的葡萄糖(tang)溶液(ye),混(hun)合均勻,采(cai)用同向嚙(nie)合雙螺(luo)旋擠壓(ya)機對(dui)混(hun)合物料進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)擠壓(ya)膨(peng)(peng)化,喂(wei)料螺(luo)桿轉速(su)60-80rpm,喂(wei)料段溫(wen)度40-50℃,混(hun)合段溫(wen)度80-90℃,蒸煮段、熔融段和膨(peng)(peng)化模頭溫(wen)度110-120℃,擠出,葡萄糖(tang)的加(jia)(jia)入(ru)增加(jia)(jia)了擠壓(ya)膨(peng)(peng)化過(guo)程中美(mei)拉德(de)反應的程度,促進(jin)(jin)了豆(dou)餅(bing)(bing)優(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)蛋(dan)白(bai)的過(guo)瘤胃和小(xiao)腸消化吸收,得到大豆(dou)過(guo)瘤胃蛋(dan)白(bai);
6、(2)將1g枯(ku)草芽孢(bao)桿(gan)(gan)菌(jun)接種到(dao)lb培(pei)養(yang)基(ji)中進行(xing)活化,37℃搖床培(pei)養(yang)1-2d后(hou)(hou),菌(jun)懸液(ye)的活菌(jun)數為3×109cfu/ml,將500g花生(sheng)(sheng)粕(po)(po)(po)加入300-400ml純(chun)水,攪拌,120℃滅菌(jun)處理,冷卻至室溫(wen)后(hou)(hou)加入接種量(liang)1%的枯(ku)草芽孢(bao)桿(gan)(gan)菌(jun)菌(jun)懸液(ye)以及6-10g復合酶,在35-37℃條件下進行(xing)36-72h厭氧(yang)發(fa)酵,通過微生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)和(he)酶的共(gong)同作用可(ke)實現花生(sheng)(sheng)粕(po)(po)(po)中營養(yang)物(wu)質(zhi)的降解(jie),生(sheng)(sheng)成多肽及低分子多糖等有(you)益產物(wu),不僅有(you)助于提升花生(sheng)(sheng)粕(po)(po)(po)的品(pin)質(zhi),還能有(you)效提高其利用率,得(de)到(dao)花生(sheng)(sheng)粕(po)(po)(po)發(fa)酵營養(yang)物(wu);
7、(3)將步驟(zou)(1)所(suo)述(shu)的大豆(dou)過瘤(liu)胃蛋白與步驟(zou)(2)所(suo)述(shu)的花(hua)生粕發酵營(ying)(ying)養(yang)物混(hun)合均勻(yun),加入3-8g植酸酶,然后轉移至(zhi)濕法制(zhi)粒(li)機中,以步驟(zou)(1)所(suo)述(shu)的大豆(dou)糖(tang)蜜(mi)作為粘合劑,噴(pen)漿壓力0.2-1.0mpa,混(hun)合轉速60-100rpm,混(hun)合時間2-4min,制(zhi)粒(li)轉速1000-2000rpm,制(zhi)粒(li)時間60-90s,顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)狀(zhuang)飼(si)料(liao)具(ju)有(you)過瘤(liu)胃比(bi)例高的特性,有(you)助于反芻動(dong)物更有(you)效的消化和吸收飼(si)料(liao)中的營(ying)(ying)養(yang)成分,顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)飼(si)料(liao)還(huan)避免了飼(si)料(liao)的分級(ji),減少(shao)動(dong)物的挑(tiao)食問題,從而(er)減少(shao)浪費,顆(ke)(ke)粒(li)飼(si)料(liao)硬度(du)高、穩定性好,便于貯存,干燥,得到植物復配蛋白營(ying)(ying)養(yang)顆(ke)(ke)粒(li);
