2、根據功率(lv)公式p=i2r=u2/r可以(yi)看出(chu),恒(heng)功率(lv)的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻r的(de)(de)穩定性要求很(hen)高,當一個負載的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可變且缺乏(fa)規范時(shi),如加熱(re)器(qi)在加熱(re)過(guo)程中(zhong),冷態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻會(hui)變化的(de)(de)情況下,僅靠(kao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)負載電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)流再配合加熱(re)器(qi)出(chu)廠提供的(de)(de)冷態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)來實(shi)現恒(heng)功率(lv)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)是不可靠(kao)的(de)(de),同時(shi)具(ju)有(you)風險和很(hen)大安全隱患。上述恒(heng)功率(lv)加熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)需要的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信號也偏多,設(she)計復雜,不利于集成電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)設(she)計。


技術實現思路

1、針對現有(you)技術的(de)不足,現提供(gong)一種pwm電(dian)源信號(hao)供(gong)電(dian)的(de)恒功(gong)率(lv)驅動(dong)電(dian)路裝置,可(ke)以同時(shi)獲取(qu)電(dian)源信號(hao)和控(kong)制信號(hao)來進(jin)行恒功(gong)率(lv)控(kong)制,避免出現負載阻值偏差(cha)較大時(shi)無法保持(chi)恒功(gong)率(lv)狀態的(de)現象,同時(shi)簡化電(dian)路設計,控(kong)制精度高。
