技術實現思路

1、為了解決背景技(ji)術中存在的問題(ti),本發(fa)明提出(chu)了一種用于雙控epb?h橋驅動信號切換的電路(lu)和方法。

23、以上(shang)操作(zuo)使(shi)得(de)h橋驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)信號(hao)(hao)經傳遞(di)到(dao)駐(zhu)車(che)h橋預驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)芯片u7,進而控制駐(zhu)車(che)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)h橋電路的動(dong)作(zuo),而備(bei)份部分中,因驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)信號(hao)(hao)無法加載(zai)到(dao)駐(zhu)車(che)h橋預驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)芯片u7上(shang),故不會干擾主(zhu)控單(dan)元的正常動(dong)作(zuo);

26、當主控(kong)微控(kong)芯片mcu1工作異常無法發出h橋驅動(dong)信號時,pb0引腳發出低(di)電平,備份(fen)微控(kong)芯片mcu2的pb0引腳發出高電平,此時三極管q2導通,三極管q3關斷,使(shi)得電源vcc2加載到vcc上;

27、備份微控芯片mcu2的(de)s_state接口(kou)/pp2引(yin)腳(jiao)輸出(chu)高電平(ping),此時驅動(dong)信(xin)號切(qie)換芯片u4的(de)s引(yin)腳(jiao)接收到高電平(ping),使得(de)驅動(dong)信(xin)號切(qie)換芯片u4的(de)1b1引(yin)腳(jiao)接口(kou)與1a引(yin)腳(jiao)接口(kou)不(bu)連通,驅動(dong)信(xin)號切(qie)換芯片u4的(de)2b1引(yin)腳(jiao)接口(kou)與2a引(yin)腳(jiao)接口(kou)不(bu)連通;

28、驅動信號切(qie)(qie)換芯(xin)片u4的1b2引腳(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)(jie)口與1a引腳(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)(jie)口連通(tong),驅動信號切(qie)(qie)換芯(xin)片u4的2b2引腳(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)(jie)口與2a引腳(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)(jie)口連通(tong)。
