進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步地,當波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)臺100中的(de)活(huo)動(dong)板(ban)130運動(dong)時,改變了(le)分別設(she)(she)置在第一(yi)(yi)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)空(kong)間151的(de)波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)和設(she)(she)置在第二測(ce)試(shi)(shi)空(kong)間152的(de)波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)體積,隨著活(huo)動(dong)板(ban)130的(de)運動(dong),一(yi)(yi)個波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)管(guan)道內壓(ya)力的(de)增加(jia)等(deng)于另一(yi)(yi)個波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)管(guan)道內壓(ya)力的(de)減少,相比現有(you)技術中的(de)波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)系統200,這樣的(de)設(she)(she)計大大減少了(le)對(dui)供(gong)壓(ya)力氣體通(tong)過的(de)氣道的(de)要求,方便了(le)制(zhi)造和加(jia)工。

當波(bo)紋(wen)管測(ce)試(shi)臺(tai)100開始工作(zuo)后(hou),通過設置在測(ce)試(shi)臺(tai)上的(de)計數(shu)器(qi)220就(jiu)可以測(ce)得波(bo)紋(wen)管壓縮和/或拉伸的(de)次(ci)數(shu)了,進而(er)得到波(bo)紋(wen)管的(de)疲勞壽命。

這里需要說明的是:

第一支撐板110上的(de)圓孔(kong)在測試過程中被堵(du)頭密封,在測試完成后打開堵(du)頭則可(ke)以方便(bian)地泄壓。
