背景技術:
嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)是一種為(wei)嬰(ying)(ying)兒戶外活動提供便利而設計的工具車(che)。為(wei)了防止嬰(ying)(ying)兒使用(yong)嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)時(shi)發(fa)生不(bu)(bu)安全(quan)的事故(gu),嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)的手把(ba)要保證具有(you)很好的強度,以(yi)保證在使用(yong)嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)時(shi),不(bu)(bu)會(hui)因為(wei)嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)手把(ba)的損(sun)壞(huai)導(dao)致意外的發(fa)生。為(wei)此,各(ge)個國(guo)家(jia)對(dui)嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)的檢測制定(ding)了相關標準(zhun),特別是對(dui)嬰(ying)(ying)兒車(che)的手把(ba)強度測試尤其嚴格。
國家(jia)強(qiang)制性標準GB14748-2006兒(er)(er)童推車(che)安全要(yao)求自(zi)2007年(nian)1月1日正式(shi)實施(shi),要(yao)求對(dui)各類型推車(che)的手把強(qiang)度進行(xing)強(qiang)度測(ce)試,根據(ju)上述新標準,在兒(er)(er)童推車(che)中放置(zhi)適當(dang)負(fu)荷,讓兒(er)(er)童推車(che)在受控的方(fang)式(shi)下,交替抬升或降低(di)手把以使前(qian)輪(lun)和后(hou)輪(lun)依次被抬高120±10mm,并(bing)以15±2循環(huan)/分鐘的頻率試驗800次。對(dui)于可換向(xiang)的手把,試驗應(ying)在每一方(fang)向(xiang)下各進行(xing)400次。
目前,用(yong)于測試(shi)兒童推(tui)車(che)手(shou)把強度的專用(yong)設備(bei)結構復(fu)雜,生產成本(ben)大(da),測試(shi)需要(yao)人(ren)工手(shou)動進(jin)行,測試(shi)人(ren)員的工作(zuo)強度大(da),動作(zuo)頻率、車(che)輪提升高度均難以(yi)準(zhun)確(que)把握(wo),測試(shi)效(xiao)率低下,準(zhun)確(que)性(xing)不高。
因此(ci),亟(ji)需一種結構簡單、生產(chan)成本低、能夠實現自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)的手把強度(du)測試裝(zhuang)置。
