背景技術:

單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地故障(zhang)是10kV 輸配電(dian)(dian)網最為常見的故障(zhang)類型, 單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地后引(yin)起系統零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)壓升高(gao), 運行中(zhong)曾(ceng)多次(ci)出現由于線(xian)路(lu)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地引(yin)起相(xiang)(xiang)鄰變(bian)壓器中(zhong)性點(dian)間隙擊穿導致繼電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護失(shi)去選(xuan)擇性的案例。目前具(ju)備供電(dian)(dian)兼零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)壓測量(liang)功(gong)能的主(zhu)要為三相(xiang)(xiang)一體式電(dian)(dian)磁式電(dian)(dian)壓互感器。

電磁式(shi)電壓互感器的阻(zu)抗(kang)很小,一(yi)旦副(fu)邊發生短路,電流將急劇增長而燒(shao)毀線圈(quan)。為此,零序電壓互感器的原(yuan)邊接有(you)熔(rong)斷器,副(fu)邊二次電壓回路有(you)一(yi)相須可靠接地,以(yi)免原(yuan)、副(fu)邊絕(jue)緣(yuan)損毀時(shi),副(fu)邊出現對地高電位而造(zao)成人身和(he)設備事故。

存在(zai)鐵心飽和諧(xie)振過電(dian)壓(ya)問(wen)題。由于我國10kV 配電(dian)網(wang)主要是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)不接地(di)( 或(huo)經消弧線圈接地(di)) 系統,除了變電(dian)站(zhan)母線上安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)一(yi)臺三相五柱式(shi)電(dian)磁式(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)互(hu)感器( 原邊繞組中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)接地(di)),一(yi)般不允(yun)許在(zai)配電(dian)線路(lu)上大(da)量安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)接地(di)的電(dian)磁式(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)互(hu)感器,以避免因(yin)多個中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性點(dian)接地(di)而引(yin)起(qi)線路(lu)諧(xie)振過電(dian)壓(ya)事故。

在實際應用時,線(xian)路開關配套的饋線(xian)終(zhong)端單元(FTU)、開閉所終(zhong)端單元(DTU)、故障電流指示(shi)裝置(FCI) 等故障檢測裝置只(zhi)能通(tong)過零序電流互(hu)感器的電流大(da)小來判斷接地故障,測量不到零序電壓,計算不出零序電流的方向,容易誤報警(jing)或漏報警(jing),準(zhun)確性(xing)不高。



技術實現要素:

為了(le)克服上述現有技術的(de)不足,本實用(yong)新(xin)型提(ti)供了(le)一(yi)種無需(xu)使用(yong)者貼近墻(qiang)面或門面就可以直觀,清晰的(de)觀察到所需(xu)位置或空(kong)間的(de)情況的(de)戶外型供電(dian)(dian)兼零序電(dian)(dian)壓測量裝置。

為了實(shi)現(xian)上述(shu)目的,本實(shi)用(yong)新型采用(yong)的技術方案是:

作為上述(shu)方案的進(jin)一步改進(jin),所述(shu)固(gu)封底座的下表面(mian)設(she)置有(you)第一低(di)壓(ya)端(duan)(duan)子(zi),第二低(di)壓(ya)端(duan)(duan)子(zi),第三低(di)壓(ya)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)與第四低(di)壓(ya)端(duan)(duan)子(zi)。

作為上(shang)述方案的(de)進(jin)一步改進(jin),所(suo)述單相PT設(she)置有高壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)A、高壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)B、低(di)壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)A和(he)(he)(he)低(di)壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)B,所(suo)述高壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)A和(he)(he)(he)高壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)B分別(bie)連(lian)接至所(suo)述熔(rong)管A和(he)(he)(he)熔(rong)管B的(de)輸入端,所(suo)述低(di)壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)A和(he)(he)(he)低(di)壓(ya)線(xian)(xian)圈抽(chou)(chou)頭(tou)(tou)B分別(bie)與所(suo)述第(di)三低(di)壓(ya)端子和(he)(he)(he)第(di)四低(di)壓(ya)端子連(lian)接。

作為上(shang)述(shu)方案(an)的進(jin)一步改進(jin),所述(shu)固(gu)封底(di)座(zuo)的下(xia)表面設置(zhi)有安(an)裝(zhuang)座(zuo)。
