本發明涉及陶粒(li),具體(ti)涉及一種多功能梅花形沸(fei)石尾礦輕質通孔陶粒(li)的生產方法。
背景技術:
在水質凈化過濾處理工(gong)藝中,需(xu)要使(shi)用(yong)(yong)大量的陶粒(li)(li)濾料,傳統(tong)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的陶粒(li)(li)濾料是(shi)采用(yong)(yong)陶土(tu)、粘土(tu)和(he)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰等(deng)原(yuan)料,經造粒(li)(li)后(hou)高(gao)溫燒結而成。培(pei)育或種植各種苗(miao)木、花草(cao)和(he)蔬菜時,也常采用(yong)(yong)粉(fen)煤(mei)灰陶粒(li)(li)、粘土(tu)陶粒(li)(li)、頁(ye)巖陶粒(li)(li)和(he)花卉陶粒(li)(li)作為無土(tu)栽培(pei)基質。
粉煤(mei)灰(hui)陶(tao)粒(li)、粘土陶(tao)粒(li)和頁巖陶(tao)粒(li)是一(yi)種人造(zao)輕集(ji)料,采用(yong)優質黏土、頁巖或(huo)粉煤(mei)灰(hui)為主要原料,通過(guo)回轉窯(yao)高溫(wen)焙燒,經膨(peng)化而成,由于其內部呈蜂窩狀(zhuang)結構,因而具有輕質、高強、導熱系數低、吸水率小等特點,(詳見國家標準:GB/T 17431.1-2010 輕集(ji)料及(ji)其試驗方法)。
由于(yu)人造(zao)(zao)輕集料經過(guo)高溫焙燒后,其表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)形成一層釉質,雖然人造(zao)(zao)輕集料內部呈蜂(feng)窩(wo)狀結(jie)構的(de)微(wei)孔(kong),但是,內部蜂(feng)窩(wo)狀結(jie)構的(de)微(wei)孔(kong)是一種(zhong)(zhong)閉口孔(kong),蜂(feng)窩(wo)狀結(jie)構的(de)微(wei)孔(kong)不(bu)僅彼此(ci)之(zhi)間不(bu)連通,而(er)且(qie)與外界(jie)相隔(ge)絕,吸水(shui)(shui)率較(jiao)低,人造(zao)(zao)輕集料內部幾乎不(bu)含有水(shui)(shui)分(fen),將人造(zao)(zao)輕集料放進(jin)水(shui)(shui)體(ti)中(zhong),只能漂浮(fu)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)的(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian),因此(ci),人造(zao)(zao)輕集料只能撒在土(tu)壤的(de)表(biao)(biao)層,做(zuo)為一種(zhong)(zhong)裝飾,并不(bu)能直接用(yong)于(yu)種(zhong)(zhong)植各種(zhong)(zhong)苗木、花卉和蔬菜等(deng)植物,也不(bu)適用(yong)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)質凈化(hua)過(guo)濾處(chu)理工(gong)藝中(zhong)。

由于圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)球形(xing)(xing)(xing)顆粒內部結構非常密實(shi),大(da)大(da)減(jian)少(shao)了(le)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)球形(xing)(xing)(xing)顆粒有效的(de)比表面積,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)球形(xing)(xing)(xing)顆粒的(de)比重(zhong)和堆積密度都比較大(da)。
經過焙燒(shao)后(hou)的圓球形陶粒內部(bu)結構更加(jia)緊密(mi),雖然(ran)焙燒(shao)后(hou)的圓球形陶粒強度比較(jiao)(jiao)高,但是更加(jia)造成了(le)(le)有效(xiao)比表面積(ji)大(da)幅(fu)度的減小,比重和(he)堆積(ji)密(mi)度仍然(ran)是比較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),從而大(da)大(da)降低了(le)(le)圓球形陶粒的吸附、凈(jing)化、過濾能力和(he)吸水(shui)率。
圓球形陶粒在焙燒過程中(zhong),陶粒內部(bu)很難能完(wan)全(quan)燒透,將(jiang)沒(mei)有燒透的圓球形陶粒放入水(shui)中(zhong)會產生(sheng)爆裂和崩解,直接影響到水(shui)質凈化(hua)過濾效果。
經多(duo)次抽樣測試:市場上銷售的人造輕集(ji)料平(ping)均(jun)(jun)堆積密(mi)度≥800kg/m3,平(ping)均(jun)(jun)吸水率(lv)(lv)≤18%,圓球形凹(ao)凸(tu)棒花(hua)卉陶粒平(ping)均(jun)(jun)堆積密(mi)度≥850kg/m3,平(ping)均(jun)(jun)吸水率(lv)(lv)≤50%,凹(ao)凸(tu)棒陶粒濾(lv)料平(ping)均(jun)(jun)堆積密(mi)度≥950kg/m3,平(ping)均(jun)(jun)吸水率(lv)(lv)≤40%。
相比之下,這(zhe)幾種(zhong)陶粒的(de)堆積(ji)密(mi)度(du)都比較(jiao)大,造成有效的(de)比表(biao)面積(ji)比較(jiao)小(xiao),吸水(shui)率比較(jiao)低,用(yong)戶希望能發(fa)明一種(zhong)吸附效果好(hao)、過(guo)濾速度(du)快(kuai)、堆積(ji)密(mi)度(du)≤800kg/m3和吸水(shui)率≥65%的(de)輕質(zhi)陶粒,以適用(yong)于水(shui)質(zhi)凈化過(guo)濾、土壤(rang)修復和各種(zhong)綠化工程。
我國礦(kuang)產資源80%為(wei)共(gong)伴生礦(kuang),大量有(you)價值的磷、鉀(jia)和(he)微量元素存(cun)留(liu)于(yu)尾礦(kuang)之(zhi)中,尾礦(kuang)堆存(cun)需要(yao)占(zhan)用大量土地,很多尾礦(kuang)庫(ku)超(chao)期或超(chao)負荷使用,甚至違規(gui)操(cao)作,使尾礦(kuang)庫(ku)存(cun)在極大的安全隱患(huan),對周(zhou)邊地區(qu)的人民財(cai)產和(he)生命(ming)安全造成嚴重威脅。
目前沸石主要是用于生產水泥,很多不符合水泥廠(chang)質量標準的(de)沸石尾(wei)礦(kuang)大(da)量遺(yi)棄在礦(kuang)區內(nei)。
技術實現要素:
本發明(ming)的目的是克服現(xian)有技術中(zhong)不足之處(chu),提供一種多功能梅花形沸(fei)石尾礦輕質通(tong)孔(kong)陶(tao)粒的生(sheng)產方法。
多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)沸石(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通孔(kong)陶粒的(de)生(sheng)產方法(fa):將多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)沸石(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通孔(kong)陶粒的(de)配料進行攪(jiao)拌、擠壓(ya)造(zao)粒、烘干、焙燒、保溫、篩(shai)分(fen)后(hou)密封包裝(zhuang)為多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)沸石(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通孔(kong)陶粒。
多功能梅(mei)花形(xing)沸石(shi)尾礦輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)通孔陶(tao)粒(li)的配料由沸石(shi)尾礦、高粘(zhan)凹(ao)凸棒石(shi)粘(zhan)土、活性(xing)白土廢渣、活性(xing)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)、納米氧化(hua)鋅、輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)氧化(hua)鎂、輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣、空心微珠、膨脹(zhang)(zhang)珍(zhen)珠巖、膨脹(zhang)(zhang)蛭石(shi)和十(shi)二(er)烷基硫酸(suan)鈉組成。

活(huo)(huo)性(xing)白土是一(yi)種無(wu)臭(chou)、無(wu)味、無(wu)毒(du)的白色或(huo)米色粉末或(huo)顆(ke)粒(li)(li),經脫色以后(hou)的活(huo)(huo)性(xing)白土失去(qu)了活(huo)(huo)性(xing)即成(cheng)為(wei)活(huo)(huo)性(xing)白土廢渣(zha),一(yi)些油廠都將這些活(huo)(huo)性(xing)白土廢渣(zha)丟棄,如果得不到及(ji)時處(chu)理(li),活(huo)(huo)性(xing)白土廢渣(zha)內的脂類有機質發(fa)酵后(hou)產生霉(mei)變(bian)和惡臭(chou),不僅資源浪費,污染環境及(ji)地下(xia)水質,而(er)且易引起火災,將對社會和企業造(zao)成(cheng)一(yi)定的損失;本發(fa)明選用活(huo)(huo)性(xing)白土廢渣(zha)的顆(ke)粒(li)(li)細度(du)≤0.149毫米。
活性(xing)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)是一種多孔性(xing)、高分散度的(de)(de)固體材料,有很大(da)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)積,其(qi)微(wei)孔表(biao)(biao)面(mian)具備(bei)催化(hua)作(zuo)用(yong)所(suo)要求的(de)(de)特性(xing),如(ru)吸(xi)附性(xing)能(neng)、表(biao)(biao)面(mian)活性(xing)、優(you)良的(de)(de)熱穩定性(xing)等(deng),所(suo)以被廣泛地用(yong)作(zuo)化(hua)學反應的(de)(de)催化(hua)劑和(he)催化(hua)劑載體,本發明(ming)選用(yong)活性(xing)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)的(de)(de)顆粒細度≤0.074毫米。
納米氧(yang)化鋅是一種面向21世紀的(de)新(xin)型高(gao)功能精細無機產(chan)品,具有普通氧(yang)化鋅所無法比(bi)較(jiao)的(de)特殊性和用途,可作高(gao)效光催化劑,用于降解廢(fei)水中有機污染物,凈化環境等。
輕(qing)質(zhi)氧化鎂(mei)為白色(se)輕(qing)質(zhi)疏松無定型(xing)粉末,無臭無味,無毒(du),輕(qing)質(zhi)氧化鎂(mei)所占(zhan)體積約(yue)為重(zhong)質(zhi)氧化鎂(mei)的三倍左右,有(you)高度耐火(huo)絕(jue)熱性能,增強劑(ji)、膠粘劑(ji),本發(fa)明(ming)選用(yong)輕(qing)質(zhi)氧化鎂(mei)的顆粒細度≤0.074毫米。
輕(qing)質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)顆粒微細、表面(mian)較粗糙,比表面(mian)積大,輕(qing)質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)還具有不沉降,易分(fen)散,光澤(ze)好等特性,本發明選用輕(qing)質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)的顆粒細度≤0.074毫米。
空心微珠外觀(guan)為灰白色,是一種松散、流動性好的粉(fen)體(ti)材料,空心微珠比重小、表面光滑(hua)、強度大、易分(fen)散,本發明選用空心微珠的顆粒(li)細度≤0.149毫米。
珍珠(zhu)巖(yan)經膨脹(zhang)而(er)成為一(yi)種輕質、多功能(neng)新(xin)型材料,具有表觀(guan)密(mi)度輕、導熱系(xi)數低、化(hua)學穩定性好等特點,本發明選用膨脹(zhang)珍珠(zhu)巖(yan)的顆粒細度≤0.074毫米。
蛭(zhi)(zhi)石(shi)(shi)經過高溫焙燒后(hou)(hou),其體(ti)積能迅(xun)速膨脹(zhang)數倍(bei)至(zhi)數十(shi)倍(bei),體(ti)積膨脹(zhang)后(hou)(hou)的(de)蛭(zhi)(zhi)石(shi)(shi)叫膨脹(zhang)蛭(zhi)(zhi)石(shi)(shi),是(shi)世界上最輕(qing)的(de)礦(kuang)物(wu)之一(yi),本發(fa)明選用粉碎后(hou)(hou)的(de)膨脹(zhang)蛭(zhi)(zhi)石(shi)(shi),膨脹(zhang)蛭(zhi)(zhi)石(shi)(shi)的(de)顆粒細度≤0.074毫米(mi)。
十(shi)二烷基硫酸(suan)鈉為(wei)白(bai)色或(huo)淡黃色粉狀(zhuang),溶于水,對堿和硬水不敏感(gan),具有去污、乳(ru)化和優異的發(fa)泡(pao)力(li),是一種(zhong)無(wu)毒(du)的陰離子表面活性劑。
本發明通過(guo)下述技術方案予以實(shi)現:
1、多(duo)功能梅花形(xing)沸石尾礦輕質(zhi)通孔陶粒的生產方法:
⑴將多功能梅花形沸石(shi)(shi)尾礦輕質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)孔陶粒半成品的(de)配料輸入已(yi)經運(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)攪拌(ban)混(hun)合機(ji)中(zhong),攪拌(ban)混(hun)合為多功能梅花形沸石(shi)(shi)尾礦輕質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)孔陶粒半成品的(de)混(hun)合物(wu),經過皮(pi)帶機(ji)輸送到(dao)螺桿擠(ji)壓造粒機(ji)上部的(de)料倉中(zhong)備(bei)用;

將已經吸附土壤(rang)中部分重金(jin)屬(shu)的多(duo)功能(neng)梅花(hua)形沸石尾礦輕質通(tong)孔陶粒取(qu)出后,采用化學沉淀、氧化還原處理、溶劑萃取(qu)分離(li)、吸附法(fa)、膜(mo)分離(li)法(fa)或離(li)子交(jiao)換法(fa)等方法(fa)進(jin)行再生處理,多(duo)功能(neng)梅花(hua)形沸石尾礦輕質通(tong)孔陶粒經過再生處理后,輸(shu)入回轉式烘(hong)干(gan)爐中進(jin)行烘(hong)干(gan),可以多(duo)次(ci)重復使用。
由于多(duo)功能梅花(hua)形沸石尾礦輕(qing)質通孔(kong)陶粒(li)(li)表(biao)面和(he)(he)內部的(de)(de)微孔(kong)是相互連通的(de)(de),當(dang)陶粒(li)(li)內外(wai)迷(mi)宮(gong)式(shi)的(de)(de)微孔(kong)被水體中的(de)(de)細小微粒(li)(li)吸附飽和(he)(he)后,采(cai)取高壓水流對多(duo)功能梅花(hua)形沸石尾礦輕(qing)質通孔(kong)陶粒(li)(li)進行反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi),可以(yi)快(kuai)速(su)將吸附在陶粒(li)(li)內外(wai)微孔(kong)中的(de)(de)細小微粒(li)(li)沖(chong)洗(xi)干凈,再用(yong)于下一輪(lun)的(de)(de)水質凈化過濾(lv)處理程序。具有水質凈化過濾(lv)速(su)度快(kuai)、反(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)效果好、運行周期長、利用(yong)率高的(de)(de)特點。
