背景技術:
銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)(ban)經過拉(la)(la)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、擠壓工序后,在其內(nei)部產生了殘余應(ying)力(li)(li),導致(zhi)銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)(ban)變(bian)硬、脆等缺陷,所(suo)以在拉(la)(la)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、擠壓工序完成之后需(xu)(xu)要(yao)對其進行必要(yao)的熱處理退火工序來(lai)消除內(nei)部殘余應(ying)力(li)(li)并(bing)細化(hua)晶格(ge)來(lai)提高(gao)銅(tong)(tong)線的綜合(he)力(li)(li)學性(xing)能。目前,通(tong)常的銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)(ban)退火是使用接觸(chu)式電刷傳輸(shu)大(da)電流到銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)(ban)上,利用銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)(ban)自身發熱等方式來(lai)使銅(tong)(tong)線達到一(yi)定的溫度、并(bing)保溫一(yi)定時間,最(zui)后再經過水(shui)冷卻來(lai)完成銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)(ban)退火工藝。現有的裝置受其結(jie)構的限(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),存在著冷卻時間不充分、單(dan)根退火,生產效率低等問(wen)題,而且退火后的表面質量差,綜合(he)性(xing)能恢復不足,很難滿足自動連續退火作(zuo)業(ye)的需(xu)(xu)求。

如圖1所示(shi),在銅(tong)板(ban)自動(dong)退(tui)火(huo)裝置機械部分調試完(wan)成之(zhi)后:首先,通過(guo)冷卻氣(qi)管12向冷卻裝置8中通入液態氮(dan)氣(qi),氮(dan)氣(qi)汽化后使整個自動(dong)退(tui)火(huo)裝置中充滿氮(dan)氣(qi);然后,在對感(gan)應線圈通電(dian)加(jia)熱(re);最后,當加(jia)熱(re)到一定的溫度后啟動(dong)伺服(fu)電(dian)機11驅動(dong)銅(tong)板(ban)傳輸帶4來使銅(tong)板(ban)5依次進入加(jia)熱(re)保溫裝置7、冷卻裝置8進行(xing)退(tui)火(huo)熱(re)處理(li)。
在銅板(ban)自動(dong)(dong)退(tui)火裝(zhuang)置運行過(guo)程中,需要實時監(jian)控(kong)加(jia)熱(re)保溫裝(zhuang)置內的(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)(du)及(ji)伺(si)服電機(ji)的(de)(de)速度(du)(du)(du),當加(jia)熱(re)保溫裝(zhuang)置內溫度(du)(du)(du)下(xia)(xia)降到下(xia)(xia)限閾(yu)值(zhi)時使啟動(dong)(dong)感應線圈加(jia)熱(re),當溫度(du)(du)(du)上升(sheng)到上限閾(yu)值(zhi)時停止加(jia)熱(re);最(zui)終實現加(jia)熱(re)保溫裝(zhuang)置內的(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)(du)及(ji)伺(si)服電機(ji)的(de)(de)速度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)態平衡來實現銅板(ban)的(de)(de)自動(dong)(dong)退(tui)火控(kong)制。
