技術實現要素:

本實用新(xin)型(xing)所要(yao)解決的技術(shu)問(wen)題是針對上述現有(you)(you)技術(shu)的不足,提(ti)供(gong)一種(zhong)可(ke)以對連桿(gan)進行限位緩沖的裝置,提(ti)高生(sheng)產效率(lv),減少連桿(gan)損傷(shang),有(you)(you)效延(yan)長輥道(dao)的使用壽命。

進一(yi)步地(di)優選,所(suo)述氣動(dong)提升機構包括(kuo)兩個(ge)氣缸(gang)和緩沖擋(dang)板(ban),所(suo)述氣缸(gang)固定(ding)(ding)于固定(ding)(ding)板(ban)上,氣缸(gang)的活塞桿均穿過支撐架與所(suo)述緩沖擋(dang)板(ban)相連,所(suo)述緩沖擋(dang)板(ban)設于過渡板(ban)上方。

氣(qi)(qi)動提升(sheng)機構包括兩個氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(8)和緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(ban)(9),氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(8)為常用的設備,主要由缸(gang)筒、活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)、活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)桿(gan)(801)、密封(feng)圈(quan)、磁環(huan),端(duan)蓋等組成,氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(8)的缸(gang)筒固(gu)定于(yu)固(gu)定板(ban)(ban)(7)上,氣(qi)(qi)缸(gang)(8)的活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)桿(gan)(801)均穿過(guo)支撐架(jia)(6)與(yu)緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(ban)(9)相(xiang)連(lian)(lian),活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)桿(gan)(801)的頂部上設有(you)螺紋,緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(ban)(9)設有(you)通(tong)孔且通(tong)過(guo)螺母固(gu)定于(yu)活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)桿(gan)(801)上,緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(ban)(9)設于(yu)過(guo)渡板(ban)(ban)上方。緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(ban)(9)為U形結(jie)構,靠近入料板(ban)(ban)(1)一側表面設有(you)橡(xiang)膠層(4),緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(ban)(9)與(yu)支撐架(jia)(6)之間的距離大于(yu)連(lian)(lian)桿(gan)(3)的直徑。

氣缸(8)通過(guo)氣管連(lian)接壓縮機,緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(9)正(zheng)常狀態下是處于過(guo)渡板(ban)上,當連(lian)桿(gan)(3)從(cong)入(ru)料板(ban)(1)滾(gun)(gun)入(ru)時,碰到橡膠層(4),氣缸(8)中的活塞壓縮,活塞桿(gan)(801)往上移動,將緩沖(chong)擋板(ban)(9)提起,連(lian)桿(gan)(3)緩慢(man)滾(gun)(gun)入(ru)輥(gun)道(10)上,本實(shi)用(yong)新型可以對連(lian)桿(gan)(3)有(you)效的進行(xing)限位(wei),使其不會滾(gun)(gun)出輥(gun)道(10),同時可以有(you)效的減緩連(lian)桿(gan)(3)滾(gun)(gun)落的沖(chong)擊力。
