本發(fa)明涉及一(yi)種高速電池外包膜裝備。
背景技術:
目前,鋰離子電(dian)池的包(bao)膜設(she)備(bei)(bei),主要基于移(yi)載機(ji)械手往復上料及下料。由(you)于機(ji)構設(she)計限制,實際效率較低且沒有較大(da)提升空間。現有的包(bao)膜設(she)備(bei)(bei)采用(yong)單層電(dian)池水(shui)平(ping)移(yi)載的結構進行中轉,水(shui)平(ping)移(yi)載的結構輸送(song)時間長、節拍(pai)慢(man)效率低下,只能做到6~10ppm的效率水(shui)平(ping)。當進行大(da)規模生產(chan)制造時,包(bao)膜設(she)備(bei)(bei)將成為瓶頸工(gong)序需要大(da)量設(she)備(bei)(bei)的投入。
技術實現要素:
本發(fa)明(ming)的(de)目的(de)在(zai)于提供一種高(gao)速(su)電池(chi)外(wai)包(bao)膜裝備,該裝備通(tong)過立式轉(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)式的(de)供料模式大幅提升了電池(chi)的(de)中(zhong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),同時(shi)(shi)在(zai)立式轉(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)對應工(gong)位安裝外(wai)包(bao)膜推平及熱壓機構,實(shi)現在(zai)高(gao)速(su)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)送料的(de)同時(shi)(shi)完成包(bao)膜工(gong)作。
為(wei)(wei)實現上(shang)述(shu)(shu)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),本發明采用(yong)了(le)以(yi)下技術方(fang)案:包(bao)括(kuo)(kuo)來料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)、出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)以(yi)及(ji)銜(xian)接兩者的(de)(de)(de)(de)立式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan),所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)立式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)包(bao)括(kuo)(kuo)水平(ping)布(bu)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)軸、套(tao)設(she)在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)軸上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)度(du)盤(pan)以(yi)及(ji)沿分(fen)度(du)盤(pan)周向均勻(yun)間(jian)(jian)隔布(bu)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)電池(chi)托盒(he),所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)來料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)立式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)銜(xian)接處(chu)為(wei)(wei)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei),所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)立式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)與(yu)(yu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)銜(xian)接處(chu)為(wei)(wei)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei),所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)與(yu)(yu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)之間(jian)(jian)沿立式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)方(fang)向依次(ci)設(she)有(you)(you)側(ce)(ce)面(mian)外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜推(tui)平(ping)機(ji)(ji)構及(ji)側(ce)(ce)面(mian)外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜熱(re)壓機(ji)(ji)構,所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)與(yu)(yu)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)之間(jian)(jian)沿立式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)方(fang)向依次(ci)設(she)有(you)(you)清洗工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)及(ji)預(yu)留(liu)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei),所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)處(chu)設(she)有(you)(you)鉛垂方(fang)向布(bu)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜,所(suo)述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜由(you)外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜輸(shu)送(song)切斷(duan)機(ji)(ji)構實現輸(shu)送(song)及(ji)切斷(duan),該設(she)備(bei)還包(bao)括(kuo)(kuo)將(jiang)電池(chi)及(ji)外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜由(you)進(jin)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)推(tui)至電池(chi)托盒(he)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)推(tui)機(ji)(ji)構以(yi)及(ji)將(jiang)電池(chi)由(you)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)工(gong)(gong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)推(tui)至出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)出(chu)(chu)(chu)機(ji)(ji)構,所(suo)述(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)側(ce)(ce)面(mian)依次(ci)設(she)有(you)(you)底部外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜推(tui)平(ping)機(ji)(ji)構及(ji)底部外(wai)(wai)(wai)(wai)包(bao)膜熱(re)壓機(ji)(ji)構。
所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)的(de)(de)外包(bao)膜輸送切斷機構包(bao)括吸(xi)附(fu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、下拉裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)切斷裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)的(de)(de)吸(xi)附(fu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)安裝(zhuang)在下拉裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)上且(qie)隨下拉裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)實現往(wang)復動作,所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)的(de)(de)吸(xi)附(fu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)由真(zhen)空發生器及(ji)吸(xi)盤組成,所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)的(de)(de)吸(xi)盤沿外包(bao)膜長度方向布置(zhi)(zhi)多組,所(suo)(suo)(suo)述(shu)的(de)(de)切斷裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)由兩片模切切刀(dao)組成,模切切刀(dao)的(de)(de)切口采用(yong)鎢(wu)鋼硬化處理。
所(suo)述的頂推(tui)機(ji)構(gou)與進(jin)料工位之間(jian)留有1~5cm的間(jian)隙(xi),所(suo)述的頂推(tui)機(ji)構(gou)與電(dian)(dian)池的接觸面為柔性材質(zhi),頂推(tui)機(ji)構(gou)將來(lai)料輸送帶(dai)上的電(dian)(dian)池及切斷后的外包膜同(tong)時推(tui)入電(dian)(dian)池托盒(he)中。
所述(shu)的(de)頂(ding)出機(ji)構包(bao)括氣缸(gang)(gang),所述(shu)氣缸(gang)(gang)活塞桿的(de)端部垂直設(she)有伸(shen)(shen)縮(suo)(suo)撥桿,所述(shu)的(de)伸(shen)(shen)縮(suo)(suo)撥桿與電(dian)池托盒(he)底部預留的(de)頂(ding)出孔相配(pei)合,伸(shen)(shen)縮(suo)(suo)撥桿在氣缸(gang)(gang)的(de)動作下(xia)將電(dian)池從電(dian)池托盒(he)中頂(ding)出至出料輸送帶。
所述的側面外(wai)包(bao)膜(mo)推(tui)(tui)(tui)平(ping)(ping)機構(gou)包(bao)括(kuo)第一頂推(tui)(tui)(tui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)及與第一頂推(tui)(tui)(tui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)相(xiang)連的頂推(tui)(tui)(tui)桿,所述頂推(tui)(tui)(tui)桿的前端安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有推(tui)(tui)(tui)平(ping)(ping)輪,所述推(tui)(tui)(tui)平(ping)(ping)輪的表面采用EPDM材(cai)質且推(tui)(tui)(tui)平(ping)(ping)輪的寬度比電池厚度寬5~10mm,所述的側面外(wai)包(bao)膜(mo)推(tui)(tui)(tui)平(ping)(ping)機構(gou)對稱設(she)置(zhi)兩(liang)組。
所述的側面外(wai)包膜熱壓機(ji)構包括第(di)二(er)(er)頂推(tui)裝(zhuang)置及與第(di)二(er)(er)頂推(tui)裝(zhuang)置相連的加熱單(dan)元,所述的加熱單(dan)元采用(yong)電(dian)阻絲加熱。
所(suo)述(shu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)托盒(he)的入(ru)口處設有便于電(dian)(dian)池(chi)及外包(bao)膜進入(ru)的導向(xiang)滾(gun)輪,導向(xiang)滾(gun)輪的表面采用尼龍材質,切(qie)斷后的外包(bao)膜隨電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進入(ru)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)托盒(he)后,外包(bao)膜的側面尺寸應大于1/2電(dian)(dian)池(chi)厚度。
所(suo)述的(de)(de)外包膜采用(yong)能熱壓粘(zhan)結(jie)的(de)(de)PE/PP膜或自身(shen)帶(dai)膠(jiao)的(de)(de)PE/PP膜,所(suo)述的(de)(de)外包膜輸送切斷機(ji)構通過張力控制機(ji)構、自動換卷(juan)機(ji)構與外包膜自動放(fang)卷(juan)機(ji)構相連,所(suo)述的(de)(de)外包膜放(fang)卷(juan)機(ji)構采用(yong)雙懸掛結(jie)構。
所(suo)述(shu)的電(dian)(dian)池托(tuo)(tuo)盒(he)整(zheng)體呈方形(xing)(xing),電(dian)(dian)池托(tuo)(tuo)盒(he)上設(she)有與(yu)電(dian)(dian)池相配合(he)的L形(xing)(xing)槽口,所(suo)述(shu)L形(xing)(xing)槽口的長(chang)寬尺寸均小于電(dian)(dian)池的長(chang)寬尺寸,電(dian)(dian)池托(tuo)(tuo)盤的底部設(she)有與(yu)L形(xing)(xing)槽口連通的頂(ding)出孔(kong)。
所述(shu)的(de)來料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)送帶(dai)與出(chu)(chu)料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)送帶(dai)垂直布置,且來料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)送帶(dai)與出(chu)(chu)料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)送帶(dai)采用帶(dai)定位擋板(ban)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)送帶(dai)。
由上(shang)述技(ji)術方案可知,本發(fa)明通(tong)過(guo)立式轉盤實現電池(chi)的(de)快速中轉,在立式轉盤間歇停止的(de)位(wei)置安裝側(ce)面外(wai)包(bao)膜推平(ping)機構及側(ce)面外(wai)包(bao)膜熱壓機構以(yi)完成側(ce)面包(bao)膠(jiao)(jiao),同(tong)時(shi)本發(fa)明通(tong)過(guo)將電池(chi)的(de)側(ce)面包(bao)膠(jiao)(jiao)和底部包(bao)膠(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)位(wei)分開,兩者(zhe)并行動作以(yi)縮短節(jie)拍時(shi)間。本發(fa)明打破了(le)傳統包(bao)膠(jiao)(jiao)設(she)(she)備的(de)節(jie)拍上(shang)限(xian),且工(gong)藝簡單,設(she)(she)備效率(lv)較高。

本發(fa)明(ming)在使用(yong)時,電池(chi)100進入電池(chi)托(tuo)盤33時,如(ru)圖9所示,可以采用(yong)底部(bu)先(xian)進入的方式(shi),如(ru)圖10所示,也(ye)可以采用(yong)側壁先(xian)進入的方式(shi)。
綜上所述,本發(fa)明(ming)通過(guo)(guo)立(li)式轉盤實(shi)現電(dian)池的快速中轉,通過(guo)(guo)立(li)式轉盤的供料模式可以做到30~40ppm的效率,在立(li)式轉盤間歇停止的位(wei)置安裝(zhuang)側(ce)面外包(bao)(bao)膜(mo)(mo)推平機構(gou)及側(ce)面外包(bao)(bao)膜(mo)(mo)熱(re)壓(ya)機構(gou)以完成側(ce)面包(bao)(bao)膠(jiao),同時本發(fa)明(ming)通過(guo)(guo)將電(dian)池的側(ce)面包(bao)(bao)膠(jiao)和(he)底部包(bao)(bao)膠(jiao)工位(wei)分開(kai),兩者并行動作以縮短節拍時間。本發(fa)明(ming)打破了(le)傳(chuan)統包(bao)(bao)膠(jiao)設備的節拍上限,大(da)大(da)提升了(le)包(bao)(bao)膜(mo)(mo)工序的設備能力,且(qie)工藝簡單,設備效率較(jiao)高。
