型腔14為長方形凹槽,定模仁9上設(she)置有與長方形凹槽相配合的凸(tu)(tu)起(qi)93,且(qie)凸(tu)(tu)起(qi)93的表面(mian)呈圓弧形,本實用新(xin)型利用前后(hou)模的高精密定位系統,提高了產品前后(hou)光學表面(mian)的同心度。

精定(ding)位柱(zhu)(zhu)91數量為四個,且四個精定(ding)位柱(zhu)(zhu)91分布在定(ding)模仁(ren)9的四個角(jiao)上,方便(bian)定(ding)位,提高了(le)產品前后光學表(biao)面(mian)的同心(xin)度。

動(dong)模(mo)仁(ren)10上設置有(you)四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)型(xing)(xing)腔(qiang)14,且四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)型(xing)(xing)腔(qiang)14等(deng)距對稱(cheng)分布(bu)在(zai)動(dong)模(mo)仁(ren)10上,動(dong)模(mo)仁(ren)10上對應四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)型(xing)(xing)腔(qiang)14設置有(you)四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)分流道(dao)12,四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)分流道(dao)12均與主(zhu)流道(dao)11連接,定模(mo)仁(ren)9上設置對應四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)型(xing)(xing)腔(qiang)14數量的四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)凸起93,本實(shi)用新型(xing)(xing)采用多穴(xue)模(mo)具(ju),材(cai)料利用率(lv)(lv)高,生(sheng)產效率(lv)(lv)高。

分流道12設(she)置在動(dong)模仁10的(de)(de)表面,且(qie)分流道12垂直于型(xing)腔14設(she)置,本實用新型(xing)通過(guo)側澆口的(de)(de)結構設(she)計,改善了產品的(de)(de)留痕問題。

頂針71孔分別設(she)置在四個分流道(dao)12上,方便將(jiang)注塑好(hao)的產品頂出。

定模(mo)(mo)(mo)仁(ren)9和動模(mo)(mo)(mo)仁(ren)10均(jun)是通過淬火工(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理的鋼材制(zhi)成,本(ben)實(shi)用新型(xing)的模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)通過淬火工(gong)藝(yi)處(chu)理,使模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)達(da)到高硬度,模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)變形(xing)極小,從而可以制(zhi)造出高精密低(di)變形(xing)的光學產品。
