箱式可控氣氛多用爐斷電時空氣與氮氣轉換裝置的制作方法

本實(shi)用新(xin)型適用于(yu)箱式可控氣氛多用爐在斷電時空(kong)氣與氮氣的轉換(huan),此裝置可防止火(huo)災(zai)的發生。



背景技術:

目前,箱式可控氣(qi)氛多用爐的所有(you)爐門、油(you)(you)缸、升(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)臺均由(you)空氣(qi)壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)通過管路供(gong)給一定壓(ya)力的空氣(qi),經由(you)電(dian)磁閥(fa)控制(zhi)升(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang),當(dang)突然斷電(dian)時空氣(qi)壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)和電(dian)磁閥(fa)都會停(ting)止(zhi)工(gong)作,若爐門、油(you)(you)缸、升(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)臺正(zheng)處在升(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)過程中時,就會中斷運行,由(you)于升(sheng)(sheng)降(jiang)臺下(xia)是淬(cui)火油(you)(you),若溫(wen)度在810℃以上待淬(cui)火的工(gong)件不能及時浸入淬(cui)火油(you)(you)中,則及容易發生(sheng)火災(zai)。



技術實現要素:

本實(shi)用新(xin)型的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)在(zai)于克服上述技術的(de)(de)不(bu)足,而設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)一種箱式(shi)可(ke)(ke)控氣氛多(duo)用爐斷(duan)電(dian)時空氣與氮氣轉換裝置,它(ta)可(ke)(ke)以有(you)效地(di)解決(jue)爐門(men)、油缸、升(sheng)降臺正處在(zai)升(sheng)降過程(cheng)中(zhong)時突(tu)然斷(duan)電(dian)而不(bu)能升(sheng)降的(de)(de)問題。

本實用(yong)(yong)新型為實現上述目的,采用(yong)(yong)以下(xia)技術方案:箱式(shi)可控(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氛(fen)多(duo)用(yong)(yong)爐斷電時(shi)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)轉換(huan)裝置,由總(zong)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)Ⅰ、空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)、氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)Ⅱ、支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)組成(cheng)。其特征是在(zai)支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上安裝一(yi)個(ge)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)Ⅰ,支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)一(yi)端與(yu)(yu)總(zong)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie),另一(yi)端與(yu)(yu)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie),另外在(zai)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上再連接(jie)(jie)一(yi)個(ge)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)和氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)Ⅱ。當突然斷電使用(yong)(yong)時(shi)先將空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)關閉(bi)。打(da)開氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)(men)Ⅰ,帶(dai)有一(yi)定壓力的氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進入空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),使用(yong)(yong)手動方法操作(zuo),用(yong)(yong)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)來(lai)保證箱式(shi)可控(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氛(fen)多(duo)用(yong)(yong)爐的爐門(men)(men)、油缸、升降臺能正常升降。

本實用新(xin)型的有益效(xiao)(xiao)果:此裝置結構簡單,有效(xiao)(xiao)地解(jie)決了(le)爐門、油缸、升降(jiang)臺正處在升降(jiang)過程中時突然斷電而不能(neng)升降(jiang)的問題,保證了(le)箱式(shi)可控氣(qi)氛多用爐的安(an)全使用。

具體實施方式

如圖(tu)1所示(shi)是(shi)一種箱(xiang)式(shi)可(ke)控氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氛多用(yong)爐(lu)斷電時(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)與氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)轉(zhuan)換裝置,在支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)上安裝一個氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅰ,支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)一端與總氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)連接(jie),另一端與空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)連接(jie),另外在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)上再連接(jie)一個空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)和(he)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅱ。當突然(ran)斷電使(shi)(shi)用(yong)時(shi)先將(jiang)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)關閉。打開氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅰ,帶(dai)有一定壓力(li)的(de)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過支(zhi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)進入空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)手動方(fang)法操作(zuo),用(yong)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)來代替空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),保證箱(xiang)式(shi)可(ke)控氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氛多用(yong)爐(lu)的(de)爐(lu)門(men)(men)(men)(men)、油缸、升降臺能正常升降。電力(li)恢復(fu)后關閉氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅰ,打開空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)和(he)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅱ,當空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)內殘余的(de)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅱ釋放完后,關閉氮(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)門(men)(men)(men)(men)Ⅱ即可(ke)恢復(fu)到使(shi)(shi)用(yong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)來控制升降的(de)操作(zuo)方(fang)法。
