技術實現要素:

多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置由進給部、加工部和基座部構成。多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置的加工部機構C執行以擺仰角度bo、旋擺角度ro修磨工件B的任務。水平進給位移量ho、垂直進給位移量vo和擺仰角度bo均以箭頭標注正向;旋擺角度ro以逆時針箭頭標注正向。砂輪邊沿柱側面有效打磨推進量⊿G按砂輪邊沿柱側面緊實接觸工件彎曲段凸面的最小打磨推進量計算,可根據工件號和所選砂輪規格確定。第一彎曲段軸心線圓心O1作為進給動點,通過水平進給初始位參考值H0和垂直進給初始位參考值V0測度,相對加工自由度基準直角坐標系原點O,依據工件結構視圖,可分別以基準直角坐標系橫軸x和基準直角坐標系縱軸y的坐標值,計算確定水平進給位移量ho和垂直進給位移量vo的初始給定值。依據工件結構視圖,相對加工自由度基準直角坐標系原點O和基準直角坐標系縱軸y,利用砂輪邊沿柱側面有效打磨推進量⊿G、砂輪半徑RG、加工進深H、加工擺長R,和第一彎曲段軸心線圓心O1、第一彎曲段與第二彎曲段圓心距RO、第二彎曲段軸心線圓心O2相對直角坐標系xOy的進給值,可計算確定擺仰角度bo、旋擺角度ro的給定值和程序給定值;進而,計算確定水平進給位移量ho和垂直進給位移量vo的后續給定值。

運(yun)行時,多形變(bian)鑄件(jian)修磨系統在總(zong)(zong)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)將擬加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)結(jie)構(gou)參數(shu)、圖紙數(shu)據(ju)(ju)、加工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)序、全局(ju)變(bian)量和局(ju)部(bu)(bu)(bu)變(bian)量,按(an)水平進(jin)給(gei)(gei)、垂直進(jin)給(gei)(gei)、圈擺(bai)仰(yang)(yang)、盤旋(xuan)擺(bai)自由度進(jin)行分(fen)解、分(fen)配;向水平進(jin)給(gei)(gei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)、垂直進(jin)給(gei)(gei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)、圈擺(bai)仰(yang)(yang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)、盤旋(xuan)擺(bai)部(bu)(bu)(bu)和砂輪部(bu)(bu)(bu)下達對應局(ju)部(bu)(bu)(bu)參數(shu)、數(shu)據(ju)(ju)、指令;同時接收(shou)水平進(jin)給(gei)(gei)、垂直進(jin)給(gei)(gei)、圈擺(bai)仰(yang)(yang)、盤旋(xuan)擺(bai)和砂輪磨損各(ge)(ge)進(jin)程(cheng)(cheng)、狀態反饋數(shu)據(ju)(ju);并在總(zong)(zong)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)同步控制水平進(jin)給(gei)(gei)、垂直進(jin)給(gei)(gei)、圈擺(bai)仰(yang)(yang)、盤旋(xuan)擺(bai)各(ge)(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)流(liu)和運(yun)行節驟。

本發明的(de)有益效果是:所(suo)提供的(de)方(fang)法可(ke)使得當前(qian)該類多形變鑄件(jian)修(xiu)磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)藝(yi)耗時(shi)漫長且工(gong)件(jian)尺寸(cun)、精度(du)(du)等的(de)一致性難以(yi)保證的(de)問題得以(yi)解(jie)決(jue),并能適合多規格工(gong)件(jian)的(de)修(xiu)磨(mo)(mo)。所(suo)述方(fang)法完全替代了人(ren)工(gong)修(xiu)磨(mo)(mo)過程,從而規避了人(ren)的(de)情(qing)緒(xu)因素對(dui)工(gong)件(jian)修(xiu)磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)藝(yi)及(ji)其質量的(de)影響。所(suo)述裝置結(jie)構簡捷、緊湊(cou),容易(yi)(yi)(yi)利(li)用(yong)標準零部件(jian)制造、生(sheng)產。系(xi)統(tong)以(yi)緊湊(cou)、簡潔的(de)結(jie)構實(shi)現了四個(ge)自由(you)度(du)(du)的(de)修(xiu)磨(mo)(mo)運(yun)行,其控制系(xi)統(tong)結(jie)構簡單,易(yi)(yi)(yi)于調整。整體(ti)易(yi)(yi)(yi)于批量生(sheng)產;系(xi)統(tong)維護、維修(xiu)簡便易(yi)(yi)(yi)行。

具體實施方式

在圖1所示的本發明涉及的一個工件結構視圖中:工件直棒段為直棒段長度U,直棒段直徑Φ1的等徑圓柱形頸桿,其左端為20°錐形預留焊接面;從工件右端開始以第一彎曲段軸心線圓心O1為圓心,以第一彎曲段軸線半徑R1下轉40°過渡下彎;再在40°線上,以第一彎曲段軸心線圓心O1為起點,距第一彎曲段與第二彎曲段圓心距RO處,取第二彎曲段軸心線圓心O2,再以第二彎曲段軸心線圓心O2為圓心,以第二彎曲段軸線半徑R2下轉30°下彎;從工件右端開始,圓柱體從頸部直徑Φ1向口部直徑Φ2等比(bi)例漸粗。工(gong)(gong)件(jian)結構視圖的形狀、結構線(xian)及其參數(shu)是(shi)工(gong)(gong)件(jian)加工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)語句(ju)編制的依據,這樣的加工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)將以(yi)程(cheng)序(xu)指令(ling)、變量操作、控制多形變鑄件(jian)修(xiu)磨加工(gong)(gong)裝置的運行(xing)。

在圖2所示的本發明涉及的多形變鑄件修磨加工裝配視圖中:多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置由進給部、加工部和基座部構成。多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置的進給部機構A執行所夾持工件B的以水平進給位移量ho、垂直進給位移量vo進給的任務。進給部機構A夾持部按工件B的規格,配有一號工件卡口①、二號工件卡口②、三號工件卡口③和四號工件卡口④。多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置的加工部機構C執行以擺仰角度bo、旋擺角度ro修磨工件B的任務。水平進給位移量ho、垂直進給位移量vo和擺仰角度bo均以箭頭標注正向;旋擺角度ro以逆時針箭頭標注正向。砂輪邊沿柱側面有效打磨推進量⊿G按砂輪邊沿柱側面緊實接觸工件彎曲段凸面的最小打磨推進量計算,可根據工件號和所選砂輪規格確定。第一彎曲段軸心線圓心O1作為進給動點,通過水平進給初始位參考值H0和垂直進給初始位參考值V0測度,相對加工自由度基準直角坐標系原點O,依據工件結構視圖,可分別以基準直角坐標系橫軸x和基準直角坐標系縱軸y的坐標值,計算確定水平進給位移量ho和垂直進給位移量vo的初始給定值。依據工件結構視圖,相對加工自由度基準直角坐標系原點O和基準直角坐標系縱軸y,利用砂輪邊沿柱側面有效打磨推進量⊿G、砂輪半徑RG、加工進深H、加工擺長R,和第一彎曲段軸心線圓心O1、第一彎曲段與第二彎曲段圓心距RO、第二彎曲段軸心線圓心O2相對直角坐標系xOy的進給值,可計算確定擺仰角度bo、旋擺角度ro的給定值和程序給定值;進而,計算確定水平進給位移量ho和垂直進給位移量vo的后續給定值。

運行時(shi),多形變鑄件修磨系統在總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)將擬(ni)加工工件結構參數(shu)、圖紙數(shu)據(ju)、加工程序、全局(ju)變量和(he)局(ju)部(bu)變量,按水(shui)平進(jin)給、垂直進(jin)給、圈擺仰(yang)、盤旋擺自(zi)由(you)度進(jin)行分解(jie)、分配;向水(shui)平進(jin)給部(bu)、垂直進(jin)給部(bu)、圈擺仰(yang)部(bu)、盤旋擺部(bu)和(he)砂輪部(bu)下達對應局(ju)部(bu)參數(shu)、數(shu)據(ju)、指令;同時(shi)接收水(shui)平進(jin)給、垂直進(jin)給、圈擺仰(yang)、盤旋擺和(he)砂輪磨損(sun)各進(jin)程、狀態(tai)反饋(kui)數(shu)據(ju);并在總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)同步控制水(shui)平進(jin)給、垂直進(jin)給、圈擺仰(yang)、盤旋擺各部(bu)數(shu)據(ju)流(liu)和(he)運行節驟。

水平進給部從多形變鑄件修磨系統總體接受水平進給局部參數、數據、指令,通過其參數處理、程序處理和數據計算模塊的處理、計算,得到水平進給所需水平進給給定數據,再通過數據存儲模塊存儲,并向總體反饋水平進給給定數據:同時通過數據存儲模塊中數模轉換子模塊的轉換,將水平進給給定數據轉換為水平進給給定信號hR,向多形變鑄件修磨加工水平(ping)進給(gei)控制系統送出。

垂直進給部從多形變鑄件修磨系統總體接受垂直進給局部參數、數據、指令,通過其參數處理、程序處理和數據計算模塊的處理、計算,得到垂直進給所需垂直進給給定數據,再通過數據存儲模塊存儲,并向總體反饋垂直進給各進程數據:同時通過數據存儲模塊中數模轉換子模塊的轉換,將垂直進給給定數據轉換為垂直進給給定信號vR,向多形變鑄件修磨加(jia)工垂直進給控制系統送出。

圈擺仰部從多形變鑄件修磨系統總體接受圈擺仰局部參數、數據、指令,通過其參數處理、程序處理和數據計算模塊的處理、計算,得到擺仰所需擺仰程序給定數據和擺仰角給定數據,再通過數據存儲模塊存儲,并向總體反饋圈擺仰各進程數據:同時通過數據存儲模塊中數模轉換子模塊的轉換,分別將擺仰程序給定數據和擺仰角給定數據轉換為擺仰程序給定信號bP和擺仰角給定信號bR,向(xiang)多形變鑄件修磨加工擺(bai)仰(yang)控制系統送出。

盤旋擺部從多形變鑄件修磨系統總體接受盤旋擺局部參數、數據、指令,通過其參數處理、程序處理和數據計算模塊的處理、計算,得到旋擺所需旋擺程序給定數據和旋擺給定數據,再通過數據存儲模塊存儲,并向總體反饋盤旋擺各進程數據:同時通過數據存儲模塊中數模轉換子模塊的轉換,分別將旋擺程序給定數據旋擺角給定數據轉換為旋擺程序給定信號rP旋擺角給定信號rR,向多(duo)形變(bian)鑄件修(xiu)磨(mo)加工旋(xuan)擺控制系統送(song)出。

噴(pen)淋(lin)(lin)部(bu)從多形變鑄件修磨系統總體接受噴(pen)淋(lin)(lin)運(yun)行局部(bu)指(zhi)令,并通過其處理,得到噴(pen)淋(lin)(lin)運(yun)行所需(xu)噴(pen)淋(lin)(lin)操作信號w指(zhi)令,操作噴(pen)淋(lin)(lin)開啟(w=1)、關停(w=0)。

在圖3、4、9、15所示的多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置結構視圖圖和圖34所示的多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置系統軟件架構圖中:砂輪部從多形變鑄件修磨系統總體接受砂輪運行局部參數、數據、指令,通過其數據處理模塊的處理,得到砂輪運行所需數據和砂輪操作信號g指令,通過高電平(g=1)指令或低電平(g=0)指令,分別操作砂輪電動機9電源開關的通(g=1)或斷(g=0),即分別操作砂輪運行的開啟或關停:同時通過數據處理模塊中模數轉換子模塊的轉換,將砂輪運行狀態的砂輪半徑反饋信號rG轉換為砂輪運行狀態的砂輪磨損變量⊿RG,向總體反饋。

在圖35所示(shi)的(de)多形變(bian)鑄件修磨加工(gong)裝置系統(tong)軟件總體流程圖中:

多形變鑄件修磨加工裝置系統軟件總體流程以人工檢查、確認工作準備狀態(如電、水、壓力液、工件卡夾等裝備就緒)和程序的機器自檢開始;如果確認無誤且自檢通過,則通過多形變鑄件修磨系統的人機界面進行諸如工件序號No、直棒段長度U、直棒段卡夾剩余長度UW、水平進給初始位參考值H0、垂直進給初始位參考值V0、砂輪邊沿柱側面有效打磨推進量⊿G,砂輪半徑RG、砂輪極限剩余半徑Rm、加工進深H、加工擺長R、第一彎曲段軸線半徑R1、第一彎曲段與第二彎曲段圓心距RO、第二彎曲段軸線半徑R2、頸部直徑Φ1、口部直徑Φ2、打磨環1/4周期TC和控制周期⊿T的參數設置;然后,設置水平進給參考值變量HI、垂直進給參考值變量VI、水平進給量變量hI、垂直進給量變量vI、擺仰角度變量bI、旋擺角度變量rI、彎曲段直徑擴張量變量⊿Φ、打磨時間變量T、砂輪磨損變量⊿RG、砂輪半徑變量RI、工件半徑變量RW、擺仰角斜邊變量RS、水平進給速度變量vh、垂直進給速度變量vy、旋擺角速度變量vr及(ji)其(qi)字長;最后(hou),操作(zuo)啟動,轉到Step1,否則停機。

Step1.接到啟動指令,按⊿Φ=18⊿G(Φ21)/((4(R11/2)+3(R22/2))π),對彎曲段直徑擴張量⊿Φ賦值,將砂輪半徑變量RI賦值為RI=RG-⊿RG,將水平進給參考值變量HI賦值為HI=H0,將垂直進給參考值變量VI賦值為VI=V0,將擺仰角斜邊變量RS賦值為RS=R+R1,將工件半徑變量RW賦值為RW=Φ1/2。

同時,按擺仰角的0°初始位對擺仰角給定信號bR賦值,按rR=sin-1((Φ2/2+RI)/R)+⊿Φ對旋擺給定信號rR賦(fu)值,即控制圈、盤角預備。

Step2.按HI-H對水平進給給定信號hR賦值,按VI-RS對垂直進給給定信號vR賦值,即控制進(jin)給到位。

Step3.將噴(pen)淋操作信號w賦值為(wei)w=1,即噴(pen)淋開啟。

Step4.將砂輪操作信號g賦值為(wei)g=1,即砂輪開啟(qi)。

Step5.進入直棒與彎曲過渡(du)段打磨過程Proc0:

Step6.判斷砂輪工況,將砂輪半徑變量RI賦值為RI=RI-⊿RG;若磨損超限,即RI≤Rm,則(ze)跳轉(zhuan)到Step10。

Step7.進入彎曲段打磨過(guo)程Proc1:

Step8.判斷砂輪工況,將砂輪半徑變量RI賦值為RI=RI-⊿RG;若磨損超限,即RI≤Rm,則跳轉(zhuan)到(dao)Step11。

Step9.判斷彎曲段軸線半徑變換點到達情況,若擺仰角度bo≥40°,則將水平進給參考值變量HI賦值為HI=H0-0.6428R0,則將垂直進給參考值變量VI賦值為VI=V0-0.766R0,擺仰角斜邊變量RS賦值為RS=R+R2

Step10.判斷彎曲段軸線半徑變換角度到達情況,若擺仰角度bo>70°,則跳轉到Step11;否則,以推進量(liang)⊿G/2和擴張量(liang)⊿Φ/2重復Proc1的過程。

Step11.將砂輪操作信(xin)號g賦(fu)值為g=0,即砂輪關(guan)停。

Step12.將噴淋操作信號w賦值為w=0,即噴淋關(guan)停。

Step13.將水平進給給定信號hR賦值為0,將擺仰角給定信號bR賦值(zhi)為0,即控制水平進(jin)給和(he)擺(bai)仰角復位。

Step14.將垂直進給給定信號vR賦值為0,將旋擺角給定信號rR賦值為0,即控制垂直進(jin)給(gei)和盤旋擺角復位。

最后,人工停機。
