背景技術:
核(he)(he)電(dian)站(zhan)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器是(shi)核(he)(he)電(dian)站(zhan)中(zhong)重要(yao)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)安全設備,主要(yao)是(shi)用于(yu)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)主系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)容(rong)積的(de)(de)調(diao)節和(he)控制,以防止冷(leng)卻(que)劑(ji)水在一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)汽化,以保證一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)主系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)邊界(jie)完整性。而(er)在核(he)(he)電(dian)站(zhan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)正常運行(xing)時,為了減(jian)緩一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)金(jin)(jin)屬設備老化速(su)(su)率(lv)(lv),通(tong)(tong)(tong)常會通(tong)(tong)(tong)過向容(rong)控箱中(zhong)充入氫氣的(de)(de)辦法,使得一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)冷(leng)卻(que)劑(ji)中(zhong)的(de)(de)氫氣含量(liang)達(da)到一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)濃度,以抑制水輻照生成(cheng)氧,進而(er)減(jian)緩一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)水及水中(zhong)雜質與(yu)金(jin)(jin)屬的(de)(de)化學反(fan)應速(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)(氧含量(liang)的(de)(de)增(zeng)加會加速(su)(su)金(jin)(jin)屬的(de)(de)化學反(fan)應速(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)),但是(shi),由于(yu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)冷(leng)卻(que)劑(ji)中(zhong)的(de)(de)氫氣可以通(tong)(tong)(tong)過與(yu)核(he)(he)電(dian)站(zhan)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器連(lian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器安全閥(fa)泄漏(lou)出(chu)去,因此,需在核(he)(he)電(dian)站(zhan)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器設置水封以避免氫氣泄漏(lou)。
現有的核電站穩壓器主要采(cai)用(yong)U型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)(shui)封(feng)結(jie)構(gou)進行水(shui)(shui)封(feng),該U型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)(shui)封(feng)結(jie)構(gou)設置在(zai)(zai)(zai)穩壓器上封(feng)頭與安全閥相連的工藝管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道之間。在(zai)(zai)(zai)穩壓器啟(qi)動和運(yun)行期(qi)間,穩壓器內(nei)的飽和水(shui)(shui)蒸汽在(zai)(zai)(zai)U型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)(shui)封(feng)結(jie)構(gou)內(nei)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning),當冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)水(shui)(shui)液面高于U型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)壁上表面的最低點,水(shui)(shui)密封(feng)建立完(wan)成。
但是(shi),該U型管(guan)(guan)冷(leng)水封(feng)結構(gou)設置在穩(wen)(wen)壓器(qi)外部(bu)(bu)(bu),其(qi)內部(bu)(bu)(bu)儲(chu)存的冷(leng)凝水溫(wen)度低(di),當穩(wen)(wen)壓器(qi)安全閥(fa)開啟后(hou),安全閥(fa)下游的排(pai)放管(guan)(guan)線將(jiang)承受較(jiao)高的水力載荷,同時,U型管(guan)(guan)冷(leng)水封(feng)結構(gou)還(huan)將(jiang)占用(yong)較(jiao)多(duo)的穩(wen)(wen)壓器(qi)外部(bu)(bu)(bu)布(bu)置空間(jian),不利于(yu)核(he)電站設備的整體排(pai)布(bu)設計。
技術實現要素:
為了解決現有的(de)(de)U型管冷(leng)水封結構內(nei)部冷(leng)凝水溫度低,會造成安全閥下游的(de)(de)排放管線將承受較(jiao)高的(de)(de)水力載(zai)荷(he),且占用較(jiao)多的(de)(de)穩(wen)壓器(qi)外部布(bu)置空間的(de)(de)問題,本發明實施(shi)例提供了一(yi)種核(he)電站(zhan)穩(wen)壓器(qi)水封裝置及核(he)電站(zhan)穩(wen)壓器(qi)。所述技(ji)術方案如下:

在本發明實施例上述(shu)的(de)水封裝置(zhi)中,還(huan)包(bao)括:設置(zhi)在所述(shu)穩壓(ya)器上封頭的(de)外側表面且環繞(rao)所述(shu)穩壓(ya)器安全閥接(jie)管四(si)周的(de)保(bao)溫(wen)層。

在本發明實施例(li)上(shang)述(shu)的(de)水(shui)封裝置中(zhong),所述(shu)安(an)全(quan)閥工藝(yi)管(guan)與未處于所述(shu)保(bao)溫(wen)層(ceng)的(de)保(bao)溫(wen)范圍(wei)的(de)所述(shu)穩壓(ya)器安(an)全(quan)閥接(jie)管(guan)的(de)總(zong)長(chang)范圍(wei)為450~500mm。

而且,由于集水罩4設(she)置(zhi)在穩(wen)壓器(qi)內部(bu),節省了穩(wen)壓器(qi)外(wai)(wai)部(bu)的布置(zhi)空(kong)間。此(ci)外(wai)(wai),由于集水罩4收集到的冷凝水也處(chu)于穩(wen)壓器(qi)內部(bu),其與外(wai)(wai)界環境(jing)進行熱交(jiao)換而損(sun)失的熱能相對(dui)(dui)較(jiao)少(shao),且與穩(wen)壓器(qi)內部(bu)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)汽相接觸,水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)相對(dui)(dui)較(jiao)高(gao)(冷凝水與穩(wen)壓器(qi)內部(bu)的汽相溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差小于30度),為高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)水密封,能有效降低穩(wen)壓器(qi)安全閥(fa)開啟后下游排放管線承受的水力(li)載荷。此(ci)外(wai)(wai),該核(he)電站穩(wen)壓器(qi)水封裝(zhuang)置(zhi)結構簡(jian)單、制(zhi)造方便、實(shi)用性強(qiang)。

進一步(bu)地,集(ji)水罩(zhao)4可以(yi)(yi)整體(ti)沖(chong)(chong)壓制備而成,也可以(yi)(yi)拼焊形成(即(ji)將(jiang)圍板41和底板42焊接在一起(qi))。在本實施(shi)例中,為(wei)了(le)減小了(le)集(ji)水罩(zhao)4上的(de)焊縫(feng),減少(shao)穩壓器在役檢查工作量,降低在役檢查的(de)難(nan)度,集(ji)水罩(zhao)4優(you)選(xuan)采(cai)用由奧氏(shi)體(ti)不銹鋼整體(ti)沖(chong)(chong)壓而成。
具(ju)體地(di),參(can)見(jian)圖1,該核電(dian)站穩壓(ya)器水(shui)封裝置(zhi)還可以包(bao)括:設置(zhi)在(zai)穩壓(ya)器上封頭1的外側表面且環繞穩壓(ya)器安全閥接管(guan)2四周的保溫(wen)層5。
在本實施例中,保溫(wen)層5可以(yi)有效減(jian)少穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器內(nei)部與外界環(huan)境的熱(re)傳(chuan)導,維(wei)持穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器內(nei)部溫(wen)度的穩(wen)(wen)定性,也可以(yi)維(wei)持集(ji)水罩(zhao)4中冷凝水溫(wen)度的穩(wen)(wen)定,防止集(ji)水罩(zhao)4中的冷凝水與穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器內(nei)部汽相(xiang)之間的溫(wen)差過大(da),能有效降低穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器安(an)全(quan)閥開啟后下游(you)排放管線承(cheng)受的水力載荷(he)。
進一步地,保(bao)溫層5的厚度范圍可(ke)以為250~300mm,優選(xuan)為280mm。在實際應用(yong)中,保(bao)溫層5的厚度可(ke)以根據實際需要設定(ding)。
進一步地,安全閥工藝管3與未處于保(bao)溫層5的保(bao)溫范(fan)圍的穩壓(ya)器(qi)安全閥接管2的總長范(fan)圍可以為450~500mm,優選為480mm。

具體地,參見圖1,該核電站穩(wen)壓器水封(feng)裝置(zhi)還(huan)可以包(bao)括:設置(zhi)在(zai)穩(wen)壓器上封(feng)頭(tou)(tou)1內側表面上且用(yong)于連(lian)接集水罩4與穩(wen)壓器上封(feng)頭(tou)(tou)1的堆焊層6。
在本實施例中,集水罩4可以通過(guo)焊接在堆焊層6上(shang),來與穩壓器上(shang)封(feng)頭1內側表面連(lian)接。
下面,結(jie)合附圖1、5、6、7,簡述一下核電站穩(wen)壓(ya)器(qi)水(shui)封裝置的工作過程(cheng)。
當核電站穩(wen)壓器(qi)開始正常(chang)工作時,穩(wen)壓器(qi)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)飽和水(shui)蒸(zheng)汽通(tong)過集(ji)水(shui)罩4上設置的(de)開口40,進入到穩(wen)壓器(qi)安全閥接管(guan)2和安全閥工藝管(guan)3中,并與外(wai)界環境進行熱交換,從而冷(leng)凝形成(cheng)冷(leng)凝水(shui),在穩(wen)壓器(qi)安全閥接管(guan)2或(huo)安全閥工藝管(guan)3中形成(cheng)的(de)冷(leng)凝水(shui)會倒(dao)流回集(ji)水(shui)罩4中,由集(ji)水(shui)罩4收集(ji)儲(chu)存,參見圖5所示(shi)示(shi)例。
參見圖6和圖7所示(shi)示(shi)例(li),隨著集水罩4中儲存的(de)冷凝(ning)水持(chi)續(xu)增加,冷凝(ning)水會(hui)漫過(guo)穩壓(ya)器(qi)安全閥(fa)(fa)接管2與穩壓(ya)器(qi)內部(bu)汽相連通(tong)(tong)的(de)一端(duan)端(duan)口,形成水密(mi)封,完成對(dui)穩壓(ya)器(qi)內部(bu)的(de)氫氣與穩壓(ya)器(qi)安全閥(fa)(fa)隔離,進而防止了穩壓(ya)器(qi)內部(bu)汽相中的(de)氫氣通(tong)(tong)過(guo)穩壓(ya)器(qi)安全閥(fa)(fa)泄漏(lou)出去。
