可見,現有的軌道交通(tong)車輛中央控制(zhi)系統具有以下缺點:
第一(yi)(yi),由于每(mei)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)子監控(kong)系(xi)統均通過一(yi)(yi)個(ge)對應的輸(shu)入(ru)輸(shu)出模塊與中央控(kong)制單元相(xiang)連(lian),有多(duo)少(shao)(shao)個(ge)子監控(kong)系(xi)統,就(jiu)需要多(duo)少(shao)(shao)個(ge)輸(shu)入(ru)輸(shu)出模塊,生產成本較高。
第(di)二(er),由于(yu)中(zhong)央控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)沒有進行(xing)冗余設計,若(ruo)某一(yi)個輸入(ru)輸出模塊出現了故障(zhang),則中(zhong)央控(kong)制(zhi)單(dan)元不能和相應的子(zi)(zi)監控(kong)系統(tong)(tong)進行(xing)通(tong)信,即中(zhong)央控(kong)制(zhi)單(dan)元不能對相應的子(zi)(zi)監控(kong)系統(tong)(tong)進行(xing)監控(kong),系統(tong)(tong)工作(zuo)可靠性低。
第(di)三,由于中央控制單元(yuan)設(she)于控制柜(ju)柜(ju)體內、各(ge)子監(jian)控系統和各(ge)輸(shu)入輸(shu)出模塊分布在車(che)輛的不同位置,因此,檢修和維護(hu)不方便,需要在車(che)輛的多個位置去尋(xun)找控制故障。
現有(you)的(de)軌(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)車載控制柜(ju)柜(ju)體(ti)內(nei)除了設置有(you)上述的(de)中央控制單元外,還設有(you)自動(dong)開關(guan)、旋(xuan)鈕和按鈕開關(guan)、繼(ji)電器、連接(jie)(jie)器、輸入接(jie)(jie)線端子(zi)排(pai)、輸出接(jie)(jie)線端子(zi)排(pai)、內(nei)部分線端子(zi)排(pai)等。現有(you)的(de)軌(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)車載控制柜(ju)具有(you)以下缺(que)點:
第(di)一,自我保(bao)護和(he)輔助功能(neng)不(bu)全。
第二,控制柜(ju)柜(ju)內部(bu)件布(bu)置(zhi)雜亂,影響日(ri)常使用和檢修(xiu)。
第三,控制(zhi)柜(ju)柜(ju)體制(zhi)造(zao)材料使(shi)用參差不齊,控制(zhi)柜(ju)柜(ju)體一般使(shi)用強度(du)不高的鋁合(he)金和容易腐(fu)蝕的碳鋼,強度(du)低、耐腐(fu)蝕性能低。

借由上述結構(gou),中央控制系統通過(guo)第一通訊(xun)節點和第二通訊(xun)節點構(gou)成環形拓撲,通過(guo)網絡通訊(xun)協議向視頻(pin)顯示單元(yuan)發(fa)送(song)必需的(de)數(shu)據(ju),便于司(si)機根據(ju)監(jian)控數(shu)據(ju)執(zhi)行相應操(cao)作。
