技術實現要素:

如圖2所(suo)示,所(suo)述(shu)功(gong)(gong)率模塊封裝過程中(zhong),在填充硅凝膠(jiao)之前,將(jiang)絕緣防護(hu)罩6逐(zhu)一安(an)裝在功(gong)(gong)率模塊內(nei)部,功(gong)(gong)率端(duan)子上方的(de)殼體(ti)1開設有與(yu)(yu)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)結(jie)構10相適配(pei)的(de)槽11,絕緣防護(hu)罩6與(yu)(yu)殼體(ti)1通過限(xian)位(wei)(wei)結(jie)構10與(yu)(yu)槽11進(jin)行裝配(pei),槽11的(de)形(xing)狀可(ke)根據需要(yao)自行選擇,也可(ke)以不使用(yong)槽11而采用(yong)其他(ta)方式(shi)連接(jie)固定(ding)如粘(zhan)接(jie)、焊接(jie)、設置螺釘等(deng),本實施例中(zhong)采用(yong)燕(yan)(yan)尾槽11進(jin)行榫接(jie),安(an)裝時(shi)將(jiang)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)結(jie)構10插入殼體(ti)1預留的(de)燕(yan)(yan)尾槽11內(nei)部,實現絕緣防護(hu)罩6與(yu)(yu)外殼的(de)可(ke)靠連接(jie)。

如圖(tu)3a和(he)3b所示(shi),絕緣防護罩6包括互相(xiang)垂(chui)直的(de)單獨前擋板(ban)621和(he)單獨頂擋板(ban)622,所述單獨頂擋板(ban)622與絕緣基板(ban)5平(ping)行,本(ben)實施例(li)中單獨頂擋板(ban)622與功率端(duan)子連接(jie)部上方的(de)殼體1相(xiang)連;單獨前擋板(ban)621與絕緣基板(ban)5相(xiang)接(jie)觸,用(yong)于支撐,也(ye)可以不(bu)接(jie)觸。絕緣防護罩6的(de)材料為工程塑料,本(ben)實施例(li)中選用(yong)PBT或PPS。

實(shi)(shi)施例2:如圖(tu)4、圖(tu)5所示(shi),本實(shi)(shi)施例與實(shi)(shi)施例1的(de)結構基本相同,不同之處在于,本實(shi)(shi)施例中的(de)絕緣防護(hu)罩6自功率端子(zi)連接部的(de)上(shang)方呈弧形(xing)延伸(shen)至(zhi)絕緣基板5處,如圖(tu)6a和圖(tu)6b所示(shi)。

實(shi)施(shi)(shi)例3:如(ru)圖(tu)7、圖(tu)8所(suo)示,本實(shi)施(shi)(shi)例與(yu)(yu)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)例1的(de)結構(gou)基本相同,不(bu)同之處在于,本實(shi)施(shi)(shi)例中的(de)所(suo)有功率(lv)端子(zi)共(gong)用一個絕緣防(fang)護罩(zhao)6,如(ru)圖(tu)9a和9b所(suo)示,絕緣防(fang)護罩(zhao)6包括(kuo)互(hu)相垂直(zhi)(zhi)的(de)共(gong)用前擋(dang)板(ban)611和共(gong)用頂(ding)擋(dang)板(ban)612,共(gong)用前擋(dang)板(ban)611與(yu)(yu)絕緣基板(ban)5垂直(zhi)(zhi),共(gong)用頂(ding)擋(dang)板(ban)612自(zi)共(gong)用前擋(dang)板(ban)611的(de)頂(ding)邊向(xiang)外(wai)延(yan)伸(shen)并罩(zhao)在功率(lv)端子(zi)連接部的(de)上方(fang),此(ci)處“向(xiang)外(wai)”意為(wei)向(xiang)正(zheng)電極(ji)和負(fu)電極(ji)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)上延(yan)伸(shen),本實(shi)施(shi)(shi)例中延(yan)伸(shen)的(de)形(xing)狀為(wei)平面,也(ye)可以延(yan)伸(shen)為(wei)弧形(xing),本領(ling)域技術人員也(ye)可根據需要自(zi)行設置。前擋(dang)板(ban)與(yu)(yu)頂(ding)擋(dang)板(ban)相接的(de)直(zhi)(zhi)角邊緣向(xiang)內(nei)凹陷(xian)有防(fang)撞(zhuang)槽11,原因是此(ci)處塑料較(jiao)厚,因此(ci)去(qu)(qu)掉(diao)(diao)一部分,也(ye)可不(bu)去(qu)(qu)掉(diao)(diao)。

在本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的描(miao)述中,需要理解(jie)的是(shi)(shi),術語“向外(wai)”、“垂直”、“上”、“下”、“頂部(bu)”等指示(shi)的方(fang)(fang)位或(huo)位置關(guan)系(xi)為基于(yu)附(fu)圖所(suo)示(shi)的方(fang)(fang)位或(huo)位置關(guan)系(xi),僅(jin)是(shi)(shi)為了(le)便于(yu)描(miao)述本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)和(he)簡化描(miao)述,而不是(shi)(shi)指示(shi)或(huo)暗示(shi)所(suo)指的設備或(huo)元(yuan)件必須具(ju)有特(te)定的方(fang)(fang)位、以(yi)特(te)定的方(fang)(fang)位構(gou)造和(he)操作,因此不能(neng)理解(jie)為對(dui)本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的限(xian)制。以(yi)上僅(jin)是(shi)(shi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的優選實(shi)施方(fang)(fang)式(shi),對(dui)于(yu)本(ben)(ben)(ben)技(ji)術領域(yu)的普(pu)通技(ji)術人(ren)員(yuan)來(lai)說,在不脫離本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)原理的前提下,還可以(yi)做出若干改進和(he)潤(run)飾,這(zhe)些改進和(he)潤(run)飾也應視為本(ben)(ben)(ben)實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的保(bao)護范(fan)圍。
