背景技術:
繞(rao)(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機是把線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)狀的物體纏(chan)繞(rao)(rao)到(dao)特定的工件上的設備(bei),主要作用是將金(jin)屬線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)纏(chan)繞(rao)(rao)在線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)骨架上,通常用于銅線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)纏(chan)繞(rao)(rao)。隨著電(dian)子(zi)工業迅猛發(fa)展,所有電(dian)器產(chan)品均需(xu)要用銅線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)或漆包線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)繞(rao)(rao)制成(cheng)電(dian)感線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan),自動繞(rao)(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機已然成(cheng)為電(dian)子(zi)工業專用設備(bei)之一。
夾線裝置(zhi)作(zuo)為(wei)自動繞線機不可或缺(que)的組件,其主(zhu)要功能是完成(cheng)扯(che)線、纏線、脫(tuo)線的動作(zuo)。現有常(chang)用(yong)的夾線裝置(zhi)主(zhu)要有直接固定(ding)一根圓柱纏繞線或是采用(yong)上下(xia)夾緊方式,脫(tuo)線難(nan)度大,結構(gou)復雜,加工(gong)成(cheng)本(ben)高(gao),且工(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率低。
