背景技術:
共(gong)享單車(che)的(de)(de)出(chu)現方便了(le)人們的(de)(de)短途出(chu)行(xing)(xing)(xing),緩解了(le)城市(shi)的(de)(de)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵,減輕了(le)公共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力,受到(dao)人們歡迎,但自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)速度較慢,通(tong)常為(wei)時(shi)速10多公里左右,現代社會的(de)(de)生活工作的(de)(de)節奏不斷加快,城市(shi)版圖又不斷擴大,在日常出(chu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)中(zhong)出(chu)發點至目的(de)(de)地很有一定(ding)的(de)(de)路(lu)程,在一些城市(shi)新區,從(cong)居住地到(dao)地鐵(tie)站(zhan)也超過5公里,用在路(lu)上的(de)(de)時(shi)間成本很高。自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)在時(shi)效性上已不能滿(man)足(zu)部分人群的(de)(de)需求。
因而繼共(gong)享自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)之(zhi)(zhi)后,一些(xie)城市推出了共(gong)享電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)(又可稱為(wei)共(gong)享電(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)、共(gong)享電(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)、租(zu)(zu)賃電(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)、租(zu)(zu)賃電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)、租(zu)(zu)賃電(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)等(deng)),電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)由于速度比自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)快,能節省了出行時(shi)間(jian),又不(bu)必用怎樣消耗體力(li)(li),使之(zhi)(zhi)更受人們的歡迎,但是(shi)下列幾個重要因素一直制約著租(zu)(zu)賃電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)自(zi)(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)的運營(ying)和發展。
但是,現有技(ji)術存在(zai)以(yi)下缺陷:
在(zai)現有(you)(you)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)技術中,電(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)般只能供車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)使(shi)距離四五(wu)十(shi)公(gong)里(li)左右,車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)行(xing)駛(shi)幾小時(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)量就耗盡了(le),而(er)(er)給(gei)(gei)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)正常(chang)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)充電(dian)續行(xing)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間需要4-5小時(shi)(shi)(shi)之久,車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)在(zai)充電(dian)期間內(nei)不(bu)能使(shi)用,再者(zhe)充電(dian)站(zhan)點又嚴重(zhong)不(bu)足致使(shi)實(shi)際(ji)充電(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間更(geng)長,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步地降低了(le)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)可使(shi)用時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,基(ji)于(yu)各種客觀(guan)因(yin)素,大量的(de)(de)分布建(jian)設配套充電(dian)站(zhan)也不(bu)太現實(shi),因(yin)而(er)(er)給(gei)(gei)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)是(shi)(shi)目前最合適的(de)(de)方法。租賃公(gong)司(si)(si)派出員工(gong)(換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)員)給(gei)(gei)無(wu)電(dian)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)池(chi)(chi),然(ran)(ran)而(er)(er)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)停放(fang)點是(shi)(shi)非(fei)常(chang)分散(san)的(de)(de),機(ji)乎是(shi)(shi)分布于(yu)城市(shi)每(mei)(mei)個角落,很多時(shi)(shi)(shi)候是(shi)(shi)東一(yi)(yi)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)西一(yi)(yi)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)。分散(san)又是(shi)(shi)共享(xiang)交通(tong)工(gong)具的(de)(de)必然(ran)(ran)特性(xing)。但(dan)分散(san)會給(gei)(gei)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)帶來(lai)巨大的(de)(de)工(gong)作量,再加上車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)又是(shi)(shi)流(liu)動(dong)性(xing)的(de)(de),有(you)(you)些(xie)(xie)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候當換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)員趕往車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)實(shi)施換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi),車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)在(zai)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)員到來(lai)前正好(hao)被用戶騎走(zou)了(le),基(ji)于(yu)上述這(zhe)些(xie)(xie)客觀(guan)因(yin)素,雖然(ran)(ran)租賃公(gong)司(si)(si)在(zai)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)事(shi)務投入了(le)非(fei)常(chang)巨大,但(dan)人(ren)力并不(bu)能滲透到城市(shi)每(mei)(mei)個角落,導致很多無(wu)電(dian)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)未能得到及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)電(dian)。有(you)(you)的(de)(de)甚至無(wu)電(dian)四五(wu)天了(le)也未能給(gei)(gei)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)上電(dian)。
上述因(yin)素(su)是制約著租賃電(dian)動助(zhu)力自行(xing)車(che)發展主要(yao)因(yin)素(su)。電(dian)動助(zhu)力自行(xing)車(che)租賃行(xing)業(ye)要(yao)實現(xian)可(ke)持(chi)續性發展,相信只有建立在上述問(wen)題得以有效解決的基(ji)礎上。
技術實現要素:

進一(yi)步地,所(suo)述(shu)計費(fei)請(qing)求信息包括充電(dian)(dian)(dian)后電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池編號,在所(suo)述(shu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)后電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)大于達標預設閾值時,所(suo)述(shu)計費(fei)請(qing)求信息被生成,所(suo)述(shu)費(fei)用包括電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)費(fei)用和(he)勞務費(fei)用。

相(xiang)比現有(you)技術,本發(fa)明的有(you)益效(xiao)果在于:本發(fa)明通過(guo)充電請求信息和計費請求信息獲得有(you)償(chang)代充費用,從(cong)而在應用于租賃電動車時,可(ke)解(jie)決電池充電問題。

在實現(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)管理(li)之前(qian),代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)人(ren)首先需要進行實名注冊,注冊的方式(shi)包(bao)括現(xian)場(chang)登(deng)記(ji)、下載運(yun)營管理(li)平臺應用的軟(ruan)件app登(deng)記(ji)以(yi)及關注運(yun)營管理(li)平臺公(gong)眾號(hao)登(deng)記(ji)中的任(ren)一種。其過(guo)程如下:
1、提交資(zi)料:包括身份證、拍攝上(shang)傳(chuan)個人照片、充(chong)電(dian)場所(suo)地址、該場所(suo)電(dian)力數(shu)據資(zi)料;2、現場確認(ren)(或(huo)平(ping)(ping)臺審核(he)通(tong)過或(huo)公眾(zhong)(zhong)號(hao)審核(he)頭通(tong)過)后發放注冊(ce)賬(zhang)號(hao),注冊(ce)賬(zhang)號(hao)與通(tong)訊(xun)設(she)備(bei)id綁定(ding);3、以紙質或(huo)電(dian)子形式簽立服務合(he)同;4、交納充(chong)電(dian)終端及電(dian)池押金;5、現場或(huo)運(yun)營管(guan)理平(ping)(ping)臺或(huo)公眾(zhong)(zhong)號(hao)對代充(chong)電(dian)人充(chong)電(dian)知識及安全作(zuo)業培訓考核(he);6、運(yun)營平(ping)(ping)臺發放終端充(chong)電(dian)設(she)備(bei);上(shang)述均完成即可接單。

對于將充(chong)電請求(qiu)信息發(fa)(fa)送給多個通(tong)訊設備以提高充(chong)電趣味(wei)的(de)情況,服務(wu)器則會向其他未(wei)解鎖電器箱的(de)通(tong)訊設備發(fa)(fa)送已接(jie)單信息,避免其他代充(chong)電人做無用功。

尋找(zhao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)可以是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務器(qi)(qi)下(xia)(xia)發代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)(ren)附(fu)近的(de)被取下(xia)(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)的(de)位置信息(xi),還(huan)可以是(shi)代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)(ren)自行根據(ju)微顯(xian)示(shi)屏(ping)的(de)顯(xian)示(shi)(缺少電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),則微顯(xian)示(shi)屏(ping)不顯(xian)示(shi)或者在兩塊(kuai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)情況下(xia)(xia),微顯(xian)示(shi)屏(ping)只顯(xian)示(shi)一個電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量信息(xi))尋找(zhao)。找(zhao)到后,同步驟s101-s102,代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)人(ren)(ren)向服(fu)(fu)務器(qi)(qi)發送解鎖(suo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)箱請求(qiu),服(fu)(fu)務器(qi)(qi)發送二維碼到其(qi)通(tong)訊設備,將(jiang)二維碼與掃描器(qi)(qi)相配(pei)合實現解鎖(suo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)箱。
解鎖后,代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)人將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)安(an)裝于(yu)相應的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)安(an)裝槽內,并將動(dong)力機(ji)構的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線插接(jie)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)上,向(xiang)服(fu)務器(qi)發送(song)計(ji)費請求信息(xi),該計(ji)費請求信息(xi)包括但不限于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)編號、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量和放置時(shi)間。
服務器根據(ju)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)后電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)量與達(da)標(biao)預設(she)(she)閾(yu)值(zhi)進行(xing)比對(dui)來(lai)判斷此次(ci)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)是否達(da)標(biao),如果充(chong)電(dian)(dian)后電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)量不小于達(da)標(biao)預設(she)(she)閾(yu)值(zhi),則(ze)向(xiang)代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)人(ren)的通(tong)訊(xun)設(she)(she)備發送充(chong)電(dian)(dian)達(da)標(biao),反之,則(ze)向(xiang)代充(chong)電(dian)(dian)人(ren)的通(tong)訊(xun)設(she)(she)備發送充(chong)電(dian)(dian)不達(da)標(biao),此次(ci)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)無效信(xin)息。

1、將(jiang)每次充(chong)電(dian)后電(dian)池電(dian)量(liang)與該次充(chong)電(dian)前(qian)的電(dian)池電(dian)量(liang)相減(jian),乘(cheng)以(yi)單位電(dian)價,再乘(cheng)以(yi)本月(yue)的充(chong)電(dian)次數,得到(dao)該代充(chong)電(dian)人的電(dian)量(liang)費用,即成本,該成本不計(ji)無效充(chong)電(dian);
2、將本月的(de)(de)充(chong)電次數(shu)乘以單位(wei)勞務(wu)費,等到該(gai)代充(chong)電人的(de)(de)勞務(wu)費;這(zhe)里需要說明(ming)一(yi)點:對于一(yi)些偏(pian)遠(yuan)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)(de)待充(chong)電電池(chi)(何為偏(pian)遠(yuan)位(wei)置(zhi)由服務(wu)器(qi)自(zi)定(ding)義,例如在(zai)該(gai)待充(chong)電電池(chi)附近五公里內(nei)的(de)(de)充(chong)電終端的(de)(de)個數(shu)小(xiao)于10個時),服務(wu)器(qi)可以指定(ding)某個距(ju)離最近的(de)(de)代充(chong)電人去取電進行充(chong)電(換電),對于這(zhe)種指定(ding)的(de)(de)換電情況,可以根據距(ju)離等難(nan)度給代充(chong)電人增加(jia)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)其勞務(wu)費;
3、充電(dian)(dian)時效獎罰:每(mei)次(ci)取下(xia)電(dian)(dian)池到安裝電(dian)(dian)池的(de)時間差,如果該時間差小(xiao)于12小(xiao)時,則(ze)(ze)滿足(zu)充電(dian)(dian)時效,無效充電(dian)(dian)不(bu)計算在內,如果不(bu)滿足(zu)充電(dian)(dian)時效的(de)次(ci)數大于設定(ding)值(zhi)(例如三次(ci)),則(ze)(ze)扣除一定(ding)的(de)勞務(wu)費,反之,不(bu)滿足(zu)充電(dian)(dian)時效的(de)次(ci)數小(xiao)于或等于設定(ding)值(zhi),則(ze)(ze)獎勵一定(ding)的(de)勞務(wu)費;
4、無效充電次(ci)數獎(jiang)罰:當無效充電次(ci)數大于一設(she)定值(zhi)(例(li)如三次(ci)),則扣除一定的勞務(wu)費,反之(zhi),則獎(jiang)勵一定的勞務(wu)費。
主要是上述前兩(liang)點的(de)相加(jia)得到該代充電人當(dang)月(yue)的(de)費用,之(zhi)所以增加(jia)后兩(liang)點,主要為(wei)了提高代充電人的(de)安全意(yi)識和負責態度(du)。
