背景技術:
目(mu)(mu)前,部分用(yong)于貨、客運輸(shu)的車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)使用(yong)者(zhe)為(wei)了獲取更(geng)多的經濟(ji)利(li)益,對車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)進行擅(shan)自改(gai)裝,如改(gai)裝車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)尺(chi)寸,增加車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)容積(ji)等,嚴重違反了車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)使用(yong)的安全標(biao)準。為(wei)了保證車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)的安全性(xing),各地公安車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)管理所,機動車(che)(che)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)站(zhan)對車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)定期進行安全性(xing)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)。而車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)尺(chi)寸檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)目(mu)(mu)前以(yi)人工檢(jian)(jian)驗為(wei)主(zhu),測(ce)量(liang)效率(lv)低,準確性(xing)差(cha),檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)過程存在(zai)主(zhu)觀性(xing)。
據(ju)gb21861-2014國(guo)標規定,車(che)輛須以不(bu)高于(yu)時速5公里(li)/小時的(de)(de)時速正直(zhi)居(ju)中駛(shi)進門架式的(de)(de)外廓尺寸測量儀。而實際使(shi)用過程中,由于(yu)每個檢測人員的(de)(de)駕駛(shi)水平以及(ji)車(che)輛狀況的(de)(de)不(bu)同,很難(nan)做到完全符合。另(ling)外,車(che)輛通過檢測儀的(de)(de)速度越(yue)小,越(yue)有利(li)于(yu)測量的(de)(de)準確,但這樣拖延了檢測速度。
技術實現要素:
本(ben)發明的目的是針對現有(you)的技術(shu)存在上述問題(ti),提(ti)出了(le)一種多功能車(che)輛檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)設(she)備,本(ben)多功能車(che)輛檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)設(she)備不但能夠方便的測(ce)(ce)量(liang)車(che)輛的外廓(kuo)尺(chi)寸,還(huan)具有(you)輔(fu)助車(che)輛快速(su)準確的通過外廓(kuo)尺(chi)寸測(ce)(ce)量(liang)儀的輔(fu)助裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。

在上述的多功能車輛檢測設備中,龍門架(jia)導軌沿牽引方向(xiang)逐漸增(zeng)高。即龍門架(jia)導軌為坡(po)形,當龍門架(jia)運(yun)動到(dao)最高點(dian)后自動的從坡(po)頂上下(xia)來回到(dao)原點(dian),以便對下(xia)一輛車的檢測。
在上(shang)述(shu)的(de)多功能車(che)輛(liang)檢測(ce)設(she)(she)備中(zhong),所述(shu)牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)設(she)(she)置(zhi)在滾輪小車(che),滾輪小車(che)上(shang)設(she)(she)置(zhi)有(you)控制(zhi)(zhi)牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)升降(jiang)的(de)升降(jiang)控制(zhi)(zhi)機構,在牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)上(shang)設(she)(she)置(zhi)有(you)激光測(ce)距儀。當車(che)輛(liang)向牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)使(shi)來時,利用(yong)激光測(ce)距儀測(ce)量車(che)輛(liang)底(di)盤的(de)高度,然后升降(jiang)控制(zhi)(zhi)機構控制(zhi)(zhi)牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)升降(jiang),使(shi)得(de)牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)略(lve)低于底(di)盤的(de)高度,從而既防止(zhi)牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)碰到車(che)輛(liang)底(di)盤,又(you)有(you)了(le)利于車(che)輛(liang)對牽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)的(de)吸引。
在上述的(de)多(duo)功能車輛檢測設(she)(she)備中,導軌槽的(de)端部設(she)(she)置(zhi)有阻擋牽(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊的(de)緩沖(chong)板(ban),緩沖(chong)板(ban)與(yu)導軌槽之間設(she)(she)置(zhi)有緩沖(chong)彈簧。以便對牽(qian)(qian)引滑(hua)塊起(qi)到緩沖(chong)的(de)作用。
在上(shang)(shang)述(shu)的(de)多功能車輛檢測設備(bei)中,龍(long)門架導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)上(shang)(shang)沿(yan)導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)長度方向(xiang)排布有電磁鐵。利用電磁鐵的(de)磁力牽引龍(long)門架支(zhi)撐(cheng)腿移動,或將龍(long)門架定位在導(dao)(dao)(dao)軌(gui)上(shang)(shang)的(de)某處。
在上述的多功能車輛(liang)檢測(ce)設備中,在龍(long)門架的前面設置有車輛(liang)速度檢測(ce)器,用于檢測(ce)車輛(liang)的速度,從而便(bian)于控制。
與(yu)現有(you)技(ji)術相(xiang)比,本多功(gong)能車(che)輛檢(jian)測設備具有(you)以下優點:

在(zai)上述(shu)的多功能(neng)車輛檢(jian)測設(she)備(bei)中,導軌槽的端部設(she)置有阻(zu)擋牽(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)的緩沖板(ban)11,緩沖板(ban)與(yu)導軌槽之間(jian)設(she)置有緩沖彈簧。以便(bian)對(dui)牽(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)起到緩沖的作用(yong)。
在(zai)上述(shu)的多功能(neng)車(che)輛檢測(ce)設備(bei)中,龍門(men)架(jia)導(dao)軌上沿(yan)導(dao)軌長度方向排布(bu)有電(dian)磁(ci)鐵8。利用(yong)電(dian)磁(ci)鐵的磁(ci)力牽引龍門(men)架(jia)支撐(cheng)腿移動,或(huo)將(jiang)龍門(men)架(jia)定位在(zai)導(dao)軌上的某(mou)處。
在上述的多功(gong)能(neng)車(che)輛檢測設備中,在龍門架(jia)的前面設置有(you)車(che)輛速度(du)檢測器,用于檢測車(che)輛的速度(du),從而便(bian)于控制。
在上述的多(duo)功能車(che)輛(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)設備中,龍門架導軌(gui)沿(yan)牽引方向逐漸增高(gao)。即龍門架導軌(gui)為坡形,當(dang)龍門架運動到最高(gao)點(dian)后(hou)自(zi)動的從(cong)坡頂上下來回(hui)到原點(dian),以便對下一(yi)輛(liang)車(che)的檢(jian)測(ce)。
