背景技術:

據(ju)gb21861-2014國(guo)標規定,車(che)輛須以不(bu)高于(yu)時速5公里(li)/小時的(de)(de)時速正直(zhi)居(ju)中駛(shi)進門架式的(de)(de)外廓尺寸測量儀。而實際使(shi)用過程中,由于(yu)每個檢測人員的(de)(de)駕駛(shi)水平以及(ji)車(che)輛狀況的(de)(de)不(bu)同,很難(nan)做到完全符合。另(ling)外,車(che)輛通過檢測儀的(de)(de)速度越(yue)小,越(yue)有利(li)于(yu)測量的(de)(de)準確,但這樣拖延了檢測速度。



技術實現要素:

本(ben)發明的目的是針對現有(you)的技術(shu)存在上述問題(ti),提(ti)出了(le)一種多功能車(che)輛檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)設(she)備,本(ben)多功能車(che)輛檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)設(she)備不但能夠方便的測(ce)(ce)量(liang)車(che)輛的外廓(kuo)尺(chi)寸,還(huan)具有(you)輔(fu)助車(che)輛快速(su)準確的通過外廓(kuo)尺(chi)寸測(ce)(ce)量(liang)儀的輔(fu)助裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。

在上述的(de)多功能(neng)車(che)(che)輛(liang)檢測設備中(zhong),所述牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)設置(zhi)在滾輪小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)(che),滾輪小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)(che)13上設置(zhi)有控制牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)升(sheng)降的(de)升(sheng)降控制機構,如電動伸縮缸10,在牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)上設置(zhi)有激(ji)光(guang)測距儀。當車(che)(che)輛(liang)向(xiang)牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)使來(lai)時,利(li)(li)用(yong)激(ji)光(guang)測距儀測量車(che)(che)輛(liang)底(di)盤的(de)高(gao)(gao)度,然后升(sheng)降控制機構控制牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)升(sheng)降,使得(de)牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)略低于底(di)盤的(de)高(gao)(gao)度,從(cong)而既防止牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)碰(peng)到車(che)(che)輛(liang)底(di)盤,又有了利(li)(li)于車(che)(che)輛(liang)對(dui)牽(qian)(qian)引(yin)(yin)滑塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)的(de)吸引(yin)(yin)。

在(zai)上述(shu)的多功能(neng)車輛檢(jian)測設(she)備(bei)中,導軌槽的端部設(she)置有阻(zu)擋牽(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)的緩沖板(ban)11,緩沖板(ban)與(yu)導軌槽之間(jian)設(she)置有緩沖彈簧。以便(bian)對(dui)牽(qian)引滑(hua)塊(kuai)起到緩沖的作用(yong)。

在(zai)上述(shu)的多功能(neng)車(che)輛檢測(ce)設備(bei)中,龍門(men)架(jia)導(dao)軌上沿(yan)導(dao)軌長度方向排布(bu)有電(dian)磁(ci)鐵8。利用(yong)電(dian)磁(ci)鐵的磁(ci)力牽引龍門(men)架(jia)支撐(cheng)腿移動,或(huo)將(jiang)龍門(men)架(jia)定位在(zai)導(dao)軌上的某(mou)處。

在上述的多功(gong)能(neng)車(che)輛檢測設備中,在龍門架(jia)的前面設置有(you)車(che)輛速度(du)檢測器,用于檢測車(che)輛的速度(du),從而便(bian)于控制。

在上述的多(duo)功能車(che)輛(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)設備中,龍門架導軌(gui)沿(yan)牽引方向逐漸增高(gao)。即龍門架導軌(gui)為坡形,當(dang)龍門架運動到最高(gao)點(dian)后(hou)自(zi)動的從(cong)坡頂上下來回(hui)到原點(dian),以便對下一(yi)輛(liang)車(che)的檢(jian)測(ce)。
