背景技術:
管材(cai)(cai)(cai)在(zai)建(jian)筑、交通、物流倉儲中(zhong)具有廣泛(fan)的運(yun)用(yong)。在(zai)日常(chang)生產生活(huo)中(zhong),管材(cai)(cai)(cai)的連(lian)(lian)接大(da)都(dou)采用(yong)螺栓連(lian)(lian)接或焊(han)接。焊(han)接的管材(cai)(cai)(cai),焊(han)接時操作麻(ma)煩,且完成(cheng)焊(han)接后不能(neng)拆分,螺栓連(lian)(lian)接在(zai)連(lian)(lian)接時需要通過多(duo)個螺栓從多(duo)個部位對(dui)管材(cai)(cai)(cai)進行連(lian)(lian)接,需要進行多(duo)次(ci)操作,操作麻(ma)煩;上述兩(liang)種連(lian)(lian)接方式為剛性連(lian)(lian)接,在(zai)管材(cai)(cai)(cai)制造偏差的時候(hou),不能(neng)補償,使管材(cai)(cai)(cai)不能(neng)順利連(lian)(lian)接,且容(rong)易在(zai)安裝時損傷管材(cai)(cai)(cai)。
技術實現要素:
針(zhen)對現有(you)技術存在(zai)的不足,本發明的目的在(zai)于提(ti)供(gong)一種柔性快速接頭,簡化管(guan)材的安裝步(bu)驟,且能補償管(guan)材的制造偏差(cha)。
