背景技術:

根(gen)據《中華(hua)人民共(gong)和(he)國(guo)大(da)(da)氣(qi)污(wu)染防(fang)治法》和(he)《大(da)(da)氣(qi)污(wu)染防(fang)治行動計劃》要求(qiu),自2015年10月1日(ri)起,所有(you)制造和(he)銷(xiao)售的非道路移動機(ji)械用柴油機(ji),其排氣(qi)污(wu)染物(wu)排放必須符合(he)本標準第三階段(duan)要求(qiu)。

自2016年4月(yue)1日起,所有(you)制造、進口和(he)銷售(shou)的非道路移動(dong)機械(xie)不得裝(zhuang)用不符合《非道路標準》第三階段要(yao)求的柴油機(農用機械(xie)除外)。

自(zi)2016年12月1日起(qi),所有(you)制造、進口和銷售(shou)的農(nong)用(yong)機械(xie)不得(de)裝用(yong)不符合(he)《非(fei)道路標(biao)準(zhun)》第三階段要求的柴油機。

非(fei)道(dao)路(lu)移動機(ji)械生產企業作為環保生產一致性管(guan)理的責(ze)任(ren)主體,應(ying)(ying)確保實際生產、銷售(shou)的機(ji)械達到《非(fei)道(dao)路(lu)標(biao)準》相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)要求。同時,按(an)照《中華人民共和(he)國大(da)氣污染防治法》將相(xiang)(xiang)關環保信息進行公(gong)開。環境(jing)保護部將加強生產、銷售(shou)環節監督檢查(cha),嚴厲打擊違法生產銷售(shou)不(bu)達標(biao)產品行為。對生產、進口、銷售(shou)不(bu)符合《非(fei)道(dao)路(lu)標(biao)準》要求的,環境(jing)保護部會同有關部門依法進行處罰。

技術實現要素:
