背景技術:
城市污(wu)水(shui)處理(li)過程中,給水(shui)凈化(hua)水(shui)處理(li)所(suo)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)污(wu)泥含(han)水(shui)率一(yi)般(ban)為99.3%~99.7%,活性(xing)污(wu)泥一(yi)般(ban)為99.2%~99.6%,混合(he)污(wu)泥一(yi)般(ban)為97%~98%。。城市污(wu)泥的(de)(de)特(te)點是(shi)固(gu)體物體少(shao)水(shui)分大(da),為此,污(wu)泥脫水(shui)前需(xu)要(yao)經過濃縮處理(li),以降(jiang)低污(wu)泥的(de)(de)含(han)水(shui)率,使污(wu)泥體積減少(shao)便(bian)于污(wu)泥的(de)(de)脫水(shui)處理(li)。
傳統的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)方式(shi)(shi)可(ke)分為重力(li)(li)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)、氣浮(fu)(fu)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)和(he)離(li)心濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)等三種(zhong)方式(shi)(shi)。重力(li)(li)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)是利用沉(chen)(chen)降原理濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni),分為間隙式(shi)(shi)和(he)連(lian)續式(shi)(shi);氣浮(fu)(fu)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)是細小(xiao)的(de)(de)汽泡使污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)顆粒的(de)(de)密(mi)度小(xiao)于水(shui)(shui)而(er)上浮(fu)(fu),并得到(dao)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo);離(li)心濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)是利用污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)中(zhong)固相、液相的(de)(de)密(mi)度不(bu)同,在高速旋轉中(zhong)受到(dao)不(bu)同的(de)(de)離(li)心力(li)(li)而(er)使兩者分離(li),達(da)到(dao)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。現(xian)有(you)的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)離(li)心濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)處(chu)理裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong),污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)水(shui)(shui)經過攪拌(ban)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)攪拌(ban)后(hou)再濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)排(pai)出,過濾后(hou)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)自然溢流排(pai)出。濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)及沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)后(hou)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)自然排(pai)出,其排(pai)出效(xiao)率低(di),污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)速度慢,整個(ge)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)處(chu)理裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率較低(di)。

本申(shen)請(qing)人針對現(xian)有技(ji)術(shu)的上(shang)述缺點,進(jin)行研究和改進(jin),提供一種高(gao)(gao)效超聲波分離式(shi)污(wu)泥(ni)濃縮(suo)裝置,其采(cai)用上(shang)下往復壓板結(jie)構,加(jia)速污(wu)泥(ni)濃縮(suo)過程,大大提高(gao)(gao)污(wu)泥(ni)處理效率。

如(ru)圖1所示,濃縮(suo)沉降(jiang)筒體1的內(nei)壁(bi)安裝有(you)向(xiang)(xiang)上傾斜設置(zhi)的擋泥(ni)(ni)片18,擋泥(ni)(ni)片18位于上下兩攪(jiao)拌葉(xie)片6之間,攪(jiao)拌葉(xie)片6攪(jiao)動污泥(ni)(ni)時(shi),擋泥(ni)(ni)片18起到輔助攪(jiao)碎作用;攪(jiao)拌葉(xie)片6 的外(wai)端部(bu)帶有(you)向(xiang)(xiang)下傾斜的尖端61,尖端61與濃縮(suo)沉降(jiang)筒體1的內(nei)壁(bi)間形成一錐(zhui)形導流空間19,錐(zhui)形導流空間19對污泥(ni)(ni)起到壓縮(suo)導流作用。

本發明中,經攪拌后(hou)的(de)污(wu)泥在升(sheng)降盤(pan)7的(de)上(shang)下(xia)(xia)擠壓作用下(xia)(xia),進一步得到分散(san),并在濃(nong)縮(suo)過濾板(ban)14的(de)壓縮(suo)孔141導向(xiang)作用下(xia)(xia),不斷壓縮(suo)沉淀于濃(nong)縮(suo)沉降筒體1的(de)底部錐形(xing)腔中;升(sheng)降盤(pan)7上(shang)下(xia)(xia)運動時,污(wu)泥水經過濾后(hou)從出水管(guan)13中排出。
