背景技術:
城(cheng)市污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)處理(li)過(guo)程中,給水(shui)凈化水(shui)處理(li)所產生的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)含(han)水(shui)率一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)(wei)99.3%~99.7%,活性污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)(wei)99.2%~99.6%,混合污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)(wei)97%~98%。。城(cheng)市污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)特(te)點是(shi)固(gu)體物體少水(shui)分大,為(wei)(wei)此,污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)脫水(shui)前(qian)需(xu)要經過(guo)濃縮(suo)處理(li),以降低污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)含(han)水(shui)率,使污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)體積減(jian)少便于污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)脫水(shui)處理(li)。
傳(chuan)統的(de)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)方式可分(fen)為(wei)重力(li)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)、氣浮(fu)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)和(he)離(li)心(xin)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)等三種方式。重力(li)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)是利(li)用沉降(jiang)原理濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni),分(fen)為(wei)間隙式和(he)連(lian)續(xu)式;氣浮(fu)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)是細小的(de)汽(qi)泡(pao)使(shi)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)顆(ke)粒(li)的(de)密度(du)(du)小于水(shui)(shui)而上浮(fu),并得到濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo);離(li)心(xin)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)是利(li)用污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)中固相、液(ye)相的(de)密度(du)(du)不同,在高速(su)旋轉(zhuan)中受到不同的(de)離(li)心(xin)力(li)而使(shi)兩(liang)者分(fen)離(li),達到濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)的(de)目的(de)。現有的(de)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)離(li)心(xin)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)處理裝置(zhi)中,污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)水(shui)(shui)經過(guo)攪拌(ban)裝置(zhi)攪拌(ban)后(hou)(hou)再濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)排(pai)出,過(guo)濾后(hou)(hou)的(de)水(shui)(shui)自然溢(yi)流排(pai)出。濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)及沉淀后(hou)(hou)的(de)水(shui)(shui)自然排(pai)出,其排(pai)出效(xiao)率低(di),污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)速(su)度(du)(du)慢,整(zheng)個(ge)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)處理裝置(zhi)的(de)效(xiao)率較低(di)。
技術實現要素:
