背景技術:
熱(re)壓(ya)機可用于凝膠墊的熱(re)壓(ya)成型,目(mu)前熱(re)壓(ya)機存在著(zhu)溫度控制(zhi)不穩定的問題,且(qie)主要通(tong)過油箱控制(zhi)壓(ya)板的上下運動,使熱(re)壓(ya)機的工作過程中消耗了一(yi)定的油能源(yuan),不符合節能環(huan)保的理念。

使用時,由于風機(ji)能(neng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮和(he)輸送(song)氣(qi)體,打開風機(ji)后,氣(qi)體進去空(kong)氣(qi)加熱器(qi)中進行(xing)加熱,加熱后的氣(qi)體經輸送(song)管輸送(song)至上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban),使上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)受(shou)熱,通過溫度(du)控制器(qi)觀察上(shang)下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的溫度(du),當溫度(du)達到所(suo)需溫度(du)時,將(jiang)熱壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的材料放至下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang),打開氣(qi)缸的閥門,下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)向(xiang)上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)移(yi)動,最后在上(shang)下(xia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的作用下(xia)將(jiang)材料熱壓(ya)(ya)(ya)成(cheng)型。
