背景技術:

在(zai)水質凈化(hua)過(guo)濾處理工(gong)藝中,需要使(shi)用大量的(de)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒濾料,傳(chuan)統使(shi)用的(de)陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒濾料是(shi)采(cai)用陶(tao)(tao)(tao)土、粘(zhan)土和(he)粉(fen)煤灰等原料,經(jing)造粒后高(gao)溫燒結而成。培育或種(zhong)植(zhi)各種(zhong)苗木(mu)、花草和(he)蔬菜時,也常采(cai)用粉(fen)煤灰陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒、粘(zhan)土陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒、頁巖陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒和(he)花卉陶(tao)(tao)(tao)粒作(zuo)為無土栽(zai)培基(ji)質。

粉煤(mei)(mei)灰陶粒、粘(zhan)土陶粒和(he)頁(ye)巖陶粒是一種人造輕(qing)集料,采(cai)用(yong)優質黏土、頁(ye)巖或(huo)粉煤(mei)(mei)灰為主要(yao)原料,通過回轉窯高溫焙(bei)燒,經(jing)膨(peng)化(hua)而成,由(you)于其內(nei)部(bu)呈蜂窩狀結構,因(yin)而具有(you)輕(qing)質、高強、導熱(re)系數低、吸水率小等特點(dian),(詳(xiang)見國家標準:GB/T 17431.1-2010 輕(qing)集料及其試驗(yan)方法)。

由于人造(zao)輕(qing)集(ji)料經過(guo)高溫焙燒后,其表(biao)面形(xing)成一層(ceng)釉質(zhi),雖(sui)然人造(zao)輕(qing)集(ji)料內部(bu)呈蜂窩(wo)(wo)狀(zhuang)結(jie)(jie)構的微(wei)孔,但(dan)是,內部(bu)蜂窩(wo)(wo)狀(zhuang)結(jie)(jie)構的微(wei)孔是一種閉口(kou)孔,蜂窩(wo)(wo)狀(zhuang)結(jie)(jie)構的微(wei)孔不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)彼(bi)此(ci)之間不(bu)(bu)連(lian)通(tong),而且與(yu)外界相隔絕,吸水(shui)率較低,人造(zao)輕(qing)集(ji)料內部(bu)幾乎不(bu)(bu)含有水(shui)分(fen),將人造(zao)輕(qing)集(ji)料放進(jin)水(shui)體中,只能(neng)漂浮于水(shui)的表(biao)面,因此(ci),人造(zao)輕(qing)集(ji)料只能(neng)撒在土壤的表(biao)層(ceng),做為一種裝飾(shi),并(bing)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)直接用(yong)于種植各(ge)種苗木(mu)、花卉和蔬菜等植物,也(ye)不(bu)(bu)適用(yong)于水(shui)質(zhi)凈化過(guo)濾(lv)處(chu)理工藝中。

由(you)于圓(yuan)球形顆粒(li)內(nei)部結構非常密實,大大減少了圓(yuan)球形顆粒(li)有效的比(bi)表面積,圓(yuan)球形顆粒(li)的比(bi)重和(he)堆(dui)積密度都比(bi)較大。

經過焙(bei)燒后的圓球形(xing)陶(tao)(tao)粒內部(bu)結構更(geng)加緊密,雖然焙(bei)燒后的圓球形(xing)陶(tao)(tao)粒強(qiang)度(du)(du)比較(jiao)高,但是(shi)更(geng)加造成了有(you)效比表面積(ji)大幅度(du)(du)的減小,比重和堆積(ji)密度(du)(du)仍然是(shi)比較(jiao)大,從而大大降低了圓球形(xing)陶(tao)(tao)粒的吸附(fu)、凈化、過濾能(neng)力和吸水率。

圓(yuan)球形(xing)陶(tao)粒在焙燒過程中,陶(tao)粒內部很難能完全(quan)燒透,將沒有燒透的圓(yuan)球形(xing)陶(tao)粒放入(ru)水中會產生爆裂(lie)和崩解(jie),直(zhi)接影響到水質凈化(hua)過濾效(xiao)果。

經(jing)多次抽樣(yang)測試:市場上銷售的人(ren)造(zao)輕(qing)集料(liao)平(ping)均(jun)堆(dui)積密(mi)度(du)≥800kg/m3,平(ping)均(jun)吸(xi)水率≤18%,圓(yuan)球形凹(ao)凸(tu)棒(bang)花卉陶粒平(ping)均(jun)堆(dui)積密(mi)度(du)≥850kg/m3,平(ping)均(jun)吸(xi)水率≤50%,凹(ao)凸(tu)棒(bang)陶粒濾(lv)料(liao)平(ping)均(jun)堆(dui)積密(mi)度(du)≥950kg/m3,平(ping)均(jun)吸(xi)水率≤40%。

相比之下,這幾種陶粒的堆積密度(du)都(dou)比較大,造成有效(xiao)的比表面積比較小(xiao),吸水率比較低,用(yong)戶(hu)希望能(neng)發明一種吸附(fu)效(xiao)果(guo)好、過濾速度(du)快、堆積密度(du)≤800kg/m3和吸水率≥65%的輕質陶粒,以適用(yong)于水質凈化(hua)過濾、土壤修(xiu)復和各種綠化(hua)工程。

硅(gui)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)自然類(lei)型通(tong)常(chang)有夕卡(ka)巖(yan)型礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)硅(gui)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)-石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)-方解石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)型礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩類(lei),前(qian)者主要產于夕卡(ka)巖(yan)型礦(kuang)(kuang)床(chuang)中,礦(kuang)(kuang)物(wu)組(zu)分復雜,常(chang)伴生(sheng)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)、方解石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)及透輝石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)榴子石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等夕卡(ka)巖(yan)礦(kuang)(kuang)物(wu)。在(zai)硅(gui)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)礦(kuang)(kuang)區有大(da)量的硅(gui)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)尾礦(kuang)(kuang),沒有能得到(dao)很好的開發(fa)利用(yong)。



技術實現要素:

本(ben)發明的目的是(shi)克服現有技術中不足之處,提(ti)供(gong)一種多功能梅花(hua)形(xing)硅灰石(shi)尾礦輕質(zhi)通孔(kong)陶粒的生產方法(fa)。

多功能(neng)梅(mei)花(hua)形(xing)硅(gui)灰(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通孔陶(tao)粒(li)的生產(chan)方法(fa):將多功能(neng)梅(mei)花(hua)形(xing)硅(gui)灰(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通孔陶(tao)粒(li)的配(pei)料進行攪拌(ban)、擠壓造(zao)粒(li)、烘干、焙(bei)燒、保溫、篩分后密封(feng)包裝為多功能(neng)梅(mei)花(hua)形(xing)硅(gui)灰(hui)(hui)石(shi)(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通孔陶(tao)粒(li)。

多功能(neng)梅花形硅灰石(shi)(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕(qing)質通孔陶粒(li)的配(pei)料由硅灰石(shi)(shi)尾礦(kuang)、高粘凹凸(tu)棒石(shi)(shi)粘土、沸(fei)石(shi)(shi)、活性白土廢渣、活性氧(yang)化鋁、納米氧(yang)化鋅、輕(qing)質氧(yang)化鎂、輕(qing)質碳酸鈣、空心微(wei)珠、膨(peng)(peng)脹珍珠巖、膨(peng)(peng)脹蛭石(shi)(shi)和十二烷基硫酸鈉(na)組成。

硅灰石(shi)是一種三(san)斜晶系,細(xi)板狀晶體,集合體呈放射狀或纖維狀,顏色呈白色,有時(shi)帶淺灰、淺紅色調,硅灰石(shi)有玻璃光(guang)澤(ze)(ze),解(jie)理面呈珍珠光(guang)澤(ze)(ze),硅灰石(shi)無毒、耐化學腐蝕(shi)、熱(re)穩定性及尺寸穩定良好,本發明選用硅灰石(shi)尾礦的顆粒細(xi)度≤0.074毫(hao)米。

凹凸棒石(shi)(shi)又(you)名坡(po)縷(lv)石(shi)(shi)或(huo)坡(po)縷(lv)縞石(shi)(shi),是(shi)一種層(ceng)鏈狀結構的(de)(de)含水(shui)富鎂鋁硅酸鹽粘土(tu)礦(kuang)物,凹凸棒石(shi)(shi)粘土(tu)具有獨特的(de)(de)層(ceng)鏈狀結構特征,晶(jing)體(ti)呈針狀,纖(xian)維狀或(huo)纖(xian)維集合(he)狀。凹凸棒石(shi)(shi)粘土(tu)具有獨特的(de)(de)分(fen)散、耐高溫、抗鹽堿等良好的(de)(de)膠體(ti)性質和較高的(de)(de)吸附能力。

高(gao)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)凹凸(tu)棒(bang)石(shi)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)土(tu)(tu)是(shi)以凹凸(tu)棒(bang)石(shi)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)土(tu)(tu)為原(yuan)料(liao),經(jing)破碎、浸泡、添加、輥壓(ya)、干燥、粉碎等工(gong)藝(yi)制得(de)的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)天(tian)然產品(pin),具有較高(gao)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)度的(de)(de)優良粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)結劑,主要用于精細(xi)化(hua)工(gong)、建(jian)材(cai)、石(shi)油化(hua)工(gong)、農業(ye)、環保等行業(ye),以提高(gao)產品(pin)的(de)(de)質量和功效,本(ben)發(fa)明(ming)選用高(gao)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)凹凸(tu)棒(bang)石(shi)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)動力粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)度≥2200 mPa·s,產品(pin)質量需要符(fu)合JC/T 2266-2014 凹凸(tu)棒(bang)石(shi)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)土(tu)(tu)制品(pin)的(de)(de)標準;本(ben)發(fa)明(ming)選用高(gao)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)凹凸(tu)棒(bang)石(shi)粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)顆(ke)粒細(xi)度≤0.074毫米。

天然沸石具(ju)有(you)獨特的內部(bu)結構和晶體化(hua)學性質(zhi),使其具(ju)有(you)吸水(shui)、吸附、選擇性吸附、離子(zi)交換、催化(hua)反應(ying)、耐酸和耐輻射等優(you)異理化(hua)性能,是一(yi)種(zhong)新型的非金屬(shu)礦物(wu)原(yuan)料,本發明選用(yong)沸石的顆粒細(xi)度≤0.074毫(hao)米。

活(huo)(huo)(huo)性白(bai)(bai)土(tu)(tu)是一(yi)種無臭、無味、無毒的(de)(de)白(bai)(bai)色(se)或米色(se)粉末(mo)或顆粒(li),經脫(tuo)色(se)以后的(de)(de)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性白(bai)(bai)土(tu)(tu)失去(qu)了(le)活(huo)(huo)(huo)性即成為活(huo)(huo)(huo)性白(bai)(bai)土(tu)(tu)廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha),一(yi)些油廠(chang)都將這些活(huo)(huo)(huo)性白(bai)(bai)土(tu)(tu)廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha)丟棄(qi),如果(guo)得不到及時處理,活(huo)(huo)(huo)性白(bai)(bai)土(tu)(tu)廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha)內的(de)(de)脂(zhi)類有機質發(fa)酵后產生霉(mei)變(bian)和惡臭,不僅資源浪費,污(wu)染環(huan)境及地下水質,而且易引起(qi)火(huo)災,將對社(she)會和企業造成一(yi)定的(de)(de)損失;本發(fa)明選用活(huo)(huo)(huo)性白(bai)(bai)土(tu)(tu)廢(fei)(fei)渣(zha)的(de)(de)顆粒(li)細度≤0.149毫米。

活(huo)性(xing)氧化鋁是一種(zhong)多孔性(xing)、高分散度的(de)固體材料,有很大的(de)表(biao)面積,其微孔表(biao)面具備催化作用所要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)特(te)性(xing),如吸附性(xing)能、表(biao)面活(huo)性(xing)、優(you)良的(de)熱穩(wen)定性(xing)等,所以被廣泛地用作化學反(fan)應(ying)的(de)催化劑和催化劑載體,本(ben)發(fa)明(ming)選用活(huo)性(xing)氧化鋁的(de)顆粒細度≤0.074毫米。

納米氧化(hua)鋅是一種面(mian)向21世紀的新型(xing)高功(gong)能精細無機產(chan)品(pin),具有普通氧化(hua)鋅所無法比較的特殊性和用(yong)途,可作(zuo)高效光(guang)催化(hua)劑,用(yong)于(yu)降解廢水(shui)中有機污染物,凈化(hua)環境等(deng)。

輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸鈣顆粒微細、表(biao)面(mian)較(jiao)粗(cu)糙,比表(biao)面(mian)積(ji)大(da),輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸鈣還具(ju)有不沉(chen)降,易(yi)分散,光澤好等特性,本發(fa)明選(xuan)用輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸鈣的顆粒細度≤0.074毫米。

空心微(wei)珠(zhu)外觀為(wei)灰(hui)白色,是(shi)一種(zhong)松散(san)、流(liu)動(dong)性好的(de)粉體材(cai)料,空心微(wei)珠(zhu)比重小、表(biao)面光(guang)滑、強度大、易分散(san),本發明選用空心微(wei)珠(zhu)的(de)顆粒細度≤0.149毫(hao)米。

珍(zhen)珠巖經膨脹而成為一種輕質、多(duo)功能新型材料,具有(you)表觀密度輕、導熱系數(shu)低、化學穩(wen)定性好(hao)等特(te)點,本發明選用膨脹珍(zhen)珠巖的顆(ke)粒細(xi)度≤0.074毫米。

蛭(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)石經過高溫焙燒后(hou)(hou),其(qi)體積能迅(xun)速膨脹(zhang)數(shu)倍至數(shu)十倍,體積膨脹(zhang)后(hou)(hou)的(de)蛭(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)石叫膨脹(zhang)蛭(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)石,是世(shi)界上最輕的(de)礦物之一,本(ben)發(fa)明選用粉碎后(hou)(hou)的(de)膨脹(zhang)蛭(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)石,膨脹(zhang)蛭(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)石的(de)顆(ke)粒細(xi)度≤0.074毫米。

十(shi)二烷基硫(liu)酸鈉為白色或淡(dan)黃(huang)色粉狀,溶于水,對堿(jian)和硬水不敏感,具(ju)有去污(wu)、乳化和優異(yi)的發(fa)泡力,是(shi)一種無毒的陰離(li)子(zi)表面活(huo)性劑。

⑵將用(yong)于(yu)生產多(duo)(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)(xing)硅灰石尾(wei)(wei)(wei)礦(kuang)輕(qing)質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔陶(tao)粒(li)(li)半(ban)(ban)(ban)成品的模芯(xin),放置在螺桿擠(ji)壓造粒(li)(li)機(ji)的模板內,打(da)開料倉的閥門,將多(duo)(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)(xing)硅灰石尾(wei)(wei)(wei)礦(kuang)輕(qing)質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔陶(tao)粒(li)(li)半(ban)(ban)(ban)成品的混合物輸送到螺桿擠(ji)壓造粒(li)(li)機(ji)中,擠(ji)壓造粒(li)(li)為多(duo)(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)(xing)硅灰石尾(wei)(wei)(wei)礦(kuang)輕(qing)質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔陶(tao)粒(li)(li)半(ban)(ban)(ban)成品;多(duo)(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)(xing)硅灰石尾(wei)(wei)(wei)礦(kuang)輕(qing)質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔陶(tao)粒(li)(li)半(ban)(ban)(ban)成品的外徑控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在5~60毫米(mi)(mi),長度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在5~60毫米(mi)(mi),多(duo)(duo)功(gong)能(neng)梅花形(xing)(xing)硅灰石尾(wei)(wei)(wei)礦(kuang)輕(qing)質(zhi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔陶(tao)粒(li)(li)半(ban)(ban)(ban)成品中心的通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔內徑控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在¢1~5毫米(mi)(mi),通(tong)(tong)(tong)孔數量控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)在1~6個;

⑶將多功能梅花形硅灰石尾礦(kuang)輕質通孔陶粒半成品,經過皮帶機輸送到(dao)回轉式(shi)烘干(gan)爐中進行烘干(gan),回轉式(shi)烘干(gan)爐烘干(gan)溫(wen)度控制在150~250℃,烘干(gan)時(shi)間控制在1~4小時(shi),回轉式(shi)烘干(gan)爐尾氣(qi)溫(wen)度控制在50~100℃;

⑷將(jiang)烘干后的多(duo)功(gong)能梅花形(xing)硅(gui)灰石尾(wei)礦輕質通(tong)孔陶粒半成品,從回(hui)轉(zhuan)式烘干爐(lu)的出料口輸(shu)送到(dao)回(hui)轉(zhuan)式焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐(lu)中焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),燃燒(shao)(shao)(shao)室的溫度控(kong)(kong)制在900~950℃,焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)時間(jian)控(kong)(kong)制在1~4小時,焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)爐(lu)尾(wei)氣溫度控(kong)(kong)制在150~250℃;

⑸焙(bei)燒(shao)后的(de)多(duo)功能梅(mei)花形硅(gui)(gui)灰石尾礦(kuang)輕質通孔(kong)陶粒半成品從回轉式焙(bei)燒(shao)爐的(de)出料口排出,將焙(bei)燒(shao)后的(de)多(duo)功能梅(mei)花形硅(gui)(gui)灰石尾礦(kuang)輕質通孔(kong)陶粒半成品,經(jing)過U型螺旋輸(shu)(shu)送機輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)不銹鋼圓筒庫中保溫,保溫時間控制在24~72小時;

⑹打開不銹鋼圓(yuan)筒庫的(de)(de)閥門(men),將保溫后已經冷卻的(de)(de)多功能(neng)梅花(hua)形硅灰(hui)石(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕(qing)質通孔陶粒(li)半(ban)成品(pin)經過皮帶機輸送到圓(yuan)筒振動篩(shai)中,通過篩(shai)網(wang)進(jin)行篩(shai)分(fen)(fen),篩(shai)分(fen)(fen)后密封包(bao)裝為(wei)多功能(neng)梅花(hua)形硅灰(hui)石(shi)尾礦(kuang)輕(qing)質通孔陶粒(li)成品(pin),篩(shai)分(fen)(fen)后的(de)(de)粉(fen)末從粉(fen)末排(pai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)管道(dao)排(pai)出(chu)(chu)(chu),破碎的(de)(de)陶粒(li)從破碎陶粒(li)排(pai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)管道(dao)排(pai)出(chu)(chu)(chu);

2、多功(gong)能梅花形硅灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)尾礦輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)通孔陶粒(li)半成(cheng)品的配料按重量百分(fen)比由下列組(zu)分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng):硅灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)(shi)尾礦10~35%、高粘凹凸棒石(shi)(shi)(shi)粘土5~25%、沸(fei)石(shi)(shi)(shi)5~20%、活性白土廢(fei)渣2~10%、活性氧化(hua)鋁1~5%、納(na)米氧化(hua)鋅1~5%、輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)氧化(hua)鎂(mei)1~5%、輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣1~5%、空(kong)心微珠1~5%、膨脹珍珠巖0.5~5%、膨脹蛭石(shi)(shi)(shi)0.5~5%、十(shi)二烷基硫酸(suan)鈉0.1~5%和水5~40%。

本(ben)發明中的硅(gui)灰(hui)石尾(wei)礦(kuang)可以(yi)有效的減(jian)少多功(gong)能梅(mei)花(hua)形硅(gui)灰(hui)石尾(wei)礦(kuang)輕質通(tong)孔(kong)陶(tao)粒半成(cheng)品(pin)的收縮(suo)率,而且能夠(gou)降低半成(cheng)品(pin)的吸濕膨脹,防止半成(cheng)品(pin)的后期干裂等,可以(yi)提高(gao)多功(gong)能梅(mei)花(hua)形硅(gui)灰(hui)石尾(wei)礦(kuang)輕質通(tong)孔(kong)陶(tao)粒的沖擊強度和耐摩擦性。

本發明先(xian)將多功(gong)能(neng)梅花(hua)形硅(gui)灰石(shi)尾(wei)礦(kuang)輕質通孔(kong)(kong)陶粒半成品輸送(song)到回轉式烘干(gan)(gan)爐(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)緩慢進行(xing)烘干(gan)(gan),烘干(gan)(gan)溫度控制(zhi)在150~250℃,再將烘干(gan)(gan)后的多功(gong)能(neng)梅花(hua)形硅(gui)灰石(shi)尾(wei)礦(kuang)輕質通孔(kong)(kong)陶粒半成品輸送(song)到回轉式焙燒(shao)(shao)爐(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)焙燒(shao)(shao),燃燒(shao)(shao)室(shi)的溫度控制(zhi)在900~950℃,可以確(que)保在焙燒(shao)(shao)過程中(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)會產生(sheng)爆裂,有(you)利于將陶粒燒(shao)(shao)透。

由(you)于回(hui)轉式焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)爐(lu)是一種直接加熱的(de)(de)方式,高(gao)溫(wen)熱氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)從回(hui)轉式焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)爐(lu)燃燒(shao)(shao)室的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)熱氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)管(guan)道進入(ru)爐(lu)內(nei)后(hou),通過引風機的(de)(de)作用(yong),熱氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)很快到達回(hui)轉式焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)爐(lu)的(de)(de)尾(wei)部,當燃燒(shao)(shao)室溫(wen)度(du)在900~950℃時,焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)爐(lu)的(de)(de)尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du)可達到150~250℃,尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)熱氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)將從焙(bei)燒(shao)(shao)爐(lu)尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)道中(zhong)排出(chu),尾(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)熱氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)會白(bai)白(bai)的(de)(de)浪費掉,造(zao)成直接經濟損失。

本發明采(cai)用逆(ni)流(liu)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)焙(bei)燒(shao)工藝,多(duo)功能梅(mei)花(hua)形(xing)硅灰(hui)(hui)石尾礦輕(qing)質通(tong)孔陶(tao)(tao)粒半成(cheng)品進入烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)爐和(he)焙(bei)燒(shao)爐后,與熱(re)氣流(liu)的流(liu)動方向是相反的,有利于對多(duo)功能梅(mei)花(hua)形(xing)硅灰(hui)(hui)石尾礦輕(qing)質通(tong)孔陶(tao)(tao)粒半成(cheng)品緩慢提高(gao)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)焙(bei)燒(shao)的溫度;在烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)焙(bei)燒(shao)過程中,多(duo)功能梅(mei)花(hua)形(xing)硅灰(hui)(hui)石尾礦輕(qing)質通(tong)孔陶(tao)(tao)粒半成(cheng)品經過連續的均勻烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)焙(bei)燒(shao),可以(yi)將(jiang)陶(tao)(tao)粒半成(cheng)品內部燒(shao)透。

本發明充分(fen)利用回轉式(shi)焙燒(shao)爐尾氣的(de)(de)余熱,將(jiang)焙燒(shao)爐尾氣的(de)(de)余熱直接(jie)輸入回轉式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干爐中,對多功能(neng)梅花形硅灰(hui)石尾礦(kuang)輕質(zhi)通(tong)孔陶粒半(ban)成品進行預加(jia)熱烘(hong)(hong)干,不需要增(zeng)加(jia)新(xin)的(de)(de)熱源(yuan),可(ke)以節(jie)省10~25%的(de)(de)能(neng)源(yuan)。

⑷將(jiang)烘干后(hou)的(de)多(duo)功能梅花形(xing)硅灰石尾(wei)礦輕質通孔陶粒半成品16,從(cong)回轉(zhuan)式(shi)烘干爐12的(de)出料口17輸送到回轉(zhuan)式(shi)焙燒爐18中焙燒,燃燒室的(de)溫度(du)19控制(zhi)在920~940℃,焙燒時(shi)間控制(zhi)在2小時(shi),焙燒爐尾(wei)氣溫度(du)15控制(zhi)在150~250℃,;

⑸焙(bei)燒(shao)后(hou)的多功(gong)能梅(mei)花(hua)形硅灰石尾(wei)礦輕(qing)質通孔陶(tao)(tao)粒半(ban)成品22從回轉式焙(bei)燒(shao)爐18的出料(liao)口21排出,將焙(bei)燒(shao)后(hou)的多功(gong)能梅(mei)花(hua)形硅灰石尾(wei)礦輕(qing)質通孔陶(tao)(tao)粒半(ban)成品22,經過(guo)U型螺旋輸送機(ji)23輸入不銹鋼(gang)圓筒庫(ku)24中(zhong)保溫,保溫時間(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)48小時;

2、多功能梅花形硅灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)尾(wei)(wei)礦輕質(zhi)(zhi)通孔陶粒半(ban)成品的配料按重量百分比(bi)由(you)下列組分組成:硅灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)尾(wei)(wei)礦25%、高粘凹凸棒石(shi)(shi)粘土18%、沸石(shi)(shi)10%、活性白(bai)土廢渣5%、活性氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁2%、納米氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋅2%、輕質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸鈣2%、輕質(zhi)(zhi)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鎂(mei)2%、空心微珠2%、膨脹(zhang)珍珠巖1%、膨脹(zhang)蛭石(shi)(shi)1%、十二烷基硫(liu)酸鈉(na)2%和水28%。

3、實測多功能梅(mei)花形硅(gui)灰石尾礦輕質通孔(kong)陶粒平均堆積(ji)密度為(wei)720kg/m3,吸水率為(wei)76%。
