背景技術:
輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)是車輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)上(shang)連接輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輞和輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)轂的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)裝置,用以(yi)保護車輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)圈、輻(fu)(fu)條。由于(yu)在汽車行(xing)駛過程中,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受(shou)力非(fei)常(chang)復雜,因(yin)此(ci),如(ru)果制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)強度不夠,容易在螺栓(shuan)孔和通(tong)風(feng)孔處產生(sheng)裂(lie)紋(wen)。這樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)裂(lie)紋(wen)對(dui)(dui)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)、車輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)來說無(wu)疑(yi)會產生(sheng)巨大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)破壞作用,使輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)、輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輞產生(sheng)嚴重形變(bian),從而極有可(ke)能導(dao)致交通(tong)事故的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)生(sheng)。因(yin)此(ci),需要對(dui)(dui)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)方(fang)法進行(xing)優化,使其制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)強度較高,對(dui)(dui)此(ci)我們推出(chu)一種(zhong)高承(cheng)重車輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)備工藝(yi)。
技術實現要素:
本發明的目的是為了解決現有技術中存在的缺點,而提出的一(yi)種高承重車輪(lun)輪(lun)輻的制(zhi)備工(gong)藝。
為(wei)了(le)實現(xian)上述目的,本發明采用了(le)如下技術(shu)方案:
設計(ji)一種高(gao)承重車輪輪輻(fu)的(de)制(zhi)備工藝,包括如下步驟:
S1、備線(xian),準備用(yong)于(yu)壓制輪輻形狀的(de)壓機和(he)模具、用(yong)于(yu)制造輪輻的(de)料板以(yi)及(ji)用(yong)于(yu)輪輻沖(chong)孔的(de)沖(chong)壓機和(he)沖(chong)壓模具;
S2、沖(chong)孔,將(jiang)(jiang)沖(chong)孔模(mo)具安裝在(zai)(zai)沖(chong)壓機上,將(jiang)(jiang)待沖(chong)孔的料板放(fang)入到高溫(wen)爐(lu)中(zhong)逐步預熱(re),預熱(re)溫(wen)度控(kong)制在(zai)(zai)780℃-950℃,預熱(re)時間控(kong)制在(zai)(zai)15min-20min,將(jiang)(jiang)預熱(re)完成后(hou)的料板放(fang)入沖(chong)孔模(mo)具上進行軸孔的沖(chong)壓,且沖(chong)孔工作在(zai)(zai)780℃-950℃下進行;
S3、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)型(xing),將(jiang)完成(cheng)沖軸孔、且不(bu)低于700℃的料(liao)(liao)板再次(ci)放入高溫爐中(zhong)加(jia)熱(re),當(dang)料(liao)(liao)板再次(ci)加(jia)熱(re)到780℃-950℃時放入用(yong)于壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)型(xing)的模具上進行壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi),完成(cheng)輪輻的初步成(cheng)型(xing)工(gong)作,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)型(xing)的輪輻在(zai)室溫環(huan)境(jing)下正常(chang)冷卻,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)模具的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)面上涂(tu)(tu)覆用(yong)于隔熱(re)的耐高溫涂(tu)(tu)層;
S4、輪輻外框(kuang)(kuang)整圓(yuan),壓制成(cheng)型的輪輻通過(guo)專用的輪輻整圓(yuan)裝置進行外框(kuang)(kuang)的整圓(yuan);
S5、輪輻(fu)軸孔整形,將完成整圓的(de)輪輻(fu)通過(guo)車床進行軸孔的(de)切削(xue)和(he)修復(fu)工作;
S6、打螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔,通過鉆床(chuang)在輪輻的(de)軸孔外(wai)側等(deng)距(ju)打出螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔;
S7、打磨、噴漆,最后將輪輻(fu)進行打磨,除去毛邊,并且進行噴漆即可。
優選的(de),所述輪輻在(zai)沖(chong)孔(kong)過(guo)程中通過(guo)加熱裝置對正(zheng)在(zai)進行(xing)沖(chong)孔(kong)的(de)料板進行(xing)輔(fu)助(zhu)加熱,保證料板在(zai)沖(chong)孔(kong)完成時的(de)溫(wen)度不低于700℃。
優(you)選的,所述壓制模(mo)具上(shang)涂(tu)(tu)覆的耐(nai)(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)層(ceng)至(zhi)少為三層(ceng),耐(nai)(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)層(ceng)選用市場上(shang)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)金(jin)屬(shu)制品加工行業常用的耐(nai)(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)料(liao),選用的耐(nai)(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)至(zhi)少可(ke)耐(nai)(nai)1500℃。
優選(xuan)的(de),所述沖孔模具還同時沖出通風孔,使(shi)軸孔和通風孔的(de)工作同時進行,并且(qie)一次成型。
本發明提(ti)(ti)出的一種高承重車(che)輪(lun)輪(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的制(zhi)備工(gong)(gong)藝,有(you)益效果在(zai)于:輪(lun)輻(fu)(fu)采用(yong)料(liao)板沖壓(ya)和(he)壓(ya)制(zhi)成型的工(gong)(gong)藝制(zhi)成,在(zai)沖孔和(he)壓(ya)制(zhi)成型時(shi)采用(yong)熱(re)處理工(gong)(gong)藝,改變了傳統輪(lun)輻(fu)(fu)采用(yong)冷壓(ya)制(zhi)和(he)模具鑄造(zao)的工(gong)(gong)藝,使輪(lun)輻(fu)(fu)的加工(gong)(gong)成產更快捷(jie),且在(zai)沖孔和(he)壓(ya)制(zhi)成型時(shi)采用(yong)熱(re)處理工(gong)(gong)藝可避免對料(liao)板本身結(jie)構的破壞,保證料(liao)板原有(you)的強度(du),同(tong)時(shi)省去了后期的淬火(huo)工(gong)(gong)藝,使加工(gong)(gong)出來的輪(lun)輻(fu)(fu)強度(du)大(da)大(da)提(ti)(ti)高。

S5、輪(lun)輻(fu)軸(zhou)孔整(zheng)形(xing),將完成整(zheng)圓的輪(lun)輻(fu)通過車床進(jin)行軸(zhou)孔的切(qie)削和(he)修復(fu)工作;
S6、打(da)(da)螺栓(shuan)孔(kong),通(tong)過鉆床在輪(lun)輻的軸孔(kong)外側等距打(da)(da)出螺栓(shuan)孔(kong);
S7、打(da)磨、噴漆,最后將輪輻進行(xing)打(da)磨,除去(qu)毛邊,并(bing)且進行(xing)噴漆即可(ke)。

一種高(gao)承重車輪(lun)輪(lun)輻(fu)的制備(bei)工藝,包括如下(xia)步驟:

S1、備線(xian),準(zhun)備用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)壓制輪輻形(xing)狀的壓機和模具(ju)、用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)制造輪輻的料板以及用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)輪輻沖孔的沖壓機和沖壓模具(ju);
S2、沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong),將(jiang)沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)模具安裝在(zai)沖(chong)壓機上(shang),將(jiang)待沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)的料板(ban)放入(ru)到高(gao)溫爐中逐步預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re),預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)溫度(du)控(kong)制在(zai)880℃,預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)時間控(kong)制在(zai)18min,將(jiang)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)完(wan)成后的料板(ban)放入(ru)沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)模具上(shang)進行(xing)軸(zhou)孔(kong)(kong)的沖(chong)壓,且沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)工(gong)作在(zai)880℃下(xia)進行(xing),輪輻在(zai)沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)過(guo)程中通過(guo)加熱(re)(re)(re)裝置對正在(zai)進行(xing)沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)的料板(ban)進行(xing)輔助加熱(re)(re)(re),保證(zheng)料板(ban)在(zai)沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)完(wan)成時的溫度(du)不低于700℃,沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)模具還同時沖(chong)出通風(feng)(feng)孔(kong)(kong),使軸(zhou)孔(kong)(kong)和通風(feng)(feng)孔(kong)(kong)的工(gong)作同時進行(xing),并(bing)且一(yi)次成型;

S2、沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),將(jiang)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)模具(ju)安(an)裝在(zai)(zai)(zai)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)壓機上,將(jiang)待(dai)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)料板放入到高溫爐中(zhong)逐(zhu)步預(yu)熱,預(yu)熱溫度(du)控制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)950℃,預(yu)熱時(shi)(shi)間控制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)20min,將(jiang)預(yu)熱完(wan)成后的(de)(de)料板放入沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)模具(ju)上進行(xing)軸(zhou)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)壓,且(qie)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)工作在(zai)(zai)(zai)950℃下(xia)進行(xing),輪輻在(zai)(zai)(zai)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)過程中(zhong)通過加熱裝置對正在(zai)(zai)(zai)進行(xing)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)料板進行(xing)輔助加熱,保證(zheng)料板在(zai)(zai)(zai)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)完(wan)成時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)溫度(du)不低(di)于700℃,沖(chong)(chong)(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)模具(ju)還同時(shi)(shi)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)出通風(feng)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),使軸(zhou)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)和通風(feng)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)工作同時(shi)(shi)進行(xing),并且(qie)一次成型;
S3、壓制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)型,將完成(cheng)(cheng)沖軸孔、且不低于700℃的(de)(de)(de)料板再次放(fang)入高溫(wen)爐中加(jia)熱,當料板再次加(jia)熱到(dao)950℃時放(fang)入用(yong)(yong)于壓制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)型的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)具上進行壓制(zhi),完成(cheng)(cheng)輪(lun)輻(fu)的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)步(bu)成(cheng)(cheng)型工(gong)作,壓制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)型的(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)輻(fu)在(zai)室(shi)溫(wen)環境(jing)下正常冷卻,壓制(zhi)模(mo)(mo)具的(de)(de)(de)壓制(zhi)面上涂(tu)(tu)覆用(yong)(yong)于隔熱的(de)(de)(de)耐高溫(wen)涂(tu)(tu)層,壓制(zhi)模(mo)(mo)具上涂(tu)(tu)覆的(de)(de)(de)耐高溫(wen)涂(tu)(tu)層至少為三層,耐高溫(wen)涂(tu)(tu)層選用(yong)(yong)市場上高溫(wen)金屬制(zhi)品加(jia)工(gong)行業常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)耐高溫(wen)涂(tu)(tu)料,選用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)耐高溫(wen)涂(tu)(tu)料至少可耐1500℃;
S4、輪輻(fu)外(wai)框(kuang)整圓,壓制成型的(de)輪輻(fu)通過專用(yong)的(de)輪輻(fu)整圓裝置進行外(wai)框(kuang)的(de)整圓;
S5、輪(lun)(lun)輻軸孔整形,將完成整圓的(de)(de)輪(lun)(lun)輻通過(guo)車床進行軸孔的(de)(de)切(qie)削(xue)和修復工作;
S6、打(da)螺(luo)栓孔,通過鉆床在輪輻的(de)軸孔外側等距(ju)打(da)出螺(luo)栓孔;
S7、打磨、噴漆(qi),最后將(jiang)輪輻進行打磨,除去毛邊(bian),并且(qie)進行噴漆(qi)即可。
輪(lun)輻采(cai)用(yong)料板沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)(he)壓(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)型的(de)工(gong)藝制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng),在沖(chong)孔和(he)(he)壓(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)型時(shi)采(cai)用(yong)熱處理工(gong)藝,改變(bian)了傳統輪(lun)輻采(cai)用(yong)冷壓(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)模(mo)具鑄造的(de)工(gong)藝,使輪(lun)輻的(de)加工(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)產更(geng)快捷,且(qie)在沖(chong)孔和(he)(he)壓(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)型時(shi)采(cai)用(yong)熱處理工(gong)藝可避免(mian)對料板本身結構的(de)破壞,保證料板原有的(de)強度(du),同時(shi)省去了后期的(de)淬火工(gong)藝,使加工(gong)出(chu)來的(de)輪(lun)輻強度(du)大大提高。
