通(tong)常,光模塊的(de)(de)(de)PCB板包括多(duo)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和(he)設置(zhi)于相鄰的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)中的(de)(de)(de)介質層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),頂(ding)(ding)(ding)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)上(shang)通(tong)常布置(zhi)有元(yuan)器件,例如驅(qu)動芯片(pian)(pian),以及與所(suo)述(shu)驅(qu)動芯片(pian)(pian)相連接的(de)(de)(de)光芯片(pian)(pian)。在光模塊的(de)(de)(de)PCB板的(de)(de)(de)電路(lu)設計中,由于電路(lu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)電路(lu),通(tong)常在布置(zhi)有元(yuan)器件的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)下方設置(zhi)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)參(can)考回流層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),以適應信號的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)傳輸需求。在具體設置(zhi)時,通(tong)常將頂(ding)(ding)(ding)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)相鄰下一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)作為(wei)(wei)(wei)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)金(jin)屬(shu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)參(can)考回流層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)。

光(guang)模塊(kuai)的PCB板的高(gao)(gao)速(su)電路在(zai)正常(chang)(chang)工(gong)作時,驅動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)與(yu)光(guang)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)的直流偏置電壓通(tong)常(chang)(chang)不同,導(dao)(dao)致光(guang)模塊(kuai)無法正常(chang)(chang)工(gong)作,基于(yu)(yu)此,在(zai)頂層(ceng)金屬(shu)層(ceng)上布置元(yuan)件器時,通(tong)常(chang)(chang)在(zai)驅動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)和光(guang)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)之間的高(gao)(gao)速(su)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)傳輸路徑(jing)(jing)上設置一個(ge)耦合電容(rong),用于(yu)(yu)耦合兩端的傳輸信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),從而保證光(guang)模塊(kuai)的正常(chang)(chang)工(gong)作。具體設置時,通(tong)常(chang)(chang)采用兩個(ge)焊(han)盤將耦合電容(rong)焊(han)接(jie)于(yu)(yu)連接(jie)驅動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)和光(guang)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)的高(gao)(gao)速(su)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)的傳輸路徑(jing)(jing)上,但是由于(yu)(yu)焊(han)盤的寬度(du)大于(yu)(yu)高(gao)(gao)速(su)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)的寬度(du),此種設置又會導(dao)(dao)致高(gao)(gao)速(su)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)傳輸路徑(jing)(jing)上的阻抗在(zai)焊(han)盤處(chu)發(fa)生變化,從而影(ying)響信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)的傳輸質量(liang)。

所以,現有的(de)光模塊,其(qi)PCB板的(de)高(gao)速(su)信(xin)號線上(shang)連接耦合電容后,高(gao)速(su)信(xin)號傳輸路徑上(shang)的(de)阻抗在焊盤(pan)處(chu)會發生變化,使用效果較差。



技術實現要素:

本(ben)發明實施(shi)例的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)在于提供一種(zhong)光模塊及其設計方(fang)法,以解決現有(you)的(de)(de)光模塊,其PCB板的(de)(de)高(gao)速信(xin)號線上連接耦合電容后(hou),高(gao)速信(xin)號傳(chuan)輸路徑上的(de)(de)阻抗在焊(han)盤處會發生變化,使用效果較差(cha)的(de)(de)問題。

為了解決(jue)上述技(ji)術(shu)問(wen)題,本發明實施例(li)公開了如下技(ji)術(shu)方案:

在(zai)每個絕(jue)緣(yuan)區域8中設置導(dao)線(xian)12,可(ke)以采用如(ru)下方式實現(xian):在(zai)金屬(shu)層5中設置絕(jue)緣(yuan)區域8時,預留導(dao)線(xian)12所(suo)在(zai)位置的金屬(shu)層5,只挖(wa)掉導(dao)線(xian)12周圍(wei)的金屬(shu)層5即可(ke)。具體設置導(dao)線(xian)12時,在(zai)工(gong)藝允許范圍(wei)內,將(jiang)導(dao)線(xian)12的寬度設置為(wei)工(gong)藝可(ke)實現(xian)的最(zui)小值,例如(ru):將(jiang)導(dao)線(xian)12的寬度設置為(wei)4~8mil(密耳(er)),優選為(wei)4mil。

本發(fa)明實施例提(ti)供的(de)(de)(de)光(guang)模塊(kuai),通(tong)過在其電路(lu)(lu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)參考回流層(ceng)中(zhong),與(yu)其上方高速(su)(su)信號線相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)域(yu)設(she)置絕緣區(qu)域(yu),保證(zheng)了(le)高速(su)(su)信號的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)輸路(lu)(lu)徑上阻(zu)抗(kang)的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)續性,焊盤處的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)抗(kang)不再發(fa)生突變;另外(wai),該光(guang)模塊(kuai)的(de)(de)(de)PCB板(ban)(ban)中(zhong),在每個絕緣區(qu)域(yu)中(zhong)設(she)置了(le)一根導線,連(lian)通(tong)了(le)絕緣區(qu)域(yu)外(wai)圍的(de)(de)(de)金屬層(ceng),保證(zheng)了(le)高速(su)(su)信號的(de)(de)(de)回流路(lu)(lu)徑與(yu)其上方的(de)(de)(de)信號路(lu)(lu)徑的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)應,極大地減小了(le)該光(guang)模塊(kuai)的(de)(de)(de)PCB板(ban)(ban)中(zhong)焊盤處的(de)(de)(de)電磁(ci)輻射,進而減小了(le)對(dui)(dui)周圍其它電路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)電磁(ci)干(gan)擾。

如(ru)圖6所示,圖6示出的是本發明(ming)實(shi)施例提(ti)供的一種光(guang)模塊的設計(ji)方法的流程示意圖,該設計(ji)方法包括:

步驟101、設置包括頂(ding)板(ban)和頂(ding)板(ban)下方的(de)金(jin)屬層的(de)電路(lu)板(ban),并(bing)且將(jiang)所(suo)述金(jin)屬層設置為所(suo)述頂(ding)板(ban)的(de)參考回流(liu)層。

具體實(shi)施(shi)時,可以將(jiang)光模塊(kuai)的(de)PCB板(ban)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)多層,將(jiang)位于(yu)頂(ding)(ding)部的(de)金屬(shu)層設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)頂(ding)(ding)板(ban),頂(ding)(ding)板(ban)緊臨下方設(she)置(zhi)介質層,該(gai)介質層緊鄰(lin)下方設(she)置(zhi)金屬(shu)層,將(jiang)該(gai)金屬(shu)層作為(wei)頂(ding)(ding)板(ban)的(de)參考回流層。

步驟102、在所述(shu)(shu)頂板上布(bu)置驅(qu)動(dong)芯片(pian)(pian)、高速信號線(xian)和光芯片(pian)(pian),并(bing)且(qie)將所述(shu)(shu)高速信號線(xian)布(bu)置于(yu)所述(shu)(shu)驅(qu)動(dong)芯片(pian)(pian)和所述(shu)(shu)光芯片(pian)(pian)之間(jian),用于(yu)連接所述(shu)(shu)驅(qu)動(dong)芯片(pian)(pian)和所述(shu)(shu)光芯片(pian)(pian)。

步驟103、在(zai)所(suo)述高速信(xin)號線的傳輸路(lu)徑上布置兩個焊盤,所(suo)述兩個焊盤之間設置絕緣(yuan)間隙。

步(bu)驟104、在所(suo)述兩個(ge)焊盤(pan)的頂部橋接耦合電容,用于連接所(suo)述兩個(ge)焊盤(pan)。

進(jin)一步,絕緣區域的形(xing)(xing)狀可以隨(sui)意(yi)設置,通常將絕緣區域的形(xing)(xing)狀設置為矩形(xing)(xing)。

進一步,該設計方法還包(bao)括:在所述(shu)(shu)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)層中布(bu)置穿過(guo)所述(shu)(shu)絕緣(yuan)區域的導線;所述(shu)(shu)導線連通所述(shu)(shu)絕緣(yuan)區域外圍的金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)層,其延(yan)伸方向與所述(shu)(shu)高速信(xin)號線的延(yan)伸方向相同。

進一步,導(dao)線(xian)與其上方頂板上的(de)相應高速(su)信號線(xian)的(de)延長(chang)線(xian)在所述金(jin)屬(shu)層中的(de)正投影相重合。具(ju)體(ti)設(she)置(zhi)導(dao)線(xian)時,在工藝(yi)允許范圍內,盡量將導(dao)線(xian)的(de)寬度(du)設(she)置(zhi)為工藝(yi)可(ke)實現(xian)的(de)最(zui)小值,例如,將導(dao)線(xian)的(de)寬度(du)設(she)置(zhi)為4~8mil(密耳(er)),優(you)選(xuan)為4mil。

具體(ti)實施(shi)時,本發(fa)明提供的(de)(de)(de)光模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計方(fang)法中(zhong),每(mei)一個步驟的(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)實現方(fang)式(shi),均可(ke)參考上(shang)述光模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)(de)(de)實施(shi)例,此(ci)處(chu)不(bu)再詳(xiang)述。

采用(yong)本發明實(shi)施(shi)例(li)提供的(de)光模塊的(de)設(she)計(ji)方(fang)法(fa),能夠設(she)計(ji)出上述光模塊,即采用(yong)該設(she)計(ji)方(fang)法(fa)獲得的(de)光模塊,其電(dian)(dian)路板的(de)焊盤處(chu)的(de)阻抗不會發生突變,并且(qie)焊盤處(chu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)磁輻(fu)射也較小,適用(yong)性更佳。
