技術實現要素:

為了克服(fu)現(xian)(xian)有(you)技術的(de)不(bu)足,本實(shi)用新型的(de)目的(de)在(zai)于(yu)提供感應式(shi)心電(dian)(dian)測(ce)量裝置,其能解決傳統的(de)心電(dian)(dian)測(ce)量需要將Ag/AgCl電(dian)(dian)極黏貼于(yu)病人身(shen)體上(shang),現(xian)(xian)有(you)的(de)基(ji)于(yu)體表空(kong)間電(dian)(dian)勢的(de)心電(dian)(dian)測(ce)量設(she)備信號處理過程復(fu)雜,極板容易(yi)受(shou)濕度、灰塵(chen)等影響,模數轉(zhuan)換(huan)精度差的(de)問(wen)題。

本(ben)實(shi)用新型的(de)目的(de)采用以(yi)下技(ji)術方案實(shi)現(xian):

一種感應式心(xin)電測(ce)量裝置,包括:

電勢(shi)場傳感器,用于輸出初始(shi)心電信號;

前端(duan)濾波放(fang)大單元,用于對所述初始(shi)心電信號進行前端(duan)濾波放(fang)大;

前(qian)端模數轉換單(dan)元,用于將前(qian)端濾波放大后的(de)初(chu)始(shi)心電信(xin)號(hao)轉換為前(qian)端數字心電信(xin)號(hao);

數(shu)字(zi)處(chu)理單元,用于對(dui)所述前端數(shu)字(zi)心(xin)電信(xin)號(hao)進(jin)行數(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)處(chu)理;

前(qian)端數(shu)模轉(zhuan)換單元,用于將數(shu)字信號處理后(hou)的前(qian)端數(shu)字心(xin)電信號轉(zhuan)換為前(qian)端模擬心(xin)電信號;

外部電阻網絡,用(yong)于對所(suo)述前(qian)端模擬心電信(xin)號進(jin)行(xing)分壓,得到(dao)肢體心電信(xin)號;

后端濾波放大(da)單元,用于對所述肢體(ti)心電(dian)信號(hao)(hao)進行后端濾波放大(da),得到(dao)后端模擬心電(dian)信號(hao)(hao);

后端(duan)模數轉(zhuan)換單元,用于將所述(shu)后端(duan)模擬心(xin)電信號轉(zhuan)換為后端(duan)數字心(xin)電信號;

主控(kong)制(zhi)器,用于對所述(shu)后端(duan)數(shu)字心電(dian)(dian)信號進行(xing)處理,得到心電(dian)(dian)參數(shu)。

優(you)選的,所(suo)述感應式心電測量裝置還包括反饋單(dan)元,所(suo)述反饋單(dan)元將前端濾波放(fang)大后的初始(shi)心電信(xin)號差分放(fang)大,作為用作心電參(can)考電位(wei)的反饋信(xin)號。

光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器采用反射(she)(she)(she)式原理,即紅外(wai)(wai)發射(she)(she)(she)管(guan)111和紅外(wai)(wai)接收(shou)(shou)管(guan) 112在同一平面(mian)成對(dui)設(she)置,主控電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(圖未(wei)示)根(gen)據(ju)信號(hao)調制原理控制紅外(wai)(wai)發射(she)(she)(she)管(guan)111發射(she)(she)(she)出(chu)特定光(guang)信號(hao),當探頭正面(mian)有異物(如(ru)人體(ti)皮膚)遮擋時,紅外(wai)(wai)發射(she)(she)(she)管(guan)111發射(she)(she)(she)出(chu)來的(de)(de)光(guang)信號(hao)將被反射(she)(she)(she)回來到光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器的(de)(de)方向(xiang),紅外(wai)(wai)接收(shou)(shou)管(guan)112則吸收(shou)(shou)反射(she)(she)(she)回來的(de)(de)光(guang)線,經(jing)光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路后,輸出(chu)相對(dui)應的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓幅值。而遮擋物與光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器之(zhi)間的(de)(de)距離遠(yuan)近的(de)(de)判斷(duan),可以經(jing)過一定次數的(de)(de)實驗總結出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓幅值與距離的(de)(de)關系得(de)到。

當紅(hong)外(wai)接收管112接收不到信(xin)號或光信(xin)號太(tai)弱時,可以相應(ying)的(de)判定探頭脫落(luo)或探頭離皮(pi)膚(fu)太(tai)遠。

人(ren)體(ti)都(dou)有恒定的(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)溫,一(yi)般在37度,所以會發出(chu)特定波長10 微(wei)米(mi)(mi)左(zuo)右(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線,人(ren)體(ti)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器(qi)就是(shi)(shi)靠探測(ce)人(ren)體(ti)發射(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de) 10微(wei)米(mi)(mi)左(zuo)右(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線而(er)進行工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)。人(ren)體(ti)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器(qi)包含兩(liang)個互(hu)相(xiang)串(chuan)聯(lian)或并聯(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元231,而(er)且其(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極化方向正好相(xiang)反,環境背(bei)(bei)景(jing)輻射(she)(she)對兩(liang)個熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)元件幾乎具有相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用,使環境背(bei)(bei)景(jing)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)相(xiang)互(hu)抵消(xiao),于(yu)是(shi)(shi)人(ren)體(ti)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器(qi)無信(xin)號輸出(chu)。但是(shi)(shi)當(dang)人(ren)侵入探測(ce)區域內,人(ren)體(ti)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)輻射(she)(she)通過部分鏡(jing)面聚焦,并被熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元231接收,兩(liang)片熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元231接收到的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)經信(xin)號處理而(er)輸出(chu)特定信(xin)號。同時(shi),人(ren)體(ti)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)熱(re)(re)(re)釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器(qi)也可以輸出(chu)相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)體(ti)體(ti)溫溫度值(zhi),即可判斷心電(dian)(dian)(dian)探頭(tou)是(shi)(shi)否脫落。

如果人(ren)(ren)(ren)體紅外(wai)熱釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)接收不到人(ren)(ren)(ren)體發出的(de)波長10微米左右的(de)紅外(wai)線,或(huo)檢測到的(de)溫度不在人(ren)(ren)(ren)體體溫范圍內(nei),則處(chu)理電(dian)(dian)路(lu)判(pan)斷為探頭脫(tuo)落。當然,心電(dian)(dian)探頭只可以(yi)只包(bao)(bao)括脫(tuo)落檢測傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)22 而不包(bao)(bao)括脫(tuo)落檢測傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)21,即心電(dian)(dian)探頭包(bao)(bao)括光電(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)和人(ren)(ren)(ren)體紅外(wai)熱釋(shi)電(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)一種或(huo)兩種。
