背景技術:
隨著圖(tu)像(xiang)傳感器(qi)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)發展(zhan)(zhan),cmos圖(tu)像(xiang)傳感器(qi)由(you)于(yu)具有高集成度(du)、低功耗(hao)等(deng)優點(dian),在電子、監(jian)控、導航、交通等(deng)領域應用(yong)越來越廣泛。但隨著cmos圖(tu)像(xiang)傳感器(qi)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)發展(zhan)(zhan),對cmos圖(tu)像(xiang)傳感器(qi)性能的(de)(de)(de)要求也越來越高。
對焦(jiao)速度是衡量cmos圖(tu)像傳感器性能(neng)的一個重要指標(biao),對焦(jiao)時間越短,cmos圖(tu)像傳感器的性能(neng)就越好。
在現有的(de)幾種對(dui)焦方(fang)(fang)法(fa)中,對(dui)比度法(fa)對(dui)焦技術(shu)算法(fa)復(fu)雜(za);反(fan)差(cha)對(dui)焦方(fang)(fang)法(fa)由于需要(yao)完成一次完整的(de)焦點掃描,使得對(dui)焦時間(jian)較長;主動(dong)式對(dui)焦方(fang)(fang)法(fa)需要(yao)配(pei)置紅外線或(huo)超(chao)聲波(bo)測距裝置,而且對(dui)于光滑面、遠距離(li)和(he)吸(xi)光物(wu)體難以實(shi)現對(dui)焦。因此相位檢測像素結構的(de)出(chu)現受到了廣(guang)泛關注。
然(ran)而(er),由于一個(ge)(ge)相位檢(jian)測(ce)像素單元具有兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)光電二極(ji)管和(he)兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)信號讀取(qu)電路(lu),而(er)制作兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)信號讀取(qu)電路(lu)時(shi)的工藝誤差會帶(dai)來降低相位檢(jian)測(ce)靈敏度(du)的問題,進而(er)會降低對(dui)焦時(shi)的準確率。
