2、PWM調(diao)光方式只能(neng)調(diao)節(jie)輸出信號(hao)的頻(pin)率或占空比(bi),雖然實現比(bi)較(jiao)簡單,但(dan)是受頻(pin)率限(xian)制,通(tong)常(chang)頻(pin)率過高或過低(di)時調(diao)光效(xiao)果(guo)較(jiao)差,線性度較(jiao)差;

3、模擬(ni)調(diao)(diao)光方式受參考電(dian)壓影響大,受溫度、工藝等(deng)因素(su)對參考電(dian)壓的影響,調(diao)(diao)光精度低(di)。

該電壓選擇電路100通過PWM控制信號VDIM和時鐘信號VOSC控制完成電壓信號傳輸。PWM控制信號VDIM和時鐘信號VOSC均為方波信號,通常fOSC>>fDIM。電壓信號為雙輸入雙輸出,輸入端分別是內部參考電源提供的參考電壓VREF/0V和負載采樣反饋電壓VFB,兩輸出端信號分別是第一電壓輸出端V1和第二電壓輸出端V2。當第一PWM控制信號VDH為高電平時,第一傳輸門TG1導通,第二傳輸門TG2關斷,第一參考電壓VREF通過第一傳輸門TG1傳至開關陣列,反之,當VDH為低電平時,第二傳輸門TG2導通,第一傳輸門TG1關斷,第二參考電壓0V通過第二傳輸門TG2傳至開關陣列;當第一時鐘信號VOH為高電平時,第一MOS管NM31和第四MOS管NM34開啟,第二MOS管NM32和第三MOS管NM33關斷,第一電壓輸出端V1端輸出為第一參考電壓VREF或第二參考電壓0V(具體由PWM控制信號VDIM決定),第二電壓輸出端V2端輸出為VFB,反之,當第一時鐘信號VOH為低電平時,第二MOS管NM32和第三MOS管NM33開啟,第一MOS管NM31和第四MOS管NM34關斷,第一電壓輸出端V1輸出為負載采樣反饋電壓VFB,第二電壓輸出端V2輸出為第一參考電壓VREF或第二參考電壓0V(具體由PWM控制信號VDIM決定)。電(dian)壓(ya)選(xuan)擇(ze)電(dian)路100的具體傳(chuan)輸控制(zhi)功能見表1。

該調光控制電路基本結構為高精度寬擺幅的折疊共源共柵運放,其中,第五MOS管PM23、第六MOS管PM24、第七MOS管PM25、第八MOS管PM26、第九MOS管PM27、第十MOS管PM28、十一MOS管PM21、第十二MOS管PM22均選用P型MOS管;第十三MOS管NM21、第十四MOS管NM22、第十五MOS管NM23、第十六MOS管NM24、第十七MOS管NM25、第十八MOS管NM26、第十九MOS管NM27和第二十MOS管NM28均選用N型MOS管。第一偏置電流電路10100為差分輸入電路1011提供偏置電流;第十三MOS管NM21和第十四MOS管NM22為共柵管,與差分對管第五MOS管PM23和第六MOS管PM24構成折疊共源共柵結構;第九MOS管PM27、第十MOS管PM28平衡輸出級電流;兩路輸出級的電流偏置分別為第七MOS管PM25和第八MOS管PM26及第九MOS管PM27和第十MOS管PM28,考慮匹配因素,第七MOS管PM25和第九MOS管PM27偏置電壓同第五MOS管PM23均為第一偏置電壓Vb1,第八MOS管PM26P和第十MOS管M28偏置電壓同第六MOS管PM24均為第二偏置電壓Vb2;此電路特別之處在于,差分對管和共柵極輸出之間接入四個開關管第十五MOS管NM23、第十六MOS管NM24、第十七MOS管NM25和第十八MOS管NM26,第十五MOS管NM23和第十六MOS管NM24開啟和關斷分別由VOL和VOH控制,NM25和NM26連接NM22,開啟和關斷也分別由第二時鐘信號VOL和第一時鐘信號VOH控制。當第一時鐘信號VOH為高電平時,NM24和NM26開啟,NM23和NM25關斷,此時V1作為運放的正相端,V2作為運放的反相端;反之,當VOH為低電平時,第十五MOS管NM23和第十七MOS管NM25開啟,第十六MOS管NM24和第十八MOS管NM26關斷,此時第一電壓輸出端V1作為運放的反相端,第二電壓輸出端V2作為運放的正相端。該運放隨第一時鐘信號VOH和第二時鐘信號VOL變換,輸入端可隨之變換。第一電壓輸出端V1、第二電壓輸出端V2同調光控制電路的調節電壓信號輸出端V0輸出的電壓信號,結合PWM控制信號VDIM和時鐘信號VOSC的(de)(de)信(xin)號控(kong)制,輸出信(xin)號的(de)(de)關系見表2。

需要說明的是,整個圖3所示(shi)的調光控制電路可以用運放(fang)來表示(shi),表2中(zhong)INP表示(shi)運放(fang)的正相輸入端,INN表示(shi)運放(fang)的反(fan)向(xiang)輸入端。

圖4是本發明提供的調光控制電路在PWM調光模式時的電路示意圖。圖5是本發明提供的調光控制電路在無PWM調光模式時的電路示意圖。結合圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4和圖5以及表1和表2所示,本實施例中,當第一PWM控制信號VDH為高電平時,無論第一時鐘信號VOH如何變化,運放正相輸入端均為第一參考電壓VREF,反相輸入端均為VFB,反之當VDH為低電平時,無論VOH如何變化,運放正相端均為第二參考電壓0V,反相輸入端均為負載采樣反饋電壓VFB。根(gen)據應用需(xu)求,系(xi)統可分為有外(wai)部PWM調(diao)(diao)光模式和無PWM調(diao)(diao)光模式,兩種(zhong)模式下運放處于完(wan)全不同的工作狀(zhuang)態。

當有外部PWM控制信號VDIM輸入時,此時運放成為高精度的比較器,正相輸入端在第一參考電壓VREF和第二參考電壓0V之間不斷切換,反相輸入端始終連接負載采樣反饋電壓VFB,輸出端V0為方波信號。當正向輸入端輸入為第一參考電壓VREF,輸出端V0為高電平HV,當正向輸入端輸入為第二參考電壓0V時,輸出端V0為低電平HL。輸出端V0直接連接低通濾波器102,低通濾波器102實現RC濾波,可將輸出端V0輸出的方波信號濾平取平均值VQ,可知PWM控制信號VDIM的占空比將直接影響VQ值,二者嚴格遵循線性關系,從PWM控制信號VDIM方波直接轉化為VQ直流電壓信號,可認為外部PWM信號轉模擬調光的方式,當PWM控制信號VDIM占空比增大或減小時,VQ將隨之增大或減小,VQ再同經過斜(xie)坡(po)補償后的電感(gan)電流鋸齒波(bo)信(xin)號經過PWM比較電路112,輸出(chu)占空比可調的方波(bo)信(xin)號,經驅動(dong)電路13驅動(dong)外(wai)部MOS管(guan)后影響到(dao)系統輸出(chu),整個系統在不斷(duan)的動(dong)態調整中達到(dao)穩態,由此,實現調光(guang)功能。

當無外部PWM控制信號VDIM時,VDIM將始終置為高電平,運放的正相輸入端始終為第一參考電壓VREF,反相輸入端負載采樣反饋電壓VFB經過系統調節最終達到平衡狀態,系統穩定時VFB=VREF,輸出端為固定靜態電壓VQ。此時系統為單一電壓環路,同理,VQ再同經過斜坡補償后的電感電流鋸齒波信號經過PWM比較電路112,輸出占空比可調的方波信號,經驅動電路13驅動外部MOS管后影響到系統輸出,負載采樣反饋電壓VFB的實時變(bian)化(hua)反饋至運放(fang),經系(xi)統調節達(da)到穩態(tai)。

需要說明的是,本發明提到的第一PWM控制信號VDH為PWM控制信號VDIM的電平,第一PWM控制信號VDH通過非門處理得到第二PWM控制信號VDL;第一時鐘信號VOH為時鐘信號VOSC的電平,第一時鐘信號VOH通過非門處理得到第二時鐘信號VOL。第一參考電壓VREF或第二參(can)考電壓0V。

圖(tu)6是(shi)本發明提(ti)供的LED恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)系統(tong)的結構方(fang)塊圖(tu)。參考圖(tu)6所示,該LED恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)系統(tong)包括上述所述的恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)控制電路1。
