在(zai)此(ci)基礎上,所述三角形連(lian)(lian)接件通過膨脹螺(luo)(luo)釘連(lian)(lian)接與馬鞍形屋頂,橫(heng)向(xiang)導軌(gui)(gui)、縱向(xiang)導軌(gui)(gui)和(he)支架導軌(gui)(gui)與各(ge)部件的(de)連(lian)(lian)接采用(yong)異性螺(luo)(luo)母(mu)嵌(qian)入導軌(gui)(gui)中與普通螺(luo)(luo)栓連(lian)(lian)接的(de)方式連(lian)(lian)接,其余(yu)各(ge)零(ling)部件的(de)連(lian)(lian)接均采用(yong)普通螺(luo)(luo)栓組(zu)件連(lian)(lian)接,膨脹螺(luo)(luo)釘、螺(luo)(luo)母(mu)和(he)螺(luo)(luo)栓組(zu)件的(de)材質(zhi)為304不銹鋼。

與(yu)現有(you)技術(shu)相比,本發(fa)明(ming)的有(you)益效果是:

1、將光伏系統(tong)朝南方布(bu)局,使光伏系統(tong)接收(shou)收(shou)光照的(de)時間(jian)盡可能的(de)多,從而保證光伏系統(tong)的(de)容量(liang)和發(fa)電量(liang)就處于合理(li)的(de)比值,在收(shou)益相同的(de)情況下,提(ti)高投入(ru)產出比,減(jian)低客戶的(de)投資(zi)成本(ben)。

2、利用地網系統將(jiang)整個(ge)馬鞍(an)形屋(wu)頂(ding)的(de)(de)(de)平面找(zhao)平,解決了馬鞍(an)形屋(wu)頂(ding)的(de)(de)(de)曲面屋(wu)頂(ding)和(he)朝向夾角的(de)(de)(de)存(cun)在對光伏(fu)(fu)支架(jia)(jia)直接安裝固(gu)定(ding)點一(yi)直在變化的(de)(de)(de)問題,減少了光伏(fu)(fu)支架(jia)(jia)系統在馬鞍(an)板(ban)屋(wu)頂(ding)安裝的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)設計和(he)施工難度。

光伏支架系統(tong)的安裝步(bu)驟和注意事項:

首先需(xu)(xu)要核算尺寸,確定地網(wang)2在屋面(mian)1上的(de)(de)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)位置,確認完(wan)畢后,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)地網(wang)2,地網(wang)2安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)畢后,開始安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)支(zhi)架(jia)3,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)支(zhi)架(jia)3按照從下(xia)往(wang)上的(de)(de)順序安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)光(guang)伏組件314前需(xu)(xu)調(diao)整安(an)(an)轉(zhuan)支(zhi)架(jia)3的(de)(de)尺寸和(he)位置,保證(zheng)光(guang)伏組件314的(de)(de)斜面(mian)朝向(xiang)及傾角符合(he)要求(qiu);安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)過程中應該注意(yi)擰緊(jin)的(de)(de)螺(luo)母需(xu)(xu)要有專人負責(ze)檢(jian)查,并及時(shi)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)標記,對(dui)于(yu)固定螺(luo)栓(shuan)時(shi)容易(yi)磨損(sun)支(zhi)架(jia)表面(mian)的(de)(de)鍍鋅層,螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定完(wan)成后應及時(shi)對(dui)鋅層磨損(sun)部分做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)防(fang)腐(fu)處理(li),安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)后利用熱鍍鋅扁鋼(gang)焊將(jiang)支(zhi)架(jia)接(jie)至(zhi)原建筑(zhu)防(fang)雷系統,連(lian)接(jie)處需(xu)(xu)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)防(fang)腐(fu)處理(li),接(jie)地電阻值小于(yu)等于(yu)4ω。
