優選地,所述(shu)耐高(gao)溫玻璃制備方(fang)法如下:

(1)將二氧化硅(gui)90-100份(fen)、五(wu)氧化二磷(lin)2-9份(fen)、氧化鐵4-11份(fen)、石(shi)灰石(shi)1.5-4份(fen)、氧化鋇0.5-1.1份(fen)、三(san)氧化二鐵0.02-0.06份(fen)和硫化鎘0.01-0.04份(fen)混合,進行(xing)球磨20-40min;

(2)在(zai)坩堝中加(jia)入步驟(1)球磨后的原料(liao)進行熔(rong)(rong)制(zhi),得玻(bo)璃液,熔(rong)(rong)制(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)為1400-1450℃,并在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)制(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)條件下保溫(wen)50-55min;

(3)將熔制好的玻(bo)璃液(ye)在室溫(wen)水(shui)中水(shui)淬,坩堝放回爐(lu)中,并(bing)使爐(lu)溫(wen)保(bao)持在1200℃;將水(shui)淬的玻(bo)璃渣取(qu)出,烘干(gan)球磨至30-35目即得玻(bo)璃;

(4)將步驟(zou)(3)的(de)玻璃(li)液倒入預熱至(zhi)410℃的(de)金屬模具中成型(xing),將成型(xing)的(de)玻璃(li)試樣放入440℃的(de)馬弗爐中保溫(wen)2小(xiao)時,再升溫(wen)至(zhi)620℃保溫(wen)2小(xiao)時,冷卻至(zhi)室溫(wen)即(ji)得耐(nai)高溫(wen)玻璃(li)。

優選地(di),所述太陽(yang)能面(mian)(mian)板表面(mian)(mian)設置透(tou)明薄(bo)膜。

優(you)選(xuan)地,所述透明薄膜(mo)上涂覆(fu)呈波浪狀的納(na)米涂料層。

(5)本發明(ming)所述(shu)太陽(yang)能面(mian)板(ban)表面(mian)設置透明(ming)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜,用于將可見光轉(zhuan)換成電能;所述(shu)透明(ming)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜上(shang)涂覆呈波(bo)浪(lang)狀的(de)納(na)(na)米(mi)涂料層,納(na)(na)米(mi)涂料呈波(bo)浪(lang)狀,使本發明(ming)的(de)太陽(yang)能面(mian)板(ban)作(zuo)為尖頂建筑的(de)斜面(mian)使用,下雨時,水珠落在(zai)波(bo)浪(lang)狀涂料上(shang)不(bu)會在(zai)面(mian)板(ban)上(shang)停留,而是順勢滾(gun)動下來,并將灰塵帶走(zou),實現透明(ming)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜太陽(yang)能面(mian)板(ban)防(fang)水除塵的(de)目的(de)。

所述引線(xian)14經變壓器進行(xing)穩壓后與蓄電(dian)池相(xiang)連。

所述玻璃(li)為(wei)耐高溫玻璃(li)。由二氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化硅、五(wu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化二磷、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化鐵(tie)、石(shi)灰石(shi)、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化鋇(bei)、三氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化二鐵(tie)和硫化鎘制備而成,配方合理(li),成本低廉,制得的玻璃(li)性能(neng)優(you)良(liang),在(zai)持(chi)續高溫暴曬(shai)下不(bu)易漲(zhang)裂,可延長使用(yong)壽命(ming),透(tou)光性好(hao)利于光能(neng)的吸收和轉(zhuan)化。

所述(shu)耐高溫玻璃制(zhi)備方法如下:

(1)將二氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅90-100份(fen)、五氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)二磷2-9份(fen)、氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鐵4-11份(fen)、石灰(hui)石1.5-4份(fen)、氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋇0.5-1.1份(fen)、三氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)二鐵0.02-0.06份(fen)和硫化(hua)(hua)(hua)鎘0.01-0.04份(fen)混(hun)合,進(jin)行球(qiu)磨(mo)20-40min;

(2)在坩(gan)堝中加入(ru)步驟(zou)(1)球(qiu)磨后的原(yuan)料進行熔(rong)制,得玻(bo)璃液,熔(rong)制溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為1400-1450℃,并(bing)在熔(rong)制溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)條件下(xia)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)50-55min;

(3)將熔制好的玻璃液在(zai)室溫水(shui)中水(shui)淬,坩堝放回爐(lu)中,并(bing)使爐(lu)溫保持在(zai)1200℃;將水(shui)淬的玻璃渣(zha)取出,烘(hong)干球磨至30-35目(mu)即得(de)玻璃;

(4)將步驟(3)的(de)(de)玻璃液倒入預熱至410℃的(de)(de)金屬模具中成型,將成型的(de)(de)玻璃試(shi)樣放入440℃的(de)(de)馬弗爐中保溫2小(xiao)時(shi),再升溫至620℃保溫2小(xiao)時(shi),冷卻至室溫即(ji)得耐高溫玻璃。

優選地,所述(shu)太(tai)陽能面(mian)(mian)板(ban)1表面(mian)(mian)設(she)置透明薄膜。所述(shu)太(tai)陽能面(mian)(mian)板(ban)表面(mian)(mian)設(she)置透明薄膜,用(yong)于將可見光(guang)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)電能。

優選地,所述透(tou)明薄(bo)膜(mo)(mo)上涂(tu)覆(fu)呈(cheng)波浪狀(zhuang)(zhuang)的納(na)米(mi)涂(tu)料(liao)層。納(na)米(mi)涂(tu)料(liao)呈(cheng)波浪狀(zhuang)(zhuang),使本發明的太(tai)陽能面板作(zuo)為尖頂建筑的斜面使用,下雨(yu)時,水珠落在波浪狀(zhuang)(zhuang)涂(tu)料(liao)上不會在面板上停留(liu),而是順勢(shi)滾動(dong)下來,并將灰(hui)塵(chen)(chen)帶(dai)走,實現透(tou)明薄(bo)膜(mo)(mo)太(tai)陽能面板防水除塵(chen)(chen)的目的。
