進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)地(di),所述滑槽(cao)貫穿下(xia)夾(jia)板(ban)的一(yi)(yi)側端(duan)面。

進(jin)一步地,在上(shang)(shang)夾板和下夾板的外圓面上(shang)(shang)分別(bie)設有相(xiang)對應的連(lian)接板,連(lian)接板上(shang)(shang)開(kai)設有連(lian)接孔。

由于(yu)采用(yong)(yong)上述(shu)技(ji)術方案,本實用(yong)(yong)新型具有以下優越性:

本(ben)實用新型結(jie)構簡(jian)(jian)單,制作成本(ben)低,安裝簡(jian)(jian)便、不易松(song)散,能夠同時對多(duo)跟下(xia)線電纜(lan)進行固定整(zheng)理,有(you)效提高工作效率。

所述滑(hua)槽(cao)22貫(guan)穿(chuan)下(xia)夾(jia)板的(de)(de)一側(ce)(ce)端面,插(cha)條(tiao)12沿滑(hua)槽(cao)的(de)(de)開口端面滑(hua)入滑(hua)槽(cao)內后,下(xia)夾(jia)板2的(de)(de)另一側(ce)(ce)端面對插(cha)條(tiao)12起到限(xian)位(wei)作(zuo)用,防止上、下(xia)夾(jia)板在安裝時錯位(wei),甚而使得上、下(xia)夾(jia)板脫離(li)。

為了進一步保證上(shang)、下(xia)夾(jia)板(ban)連接(jie)可靠,在上(shang)夾(jia)板(ban)1和下(xia)夾(jia)板(ban)2的(de)外圓面上(shang)分別設(she)(she)有相對(dui)應的(de)連接(jie)板(ban)3,連接(jie)板(ban)3上(shang)開設(she)(she)有連接(jie)孔;在安裝時,上(shang)、下(xia)夾(jia)板(ban)通過(guo)所述插條(tiao)沿(yan)(yan)滑槽(cao)的(de)側面滑入滑槽(cao)實現連接(jie)后,再通過(guo)螺(luo)栓穿過(guo)連接(jie)孔并用(yong)螺(luo)母緊固,從而進一步防止上(shang)、下(xia)夾(jia)板(ban)沿(yan)(yan)軸向產生相對(dui)移動(dong)。

本實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)在使(shi)用(yong)時,將下(xia)(xia)線電(dian)纜(lan)分別放(fang)入半圓槽(cao)B內,若(ruo)下(xia)(xia)線電(dian)纜(lan)是兩根以(yi)上時,也可(ke)以(yi)將其余下(xia)(xia)線電(dian)纜(lan)放(fang)入通槽(cao)內,而且(qie)所述的(de)通槽(cao)的(de)內槽(cao)面可(ke)以(yi)設為弧形面,便(bian)于下(xia)(xia)線電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)排設整(zheng)理(li);因此,本實(shi)用(yong)新(xin)型(xing)既能對(dui)下(xia)(xia)線電(dian)纜(lan)水平整(zheng)理(li),也能實(shi)現垂(chui)直(zhi)方向上下(xia)(xia)線電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)整(zheng)理(li)夾緊。
