技術實現要素:

本實用新型要解(jie)決(jue)的(de)技術問題就是提(ti)供輸電線路自爬(pa)(pa)式(shi)除障(zhang)裝置,解(jie)決(jue)現有除障(zhang)滑車無法在導(dao)線上自動(dong)爬(pa)(pa)行(xing)的(de)問題。
