背景技術:
隨著生產自動化的不(bu)斷(duan)發展(zhan),各(ge)類傳感(gan)、控制技術的應用越(yue)來越(yue)多,致(zhi)使執(zhi)(zhi)行終(zhong)端(duan)的管(guan)(guan)線(xian)種類及數(shu)(shu)量也不(bu)斷(duan)增加。對于(yu)大(da)多數(shu)(shu)設(she)備(bei)而(er)言,執(zhi)(zhi)行終(zhong)端(duan)并(bing)不(bu)是(shi)固定不(bu)動的,因(yin)此當執(zhi)(zhi)行終(zhong)端(duan)工作時(shi)其上的管(guan)(guan)線(xian)也將隨之運(yun)動。
傳(chuan)統的(de)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)預(yu)留管線的(de)伸縮長度,依靠工作過程(cheng)中執行(xing)終(zhong)端部(bu)件傳(chuan)遞的(de)作用(yong)(yong)力帶動管線隨(sui)機運(yun)動,該方(fang)法(fa)由于管線運(yun)動具有(you)不確定(ding)性且(qie)沒有(you)附加的(de)保護,因而僅(jin)適用(yong)(yong)于管線伸縮行(xing)程(cheng)較短(duan)(duan)和難以發生干涉(she)的(de)機構(gou),且(qie)普遍使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命短(duan)(duan)。
近年(nian)來(lai)隨著工業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)應(ying)用的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)發展,其(qi)在惡劣(lie)工況下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)生存(cun)能(neng)力得到越來(lai)越多的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)注(zhu),因而(er)(er)配套機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)應(ying)用的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)包應(ying)運而(er)(er)生。最有代表性的(de)(de)(de)當屬庫卡(ka)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)上的(de)(de)(de)U型管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)盒,現(xian)已基(ji)本(ben)屬于(yu)(yu)各(ge)工業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)上的(de)(de)(de)標配。但是(shi),該管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)盒自身(shen)以及在其(qi)它自動(dong)化設備上的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用也有一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)缺(que)陷,一(yi)是(shi)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)盒內的(de)(de)(de)彈簧沒(mei)有被束(shu)縛,導致伸縮過程(cheng)中(zhong)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)幅度(du)變(bian)化較大從而(er)(er)帶(dai)來(lai)安全隱(yin)患;二是(shi)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)進線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)口均在一(yi)側,對于(yu)(yu)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)型進線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)口設備而(er)(er)言(yan)需(xu)要繞線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),這樣不(bu)但不(bu)美觀而(er)(er)且(qie)加(jia)大了布(bu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)空(kong)(kong)間;三是(shi)加(jia)大管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)伸縮行程(cheng)只(zhi)能(neng)在一(yi)個方向(xiang)進行擴展,這對于(yu)(yu)空(kong)(kong)間方向(xiang)受限(xian)且(qie)伸縮行程(cheng)要求(qiu)較大的(de)(de)(de)設備而(er)(er)言(yan)具有局限(xian)性。后(hou)續又相繼出現(xian)了一(yi)些針對這些技(ji)術缺(que)陷研發的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)管(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)盒。
盡管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)盒技術在機器人執行(xing)終端(duan)(duan)上(shang)的(de)(de)運用(yong)越來越成(cheng)熟,然而(er)其(qi)(qi)在自動化設備上(shang)的(de)(de)應用(yong)仍然具(ju)有(you)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)局(ju)限性:其(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)盒的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)線(xian)口和(he)出線(xian)口位于(yu)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan),對于(yu)一(yi)(yi)些直進(jin)(jin)直出的(de)(de)設備而(er)言會存在繞(rao)線(xian)的(de)(de)問題;其(qi)(qi)二(er),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)在容納腔內的(de)(de)滑動摩(mo)擦以(yi)及運動的(de)(de)不(bu)確定性將加大管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)的(de)(de)損耗;其(qi)(qi)三,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)引導裝(zhuang)置伸縮行(xing)程與自身體(ti)積比值(zhi)偏小,空間利用(yong)率偏低,且擴(kuo)展行(xing)程僅(jin)具(ju)備單向性。
技術實現要素:

本實(shi)用(yong)新型提(ti)供一種管線引(yin)導(dao)裝置(zhi),包(bao)括盒(he)體(ti),盒(he)體(ti)的(de)一組(zu)相對壁面(mian)(mian)上分別(bie)開設(she)(she)有(you)用(yong)于(yu)管線進入盒(he)體(ti)內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)的(de)進線口和(he)用(yong)于(yu)管線伸出盒(he)體(ti)的(de)出線口,盒(he)體(ti)內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)中設(she)(she)有(you)沿管線徑(jing)(jing)向(xiang)布設(she)(she)并(bing)貼合于(yu)管線側壁面(mian)(mian)上用(yong)于(yu)利用(yong)彈力(li)對管線施(shi)加(jia)徑(jing)(jing)向(xiang)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)力(li)以(yi)使管線沿徑(jing)(jing)向(xiang)彎折限制管線軸(zhou)向(xiang)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)的(de)徑(jing)(jing)向(xiang)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構(gou);盒(he)體(ti)內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)中處于(yu)進線口的(de)位置(zhi)以(yi)及處于(yu)出線口的(de)位置(zhi)均設(she)(she)有(you)用(yong)于(yu)引(yin)導(dao)管線在徑(jing)(jing)向(xiang)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構(gou)作用(yong)下沿管線徑(jing)(jing)向(xiang)彎折的(de)引(yin)導(dao)滾(gun)輪組(zu)件。
進(jin)一步(bu)地,徑向(xiang)推(tui)動(dong)機(ji)構設置(zhi)(zhi)為至少兩組,相(xiang)鄰組的徑向(xiang)推(tui)動(dong)機(ji)構彼此沿管線的軸(zhou)向(xiang)錯位布置(zhi)(zhi)且沿管線的徑向(xiang)相(xiang)對(dui)布置(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)推(tui)動(dong)管線呈S形彎折。
進一步地,徑向(xiang)(xiang)推(tui)動機構包括滾(gun)動頂抵于管線側壁(bi)(bi)面上(shang)的導向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪組件(jian)、固接于導向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪組件(jian)上(shang)的推(tui)桿、套(tao)設于推(tui)桿上(shang)的套(tao)筒組以及設于套(tao)筒組內(nei)且固接于推(tui)桿桿端與盒體內(nei)壁(bi)(bi)面之間的壓縮彈(dan)簧(huang)。
進(jin)一步地,套(tao)(tao)筒組采用(yong)一級套(tao)(tao)筒的單筒件(jian);或(huo)(huo)者套(tao)(tao)筒組采用(yong)一級套(tao)(tao)筒與二級套(tao)(tao)筒疊套(tao)(tao)的雙(shuang)筒組件(jian);或(huo)(huo)者套(tao)(tao)筒組采用(yong)多級套(tao)(tao)筒疊套(tao)(tao)的多筒組件(jian)。
進一步地,壓縮彈簧與盒體(ti)內壁面之間還設有用于調節壓縮彈簧彈力(li)的(de)彈簧堵頭(tou)以及設于彈簧堵頭(tou)外的(de)安裝座。

如圖(tu)1、圖(tu)2和(he)圖(tu)3所(suo)(suo)示,本實施例中,連(lian)接(jie)板4011采用(yong)扇形(xing)(xing)板。導(dao)向輪(lun)(lun)軸4012、導(dao)向軸承4013和(he)導(dao)向滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)4014組合的(de)(de)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)動組件沿扇形(xing)(xing)板的(de)(de)周向均布(bu)于V字形(xing)(xing)開口4015之(zhi)(zhi)間。V字形(xing)(xing)開口4015之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)(de)導(dao)向滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)4014所(suo)(suo)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)包絡(luo)線的(de)(de)半(ban)(ban)(ban)徑(jing)(jing)大(da)于管(guan)線6的(de)(de)最小彎(wan)曲半(ban)(ban)(ban)徑(jing)(jing)。若干個導(dao)向滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)4014所(suo)(suo)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)包絡(luo)線即(ji)為(wei)管(guan)線6的(de)(de)繞行半(ban)(ban)(ban)徑(jing)(jing)。如此即(ji)可(ke)保證管(guan)線6伸縮時在導(dao)向滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)4014上以滾(gun)(gun)(gun)動摩(mo)擦的(de)(de)運動方(fang)式進行。而為(wei)了防(fang)止管(guan)線6棱(leng)角的(de)(de)出(chu)現,這里要(yao)求若干個導(dao)向滾(gun)(gun)(gun)輪(lun)(lun)4014所(suo)(suo)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)包絡(luo)線的(de)(de)半(ban)(ban)(ban)徑(jing)(jing)應大(da)于管(guan)線6的(de)(de)最小彎(wan)曲半(ban)(ban)(ban)徑(jing)(jing)。
實施(shi)時,提出一(yi)種S型管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)引導裝(zhuang)置,該裝(zhuang)置能適(shi)應(ying)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)6的進(jin)線(xian)口(kou)2與出線(xian)口(kou)3不在同(tong)側無需繞線(xian)的應(ying)用(yong)要求,且(qie)具有伸縮行(xing)程與自身(shen)體(ti)積比值較大、空(kong)間(jian)利用(yong)率(lv)高(gao)、磨損小、壽命長等優點(dian),并能根據實際應(ying)用(yong)情況在縱、橫兩個(ge)方(fang)向對伸縮行(xing)程進(jin)行(xing)擴展,通(tong)用(yong)性強。管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)引導裝(zhuang)置如(ru)圖1所示,包(bao)括盒體(ti)1、引導滾輪組件(jian)5、導向滾輪組件(jian)401、套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)組403、推桿(gan)402、壓(ya)縮彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)404、彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)堵(du)頭405、喇(la)叭形球節套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)10以(yi)及(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)夾11。其中盒體(ti)1作為整套(tao)(tao)裝(zhuang)置安裝(zhuang)的基礎,包(bao)括下底(di)板、盒蓋、連接螺釘等。下底(di)板根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)6特(te)點(dian)裝(zhuang)有引導滾輪組件(jian)5、導向滾輪組件(jian)401、護板7等零部件(jian)確保管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)6在縮回狀態下呈S型布置。盒蓋主要對管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)6伸縮過程中的運動空(kong)間(jian)進(jin)行(xing)防護。
引(yin)導(dao)滾輪(lun)(lun)組件5主(zhu)要(yao)為了消除管(guan)線6工作(zuo)拐角處(chu)可能產(chan)生的(de)棱角對管(guan)線6壽命的(de)影(ying)響。如圖4所示,主(zhu)要(yao)包括引(yin)導(dao)滾輪(lun)(lun)503、引(yin)導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)501、引(yin)導(dao)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承502以及(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)用(yong)擋圈504和孔用(yong)擋圈505等。其(qi)中,引(yin)導(dao)滾輪(lun)(lun)503的(de)滾輪(lun)(lun)工作(zuo)面(mian)為圓形V槽(cao)結構(gou),為消除拐角,要(yao)求(qiu)其(qi)自身的(de)回轉(zhuan)半(ban)徑(jing)應大于管(guan)線6的(de)最(zui)小彎曲半(ban)徑(jing)。引(yin)導(dao)滾輪(lun)(lun)503通(tong)過引(yin)導(dao)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承502及(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)用(yong)擋圈504和孔用(yong)擋圈505安裝在(zai)引(yin)導(dao)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)501上。當(dang)管(guan)線6繞引(yin)導(dao)滾輪(lun)(lun)503外表面(mian)工作(zuo)時,以保證管(guan)線6與滾輪(lun)(lun)間的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)為滾動摩(mo)擦從而延長(chang)管(guan)線6的(de)壽命。
導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪(lun)組件(jian)401如圖3所示,在兩個連接板4011構成的(de)(de)V型槽間布置有若(ruo)干(gan)個導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)軸(zhou)4012。每個導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)軸(zhou)4012上通過導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)軸(zhou)承4013、隔套、擋圈等定位方式設有一(yi)導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪(lun)4014。若(ruo)干(gan)個導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪(lun)4014所形成的(de)(de)包(bao)絡線(xian)即(ji)(ji)為(wei)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6的(de)(de)繞行(xing)半(ban)徑。如此即(ji)(ji)可保證管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6伸縮(suo)時在導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪(lun)4014上以滾(gun)動摩(mo)擦(ca)的(de)(de)運動方式進行(xing)。而為(wei)了防止(zhi)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6棱角的(de)(de)出現,這里要求若(ruo)干(gan)個導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)滾(gun)輪(lun)4014所形成的(de)(de)包(bao)絡線(xian)的(de)(de)半(ban)徑應大于管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6的(de)(de)最小(xiao)彎曲(qu)半(ban)徑。
導向滾輪(lun)組件(jian)401連接端設(she)(she)有銷釘8及與銷釘8配(pei)(pei)套(tao)的螺母9,主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)與推(tui)桿(gan)(gan)402相(xiang)連并緊固(gu)。而推(tui)桿(gan)(gan)402與二(er)(er)級(ji)套(tao)筒(tong)4032、二(er)(er)級(ji)套(tao)筒(tong)4032與一(yi)(yi)級(ji)套(tao)筒(tong)4031通(tong)過(guo)圓柱面配(pei)(pei)合及止口定位組成二(er)(er)級(ji)伸(shen)縮(suo)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)。二(er)(er)級(ji)伸(shen)縮(suo)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)固(gu)連在(zai)盒體1的安裝座(zuo)406上,內(nei)置一(yi)(yi)壓(ya)縮(suo)彈簧(huang)404在(zai)管(guan)線6處(chu)于(yu)縮(suo)回狀態時提供一(yi)(yi)個使管(guan)線6呈S型布(bu)置的預緊力;而為了消除制造誤差及滿足(zu)不同管(guan)線6的預緊特性,在(zai)安裝座(zuo)406上設(she)(she)有一(yi)(yi)彈簧(huang)堵頭405即能(neng)實現(xian)這一(yi)(yi)功能(neng)。
當(dang)管線(xian)(xian)6受(shou)外(wai)力(li)(li)作用(yong)需要伸(shen)(shen)長(chang)(chang)時(shi)(shi),二(er)級伸(shen)(shen)縮(suo)機構通過(guo)(guo)不斷壓(ya)縮(suo)內(nei)部壓(ya)縮(suo)彈(dan)簧404而(er)縮(suo)回(hui),內(nei)部管線(xian)(xian)6從壓(ya)縮(suo)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)(xia)的(de)S型逐漸向(xiang)伸(shen)(shen)長(chang)(chang)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)(xia)的(de)縱向(xiang)直線(xian)(xian)型變化(hua),管線(xian)(xian)6上所受(shou)的(de)彈(dan)簧回(hui)復力(li)(li)也越(yue)來越(yue)大(da),在(zai)工作過(guo)(guo)程的(de)任一時(shi)(shi)間點只(zhi)要外(wai)力(li)(li)消失,則管線(xian)(xian)6在(zai)彈(dan)簧回(hui)復力(li)(li)的(de)作用(yong)下(xia)(xia)將再次縮(suo)回(hui)盒(he)(he)體1內(nei)呈S型布(bu)置(zhi)。圖(tu)2所示(shi)即(ji)為管線(xian)(xian)6被拉伸(shen)(shen)至(zhi)最(zui)大(da)長(chang)(chang)度(du)時(shi)(shi)盒(he)(he)體1內(nei)部機構的(de)工作狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),盒(he)(he)體1的(de)最(zui)大(da)伸(shen)(shen)縮(suo)行程即(ji)為壓(ya)縮(suo)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)(xia)S型長(chang)(chang)度(du)與最(zui)大(da)伸(shen)(shen)長(chang)(chang)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)(xia)縱向(xiang)直線(xian)(xian)型長(chang)(chang)度(du)之差。
本實(shi)用新型管線引導裝置具(ju)有(you)進線口(kou)2、出線口(kou)3異(yi)側共線的外形接(jie)口(kou),空間利用率大(da)、管線6磨損小、使用壽(shou)命長(chang)等優點;還具(ju)備以下兩點擴展功(gong)能:
其一、為了擴(kuo)展(zhan)伸(shen)縮(suo)行程,既可以(yi)在(zai)(zai)橫向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上加大(da)二(er)級伸(shen)縮(suo)機構的伸(shen)縮(suo)長度實(shi)現(xian),也(ye)可以(yi)在(zai)(zai)縱向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上增加一組或多(duo)組二(er)級伸(shen)縮(suo)機構實(shi)現(xian);
其二,為了滿足自動(dong)化設備執行(xing)終(zhong)端不(bu)同的安裝接口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou),進(jin)(jin)線口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)2和出(chu)線口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)3亦可以(yi)根據具體(ti)位(wei)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)改動(dong),不(bu)過為了消除管(guan)線6繞行(xing)可能產生的棱(leng)角,進(jin)(jin)線口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)2與出(chu)線口(kou)(kou)(kou)(kou)3處(chu)的引導滾輪組件5也需隨之移動(dong)。
本實(shi)用(yong)新型管線引導裝(zhuang)置(zhi),有(you)效(xiao)解決一些管線6包應用(yong)中進(jin)線口2與出線口3共(gong)線無需繞線的(de)問題;具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)伸(shen)縮行(xing)程與自(zi)身體積(ji)比值較大、空間(jian)利用(yong)率(lv)高等優點;管線6運(yun)動(dong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)確定的(de)運(yun)動(dong)軌(gui)跡,并以滾動(dong)摩(mo)擦的(de)形式降低(di)了(le)管線6的(de)磨損,延長了(le)管線6的(de)使用(yong)壽命;伸(shen)縮行(xing)程具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)縱、橫(heng)兩個方向的(de)擴展方式,能夠適應不(bu)同工(gong)況的(de)空間(jian)布(bu)置(zhi)要(yao)求;管線引導裝(zhuang)置(zhi)接口形式并不(bu)唯一,可(ke)根(gen)據具(ju)(ju)(ju)體要(yao)求進(jin)行(xing)設計,其(qi)適應范圍廣、通用(yong)性強。
本實用新型管(guan)(guan)線(xian)引導裝置(zhi),滿(man)足管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6的(de)(de)(de)進線(xian)口2與出線(xian)口3異(yi)側無需繞(rao)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)需求。管(guan)(guan)線(xian)引導裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)S型繞(rao)行(xing)(xing)機構(gou),以(yi)(yi)使(shi)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6在一定的(de)(de)(de)空間(jian)內(nei)具有較大的(de)(de)(de)伸縮(suo)行(xing)(xing)程。具有縱、橫兩個(ge)方向(xiang)可(ke)擴展伸縮(suo)行(xing)(xing)程,且進、出線(xian)接口可(ke)自行(xing)(xing)設計(ji)調節的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能。消(xiao)除(chu)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6繞(rao)行(xing)(xing)過程中可(ke)能產生的(de)(de)(de)棱(leng)角(jiao)問題,并以(yi)(yi)滾動(dong)摩擦(ca)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)動(dong)方式(shi)降低管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6損耗。以(yi)(yi)滾輪的(de)(de)(de)外圓包絡線(xian)構(gou)成的(de)(de)(de)繞(rao)行(xing)(xing)半徑進行(xing)(xing)導向(xiang),并以(yi)(yi)滾動(dong)摩擦(ca)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)動(dong)方式(shi)降低管(guan)(guan)線(xian)6磨損。二級彈簧伸縮(suo)機構(gou),具有伸縮(suo)行(xing)(xing)程長(chang)、預緊力可(ke)調的(de)(de)(de)特點。
