1)在機組安(an)裝(zhuang)時,可隨意(yi)調整(zheng)該裝(zhuang)置的(de)位(wei)置,到達(da)預(yu)定(ding)位(wei)置后,將固定(ding)端限位(wei)保護(hu)塊(1)焊接固定(ding)在定(ding)子機座上(shang)環板(ban)上(shang),再(zai)使(shi)用鎖定(ding)墊(dian)片(6)固定(ding)鎖定(ding)螺栓(shuan)(4)和(he)鎖定(ding)螺母(5)即可,安(an)裝(zhuang)時可根據夾緊度(du)要求調整(zheng)楔形調整(zheng)墊(dian)片(3)的(de)位(wei)置以達(da)到夾緊要求。安(an)裝(zhuang)十分(fen)方便。

2)當機(ji)組檢修需要(yao)二(er)(er)次壓緊(jin)定(ding)子鐵芯(xin)、拉伸拉緊(jin)螺(luo)桿時,去掉鎖定(ding)墊(dian)片(6),擰開(kai)鎖定(ding)螺(luo)母(mu)(5),即可(ke)將固定(ding)端限位保護塊(kuai)(1)與(yu)浮動(dong)端限位保護塊(kuai)(2)分離,二(er)(er)次壓緊(jin)后再將本裝(zhuang)置(zhi)裝(zhuang)配好即可(ke),可(ke)輕松(song)實現反復拆(chai)卸(xie)安裝(zhuang)。

3)當機組(zu)正(zheng)常運行(xing)產生振動(dong)時,由于固定端限(xian)位保護(hu)塊(kuai)(kuai)(1),浮動(dong)端限(xian)位保護(hu)塊(kuai)(kuai)(2)與拉緊(jin)螺(luo)(luo)桿不(bu)是直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)觸,也(ye)不(bu)是焊接(jie)(jie)固定,而是通(tong)過橢圓形限(xian)位槽中的硅橡(xiang)膠阻尼墊(7)進行(xing)夾緊(jin),彈性軟質的硅橡(xiang)膠阻尼墊(7)會起到緩(huan)沖和吸收(shou)振動(dong)的作用,最大程度的減(jian)少振動(dong)傳遞,保護(hu)拉緊(jin)螺(luo)(luo)桿的拉緊(jin)效果(guo)不(bu)受振動(dong)影(ying)響。

4)當機(ji)組頻(pin)繁啟(qi)停(ting)產生熱脹冷縮效(xiao)應時,固(gu)定(ding)端限位保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)塊(1)和浮(fu)(fu)動端限位保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)塊(2)上的橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)限位槽(cao)在(zai)夾緊拉緊螺(luo)桿的同(tong)時給(gei)拉緊螺(luo)桿預(yu)留了一定(ding)的位移(yi)余度,可防(fang)止拉緊螺(luo)桿在(zai)此過程(cheng)中產生不可逆彎曲;且橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)限位槽(cao)中粘合的硅橡膠(jiao)阻(zu)尼(ni)墊(7)避免(mian)了固(gu)定(ding)端限位保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)塊(1)和浮(fu)(fu)動端限位保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)塊(2)與(yu)拉緊螺(luo)桿直接接觸,彈性軟 質的硅橡膠(jiao)阻(zu)尼(ni)墊(7)會(hui)在(zai)拉緊螺(luo)桿位移(yi)時保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)接觸部(bu)分不產生機(ji)械(xie)性磨損,起到保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)拉緊螺(luo)桿的作(zuo)用(yong)。

5)固定(ding)端限(xian)位(wei)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)塊(1)和浮動端限(xian)位(wei)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)塊(2)上的(de)橢圓形(xing)限(xian)位(wei)槽即能(neng)起到固定(ding)拉緊(jin)(jin)螺桿的(de)作用(yong)(yong),也(ye)能(neng)起到保(bao)(bao)護(hu)限(xian)位(wei)的(de)作用(yong)(yong)。由于(yu)橢圓形(xing)限(xian)位(wei)槽的(de)形(xing)狀特(te)點,越到邊(bian)緣夾緊(jin)(jin)力越大,限(xian)位(wei)作用(yong)(yong)越好。
