目前,轉角塔(ta)跨越鐵路(lu)和(he)高速路(lu),電(dian)網(wang)公司要求110-220kV復合絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)耐張串(chuan)(chuan)像(xiang)超/特(te)高壓線(xian)(xian)路(lu)導線(xian)(xian)耐張串(chuan)(chuan)那樣雙(shuang)聯(lian)雙(shuang)掛(gua),即接(jie)地端側去掉聯(lian)板(ban)的(de)兩聯(lian)獨(du)立的(de)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)串(chuan)(chuan),分別掛(gua)到導線(xian)(xian)橫擔(dan)掛(gua)線(xian)(xian)板(ban)上(shang),確保輸電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)安全運行;然(ran)而(er),當線(xian)(xian)路(lu)轉角為任意(yi)角度,現(xian)有聯(lian)塔(ta)金具串(chuan)(chuan)的(de)連接(jie)技術無(wu)法滿足雙(shuang)聯(lian)雙(shuang)掛(gua)的(de)兩支(zhi)復合絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)受力均衡(heng),以至于其(qi)中的(de)一支(zhi)復合絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)可(ke)能超出原設計條件,復合絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)長期超載(zai)運行,將(jiang)會發(fa)生復合絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)斷裂和(he)導線(xian)(xian)掉線(xian)(xian),最(zui)終導致線(xian)(xian)路(lu)停電(dian),給電(dian)網(wang)埋(mai)下(xia)安全隱患。
技術實現要素:

本發明的一(yi)種復合(he)絕緣子(zi)(zi)耐(nai)張串(chuan)(chuan)防墜(zhui)落的聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塔(ta)裝置,對復合(he)絕緣子(zi)(zi)耐(nai)張串(chuan)(chuan)采取“三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)三掛(gua)”設(she)計理念,“三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)三掛(gua)”即接(jie)(jie)地端側聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)板(ban)上(shang)設(she)有(you)三個(ge)(ge)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塔(ta)金具串(chuan)(chuan),分(fen)別掛(gua)到導線(xian)橫擔掛(gua)線(xian)板(ban)上(shang),在正常工(gong)況(kuang)下僅有(you)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塔(ta)金具串(chuan)(chuan)受(shou)力(li),實(shi)現(xian)復合(he)絕緣子(zi)(zi)耐(nai)張串(chuan)(chuan)的“雙(shuang)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)單掛(gua)”,確保正常運行工(gong)況(kuang)下兩支復合(he)絕緣子(zi)(zi)受(shou)力(li)均(jun)衡;兩個(ge)(ge)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塔(ta)輔(fu)助串(chuan)(chuan)設(she)計為“軟(ruan)連接(jie)(jie)”,在正常工(gong)況(kuang)下不受(shou)力(li),只有(you)在聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塔(ta)金具串(chuan)(chuan)斷聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)后才受(shou)力(li),實(shi)現(xian)兩個(ge)(ge)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)塔(ta)輔(fu)助串(chuan)(chuan)和雙(shuang)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)復合(he)絕緣子(zi)(zi)的“雙(shuang)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)雙(shuang)掛(gua)”。通過(guo)以上(shang)措(cuo)施,解決了(le)雙(shuang)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)雙(shuang)掛(gua)的復合(he)絕緣子(zi)(zi)在任意(yi)線(xian)路轉角(jiao)工(gong)況(kuang)下可能超出原設(she)計條(tiao)件的缺陷。
本發(fa)明的一(yi)種(zhong)復合(he)絕緣子耐張串(chuan)(chuan)防(fang)墜落的聯(lian)塔裝置,能使兩支復合(he)絕緣子在(zai)正常(chang)運(yun)行工況(kuang)下受力(li)均衡(heng),不(bu)超原設計條件,在(zai)聯(lian)塔金(jin)具串(chuan)(chuan)故障下,耐張串(chuan)(chuan)不(bu)發(fa)生(sheng)掉串(chuan)(chuan),達(da)到(dao)全壽命周(zhou)期設計理(li)念,抵御各種(zhong)惡(e)劣工況(kuang);聯(lian)塔金(jin)具串(chuan)(chuan)和聯(lian)塔輔助串(chuan)(chuan)間距(ju)大,避免颶(ju)風或覆冰舞(wu)動工況(kuang)下相互碰撞磨損(sun)螺栓(shuan)銷子,確保電網更加(jia)安全可靠運(yun)行,因此,在(zai)電力(li)領域具有很高的推廣價值。
