電動代(dai)步(bu)工具成(cheng)為解決人們出(chu)行的一(yi)大綠色環保的重(zhong)要工具,但在實際應用(yong)過程中,往往會(hui)出(chu)現用(yong)戶忘記為電池(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)電、電池(chi)(chi)(chi)的剩余電量(liang)無法(fa)滿足用(yong)戶的出(chu)行距(ju)離等問題,導致電動代(dai)步(bu)工具難(nan)以廣泛應用(yong);因此(ci),需要設計出(chu)一(yi)套電池(chi)(chi)(chi)系(xi)統,針對性地(di)為電池(chi)(chi)(chi)提供輔助充(chong)電策略,即使(shi)在用(yong)戶忘記充(chong)電以及在出(chu)行途中剩余電量(liang)較(jiao)少時仍然(ran)可為電池(chi)(chi)(chi)提供充(chong)電的功能,極大的滿足用(yong)戶對電池(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)電的需求。



技術實現要素:

基于(yu)背(bei)景技術(shu)存(cun)在的技術(shu)問題,本發(fa)明提(ti)出了一種電(dian)池(chi)自動(dong)化控制系統(tong)。

本發明提出的電池(chi)自(zi)動化控制系統,包括:

電(dian)量(liang)采集單(dan)元,用于(yu)采集電(dian)池的剩余電(dian)量(liang)L;

計時(shi)(shi)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan),與(yu)控制單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)通信(xin)(xin)連接,控制單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)通過(guo)計時(shi)(shi)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)獲取時(shi)(shi)間(jian)信(xin)(xin)息;

第一儲電單元,與控制單元通信連接(jie),用于根(gen)據控制單元的指令(ling)啟(qi)動工(gong)作為(wei)電池(chi)進行充(chong)電或停(ting)止充(chong)電工(gong)作;

第二儲(chu)電單(dan)元,與(yu)控制(zhi)單(dan)元通信(xin)連接,用于根據控制(zhi)單(dan)元的指令啟動工作為電池進行充(chong)電或停(ting)止充(chong)電工作;

第一采集單元,用于采集第一儲電單元的剩余電量L1

第二采集單元,用于采集第二儲電單元的剩余電量L2

控制單(dan)元,與電量采集(ji)(ji)單(dan)元、第(di)一采集(ji)(ji)單(dan)元、第(di)二采集(ji)(ji)單(dan)元通信(xin)連接;

控制單元通過電量采集單元獲取電池的剩余電量L、第一采集單元獲取第一儲電單元的剩余電量L1、第二采集單元獲取第二儲電單元的剩余電量L2,且將L與預設值進行比較,并根據上述比較結果、L1、L2以及時間信息指令(ling)控制第一(yi)儲(chu)電單(dan)元、第二儲(chu)電單(dan)元動作。

優選地,控制單元內預設有第一時間值t、第二時間值t0,控制單元內預設有第一電量值L11、第二電量值L22

控制單元在任一時刻通過電量采集單元獲取電池的剩余電量L0,當L0≤L11時,控制單元在t時間后再次通過電量采集單元獲取電池的剩余電量L',若L'≤L0,則將L'作為電池的剩余電量L,若L'>L,控制單元在t0時間(jian)后再(zai)次通過電(dian)量(liang)采集單元獲取電(dian)池的(de)剩余電(dian)量(liang)L”,并將L”作為電(dian)池的(de)剩余電(dian)量(liang)L;

當L≤L11、L1≤L22、L2≤L22時(shi),控制單(dan)元指令控制第一儲電(dian)單(dan)元、第二儲電(dian)單(dan)元動(dong)作,將第一儲電(dian)單(dan)元、第二儲電(dian)單(dan)元調整為(wei)啟動(dong)工作為(wei)電(dian)池進行充電(dian)狀態(tai);

當L≤L11、L1≤L22、L2>L22時,控(kong)制(zhi)單(dan)元指(zhi)令控(kong)制(zhi)第(di)一儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元、第(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元動(dong)(dong)作,將(jiang)第(di)一儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元調(diao)整(zheng)為停(ting)止充電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態、將(jiang)第(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元調(diao)整(zheng)為啟動(dong)(dong)工作為電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行充電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態;

當L≤L11、L1>L22、L2≤L22時,控制(zhi)單元指令(ling)控制(zhi)第(di)一儲(chu)(chu)電(dian)單元、第(di)二(er)儲(chu)(chu)電(dian)單元動作(zuo),將第(di)一儲(chu)(chu)電(dian)單元調整為(wei)啟動工作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)池進(jin)行充電(dian)狀態、將第(di)二(er)儲(chu)(chu)電(dian)單元調整為(wei)停止充電(dian)狀態;

當L≤L11、L1>L22、L2>L22時,控制單元(yuan)指令(ling)控制第一(yi)儲電(dian)單元(yuan)、第二(er)儲電(dian)單元(yuan)動作,將第一(yi)儲電(dian)單元(yuan)或第二(er)儲電(dian)單元(yuan)調整為啟動工作為電(dian)池進行充電(dian)狀態;

當L>L11時,控制單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)指令控制第(di)(di)(di)一儲(chu)電(dian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、第(di)(di)(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)工作,將第(di)(di)(di)一儲(chu)電(dian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、第(di)(di)(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)單(dan)(dan)元(yuan)調整(zheng)為(wei)停止充電(dian)狀態。

控制單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan),與電(dian)量采集單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、第一采集單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)、第二采集單(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)通信連接;

控制單元通過電量采集單元獲取電池的剩余電量L、第一采集單元獲取第一儲電單元的剩余電量L1、第二采集單元獲取第二儲電單元的剩余電量L2,且將L與預設值進行比較,并根據上述比較結果、L1、L2以(yi)及時間信息指(zhi)令控(kong)制(zhi)第一儲(chu)(chu)電(dian)單元、第二儲(chu)(chu)電(dian)單元動作。

控制單元內預設有第一時間值t、第二時間值t0,控制單元內預設有第一電量值L11、第二電量值L22

控制單元在任一時刻通過電量采集單元獲取電池的剩余電量L0,當L0≤L11時,表明電池的剩余電量較低,為檢測電量采集單元采集的電池的剩余電量的準確性,控制單元在t時間后再次通過電量采集單元獲取電池的剩余電量L',根據第二次檢測結果對電池的剩余電量進行判斷,若L'≤L0,表明電量采集單元的采集值較為準確,此時將電量較低L'作為電池的剩余電量L,若L'>L,表明第一次采集過程和第二次采集過程至少存在一次錯誤,為避免利用不精確的電量值,控制單元在t0時間后再次通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)采集(ji)單元(yuan)獲取電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的剩余電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)L”,并將L”作為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的剩余電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)L,以提(ti)高對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)剩余電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)采集(ji)的精確性(xing);

當L>L11時,表明電(dian)(dian)池的(de)剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)量較多,此時無需對電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行充電(dian)(dian),則控制(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)指(zhi)令控制(zhi)第(di)一(yi)(yi)儲電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、第(di)二(er)儲電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工作(zuo),將第(di)一(yi)(yi)儲電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、第(di)二(er)儲電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調整為停(ting)止充電(dian)(dian)狀態。

本(ben)實施方(fang)式中(zhong)還包(bao)括警示單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan),警示單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)與控制單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)通信連接并根據控制單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的指令(ling)發出警示信息;警示單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)包(bao)括第一指示燈和(he)第二(er)指示燈;

控制單元內存儲有最低電量值Lmin

當L1≤Lmin時(shi),控制單元(yuan)(yuan)向(xiang)警示單元(yuan)(yuan)發出指令,第(di)一指示燈閃爍,以(yi)提醒用戶或(huo)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)人員(yuan)第(di)一儲電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)的剩(sheng)余電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)較少,提醒上述用戶或(huo)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)人員(yuan)及時(shi)為第(di)一儲電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元(yuan)(yuan)進行充電(dian)(dian)(dian);

當L2≤Lmin時,控制單(dan)元向警示(shi)單(dan)元發出指(zhi)令,第(di)二指(zhi)示(shi)燈閃爍,以提(ti)(ti)醒用(yong)(yong)戶或相(xiang)關人員(yuan)第(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元內的剩余電(dian)(dian)量較(jiao)少,提(ti)(ti)醒上述用(yong)(yong)戶或相(xiang)關人員(yuan)及(ji)時為第(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充電(dian)(dian),保證第(di)二儲(chu)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)元內存儲(chu)有足夠的電(dian)(dian)能為電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行(xing)(xing)供電(dian)(dian)。
