在(zai)負載切換過(guo)程中,由于(yu)無線電(dian)能傳輸系統(tong)處于(yu)暫時(shi)的(de)失諧(xie)狀態,接收端的(de)整流(liu)濾波后(hou)輸出電(dian)壓出現快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)的(de)跌(die)落。為此,本發明采(cai)用基于(yu)負載變化的(de)跳頻控制(zhi),快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)將系統(tong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作頻率調整到重載或輕載狀態下所(suo)對應的(de)系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)作頻率,從而快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)恢復系統(tong)的(de)諧(xie)振(zhen)狀態。
為了系統能夠實時知道何時發生了負載從輕載到重載或重載到輕載的切換,本發明中設置的輸出電壓采樣電路,可實時監測接收端的整流濾波后輸出電壓的變化的方法。接收端的輸出電壓對應為工作頻率點FL或FH附近對應的Vrect,在未發生負載變化時,通常Vrect只在非常小的范圍內波動(比如波動范圍△Vrect小于5V)。若無線電能傳輸系統檢測到Vrect的波動遠遠超過正常的波動范圍△Vrect,如短時間變化到N倍的△Vrect(N通常可以取為3-4倍),此時可以認為無線電能傳輸系統發生了負載的切換。這時接收端MCU可以根據變化的方向(如果Vrect變高,則對應重載到輕載;如果Vrect變低,則對應輕載到重載切換),通過無線通信的發射與接收模塊,通知無線電能傳輸系統的發射端將系統的工作頻率切換到相應的FL或FH,從而讓無線電(dian)能傳輸系統快速進(jin)入一(yi)個新(xin)的穩(wen)定的諧振狀態(tai)。
