供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)在(zai)(zai)向連接的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)過程中(zhong),若用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)出現故障如發(fa)生短(duan)路等,會導致供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)輸出的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大,進而(er)使用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)在(zai)(zai)極高溫度下工(gong)作,增加了(le)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)中(zhong)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)元件的(de)(de)損耗(hao),更(geng)甚至于(yu)使用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)過熱(re)運(yun)行,并(bing)最(zui)終燒毀,甚至引發(fa)火災等,在(zai)(zai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)與用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)之間的(de)(de)回路上(shang)(shang)(shang)加入(ru)短(duan)路保(bao)護是避免上(shang)(shang)(shang)述事故的(de)(de)必(bi)要措施。對短(duan)路保(bao)護來說,通常在(zai)(zai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)與用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)之間的(de)(de)回路上(shang)(shang)(shang)串聯保(bao)險(xian)絲,當(dang)(dang)回路上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過高時(shi)保(bao)險(xian)絲熔(rong)斷將回路斷路。當(dang)(dang)需(xu)要恢(hui)復回路導通時(shi),則需(xu)要更(geng)換(huan)保(bao)險(xian)絲,由于(yu)需(xu)要更(geng)換(huan)回路上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)器件,因而(er)浪費人力資源并(bing)且消(xiao)耗(hao)成本(ben)。

示(shi)例(li)性的(de)(de),參照(zhao)圖1所示(shi),圖1中的(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統包括供(gong)電(dian)(dian)設備11、保(bao)(bao)險絲(si)12、用電(dian)(dian)設備13,其中當供(gong)電(dian)(dian)設備11輸出的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)過(guo)大時(shi)(shi),保(bao)(bao)險絲(si)12熔(rong)斷(duan),將供(gong)電(dian)(dian)設備11與用電(dian)(dian)設備13斷(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)。如(ru)果(guo)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統需要將供(gong)電(dian)(dian)設備11與用電(dian)(dian)設備13導通(tong),則(ze)需要更換已熔(rong)斷(duan)的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)險絲(si)12。因(yin)此(ci)現(xian)有技術中的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)在使用的(de)(de)過(guo)程中,當供(gong)電(dian)(dian)設備11輸出的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)過(guo)大時(shi)(shi)保(bao)(bao)險絲(si)熔(rong)斷(duan)造成回路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)上的(de)(de)器件損壞(huai),當需要恢復回路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)導通(tong)時(shi)(shi),需要更換回路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)上的(de)(de)器件,因(yin)而浪費人力資源并且消(xiao)耗成本。



技術實現要素:

本(ben)發明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)實施例提(ti)供的(de)(de)(de)保護電路及供電系統(tong),能夠對供電設(she)(she)備與(yu)用電設(she)(she)備之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)回(hui)路上的(de)(de)(de)電流進行檢測,并在回(hui)路上電流過高時(shi)控制(zhi)回(hui)路斷(duan)路,從而(er)保護了用電設(she)(she)備并且不造成回(hui)路上的(de)(de)(de)器件損壞。

為達(da)到(dao)上述目的(de),本(ben)發明(ming)的(de)實(shi)施例(li)采用如下技術方案(an):

第一(yi)方面,本發(fa)明(ming)實施例提供了一(yi)種保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)路,包括:電(dian)流輸(shu)入  端、電(dian)流輸(shu)出(chu)端、保(bao)(bao)護模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)、控(kong)制模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai),保(bao)(bao)護模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)連(lian)接電(dian)流輸(shu)入端、電(dian)流輸(shu)出(chu)端和控(kong)制模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai);

當(dang)保護模塊(kuai)檢測到電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)和(he)電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)出端(duan)的(de)(de)回路上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流小(xiao)于或等于預(yu)設的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流閾值時(shi),保持電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)和(he)電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)出端(duan)導通(tong);

當(dang)保(bao)護模(mo)塊檢測到電(dian)流(liu)輸入端和電(dian)流(liu)輸出端的(de)回(hui)路上的(de)電(dian)流(liu)大于預設的(de)電(dian)流(liu)閾(yu)值時,向(xiang)控制(zhi)模(mo)塊輸出第(di)一(yi)控制(zhi)信(xin)號;

當控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)模塊(kuai)接(jie)收到(dao)保護模塊(kuai)發送(song)的第(di)一控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)時,根據第(di)一控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao)向保護模塊(kuai)輸出第(di)二(er)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信號(hao);

當保護模塊(kuai)接收到控(kong)制模塊(kuai)發(fa)送(song)的第二控(kong)制信號(hao)時(shi),根據第二控(kong)制信號(hao)將電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)(shu)入端(duan)(duan)和電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)斷路。
