溫(wen)度(du)采(cai)集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)原(yuan)(yuan)理圖(tu)如(ru)(ru)圖(tu)4所示(shi),溫(wen)度(du)采(cai)集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中選用溫(wen)度(du)傳感(gan)器DS18B20和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R2-1,傳感(gan)器DS18B20的(de)(de)(de)1號(hao)(hao)(hao)引(yin)腳(jiao)接(jie)(jie)地,2號(hao)(hao)(hao)引(yin)腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)信號(hao)(hao)(hao)到(dao)控制器,3號(hao)(hao)(hao)引(yin)腳(jiao)接(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R2-1的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)端(duan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R2-1的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)接(jie)(jie)2號(hao)(hao)(hao)引(yin)腳(jiao)。功(gong)率和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)采(cai)集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)原(yuan)(yuan)理如(ru)(ru)圖(tu)5所示(shi),選用單相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能計(ji)量芯片hlw8012、多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)連接(jie)(jie)而成。hlw8012集(ji)成內置(zhi)振蕩器、參考(kao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,外圍電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)非常(chang)簡單,主(zhu)要包括(kuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)樣。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流信號(hao)(hao)(hao)是通過康銅電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)對(dui)負(fu)載的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流進行采(cai)樣,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)信號(hao)(hao)(hao)是通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)網(wang)絡分壓(ya)采(cai)樣。V1P,V1N輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流采(cai)樣信號(hao)(hao)(hao),V2P輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)采(cai)樣信號(hao)(hao)(hao)。高頻脈沖(chong)CF輸(shu)出(chu)占空(kong)(kong)比為1:1的(de)(de)(de)方波,指示(shi)功(gong)率,計(ji)算電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能。高頻脈沖(chong)CF1輸(shu)出(chu)占空(kong)(kong)比為1:1的(de)(de)(de)方波指示(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)有效值。功(gong)率和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)采(cai)集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)通過hlw8012芯片的(de)(de)(de)6、7和(he)(he)(he)8號(hao)(hao)(hao)引(yin)腳(jiao)連接(jie)(jie)控制器。

本實用(yong)新型的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)過(guo)程為:按鈕開(kai)關可以單獨控(kong)(kong)(kong)制插(cha)(cha)(cha)板的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)合,當按鈕開(kai)關處于(yu)閉合狀態即(ji)插(cha)(cha)(cha)板處于(yu)接(jie)通(tong)狀態時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)指示(shi)燈處于(yu)點亮狀態,若插(cha)(cha)(cha)板上(shang)所(suo)插(cha)(cha)(cha)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)功率大于(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)所(suo)設定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)功率閾(yu)值或插(cha)(cha)(cha)板溫(wen)度(du)大于(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)所(suo)設定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)閾(yu)值,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),再次(ci)啟(qi)(qi)動需按下(xia)復位開(kai)關重(zhong)新開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。手機開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)藍牙并連(lian)接(jie)上(shang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)藍牙,就可以通(tong)過(guo)手機給(gei)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發送(song)命令,當控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)收(shou)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)關命令后,就會控(kong)(kong)(kong)制繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)關。控(kong)(kong)(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)采集到的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以及通(tong)過(guo)功率傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、溫(wen)度(du)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)采集到的(de)(de)(de)功率、溫(wen)度(du)會通(tong)過(guo)藍牙實時發送(song)給(gei)手機藍牙并在(zai)手機上(shang)顯示(shi)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)數值。
