本發明屬于濾波器技術(shu)領域,具體涉及高Q值可調諧(xie)E面濾波器。
背景技術:
濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)是用(yong)來(lai)分離(li)不(bu)同頻(pin)率微(wei)波(bo)(bo)(bo)信號的一種器(qi)件(jian),它的主要(yao)作用(yong)是抑制不(bu)需要(yao)的信號,使(shi)其不(bu)能(neng)通(tong)過濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi),只讓需要(yao)的信號通(tong)過。微(wei)波(bo)(bo)(bo)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)在微(wei)波(bo)(bo)(bo)中繼通(tong)信、雷達、天饋系統、電子對抗(kang)及(ji)微(wei)波(bo)(bo)(bo)測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)中得(de)到(dao)及(ji)其廣泛的應用(yong),尤其是E面(E-plane)金屬插(cha)片濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)。1974年Konishi首先提出由E面膜片構(gou)成的矩(ju)形波(bo)(bo)(bo)導帶通(tong)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi),該濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器(qi)結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單、體積(ji)小、損(sun)耗低、易于(yu)加(jia)工(gong)安(an)裝、易于(yu)批量生產(chan),并且能(neng)獲得(de)較高的Q值和良好的濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo),因(yin)而獲得(de)廣泛應用(yong)。
濾波(bo)器采用(yong)常規設計(ji)(ji)方(fang)法就(jiu)能(neng)快速得(de)到結果,但(dan)是鑒于(yu)微波(bo)通信中繼站中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻段少許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變化就(jiu)需要(yao)重(zhong)新設計(ji)(ji),既浪費人力影響產品快速響應(ying)。為(wei)了方(fang)便和(he)微波(bo)接收機兼容,一般要(yao)把毫(hao)米波(bo)頻段劃分為(wei)帶寬相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幾個(ge)頻率區(qu)(qu)(qu)間,通過簡單的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可調裝置(zhi),實(shi)現幾個(ge)頻率區(qu)(qu)(qu)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)完全覆(fu)蓋(gai)。目前E面(mian)濾波(bo)器只是單純的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)更換金屬插片來實(shi)現頻率區(qu)(qu)(qu)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)覆(fu)蓋(gai),既浪費工程師資源,又浪費物料成本,還耽誤(wu)項目進度。因此,必須采用(yong)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)結構和(he)設計(ji)(ji)方(fang)案完成E面(mian)可調諧的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)濾波(bo)器。
有鑒于上述的缺陷,本設計人,積極(ji)加以(yi)研究創(chuang)新,以(yi)期創(chuang)設一(yi)種可調諧E面濾波(bo)器,使其更具有產業上的利用價值。
技術實現要素:
鑒(jian)于上(shang)述現(xian)有技(ji)術存(cun)在(zai)的(de)(de)缺陷,本(ben)發明(ming)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)是提(ti)供(gong)一種高(gao)Q值可調(diao)諧E面濾波器,解決(jue)用途單一、使用范圍受限、生產成(cheng)本(ben)高(gao)等問(wen)題。為實現(xian)前(qian)述發明(ming)目(mu)的(de)(de),本(ben)發明(ming)采(cai)用的(de)(de)技(ji)術方(fang)案包括:

本發明進一步地,所(suo)述(shu)金屬(shu)膜片是長(chang)(chang)條(tiao)金屬(shu)片和短條(tiao)金屬(shu)片構成的(de)(de)E面超導膜片,若干所(suo)述(shu)短條(tiao)金屬(shu)片并(bing)(bing)列排布并(bing)(bing)架設于(yu)兩條(tiao)平行設置的(de)(de)長(chang)(chang)條(tiao)金屬(shu)片之間(jian)。

①本(ben)發明調(diao)諧(xie)裝置(zhi)(zhi),通過其結(jie)構設(she)計及安裝位置(zhi)(zhi),可以精準調(diao)試濾波器(qi)(qi)通帶,減(jian)少(shao)濾波器(qi)(qi)通帶衰減(jian)或避免濾波器(qi)(qi)通帶畸變;
②本(ben)發明調諧(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)置也(ye)(ye)可經輔助裝(zhuang)置安裝(zhuang)在空波導上,保(bao)證(zheng)調諧(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)置同時(shi)進出空波導腔體(ti),可機械(xie)手動調試也(ye)(ye)可以電機自(zi)動調試,同時(shi)可根據后期產品需要加(jia)裝(zhuang)整機調試裝(zhuang)置,保(bao)證(zheng)濾波器整體(ti)可移動,其配合度高,有利于(yu)推廣應用;
③采用本發明裝置,縮短了濾波器(qi)開發時間又節約了人力資源,有效降(jiang)低生產成(cheng)本。

濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)帶,是指信號(hao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi)時,衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)最小的(de)(de)頻(pin)(pin)帶,即濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi)允許(xu)(xu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過信號(hao)的(de)(de)頻(pin)(pin)率范圍。理想濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi)是指無衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)傳輸(shu)頻(pin)(pin)帶。實際濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi)的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)帶內不僅有衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian),還有衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)畸變。因此在設(she)計濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi)時,通(tong)(tong)(tong)常規(gui)定(ding)(ding)通(tong)(tong)(tong)帶衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)不得超(chao)過的(de)(de)數值,或者規(gui)定(ding)(ding)通(tong)(tong)(tong)帶內衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)變化的(de)(de)最大容許(xu)(xu)值。為此本(ben)發明人設(she)計新結構E面(mian)可調諧的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器(qi),滿足適用范圍廣、使用調節方便等要求。

如圖(tu)1和(he)圖(tu)2所(suo)(suo)示,調試(shi)安裝孔(kong)7開(kai)設在第(di)(di)一空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)1上(shang),當(dang)然,調試(shi)安裝孔(kong)7可根據需要開(kai)設在第(di)(di)二(er)空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)2上(shang),或是在第(di)(di)一空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)1和(he)第(di)(di)二(er)空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)2上(shang)均開(kai)設有調試(shi)安裝孔(kong)7。應當(dang)說明的是,所(suo)(suo)述第(di)(di)一空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)1和(he)第(di)(di)二(er)空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)2對稱(cheng)(cheng)或不對稱(cheng)(cheng)設置,優選(xuan)圖(tu)1和(he)圖(tu)2所(suo)(suo)示的對稱(cheng)(cheng)設置方式。如圖(tu)3和(he)圖(tu)5所(suo)(suo)示,所(suo)(suo)述第(di)(di)一空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)1或第(di)(di)二(er)空(kong)(kong)波導(dao)(dao)(dao)2截(jie)面(mian)為(wei)凵形,所(suo)(suo)述調試(shi)安裝孔(kong)7開(kai)設在所(suo)(suo)述凵形底面(mian)上(shang)。
如圖4所示,為金(jin)屬(shu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)3結構示意圖。所述(shu)(shu)(shu)金(jin)屬(shu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)3是長條(tiao)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)31和短(duan)條(tiao)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)32構成(cheng)的(de)E面超導(dao)(dao)(dao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian),若干所述(shu)(shu)(shu)短(duan)條(tiao)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)32并列(lie)排(pai)布(bu)并架設(she)于(yu)兩條(tiao)平行(xing)設(she)置(zhi)的(de)長條(tiao)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)31之間(jian)(jian)。相鄰(lin)所述(shu)(shu)(shu)短(duan)條(tiao)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)32之間(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)隔形(xing)成(cheng)諧振(zhen)腔33,所述(shu)(shu)(shu)調(diao)試安(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)7對(dui)應(ying)所述(shu)(shu)(shu)諧振(zhen)腔33設(she)置(zhi)。由此,所述(shu)(shu)(shu)螺(luo)釘5一端穿過第(di)一空(kong)波(bo)(bo)導(dao)(dao)(dao)1或(huo)第(di)二空(kong)波(bo)(bo)導(dao)(dao)(dao)2上開設(she)的(de)調(diao)試安(an)裝孔(kong)(kong)7并經調(diao)試螺(luo)盤6固定在第(di)一空(kong)波(bo)(bo)導(dao)(dao)(dao)1或(huo)第(di)二空(kong)波(bo)(bo)導(dao)(dao)(dao)2上時,使(shi)每個調(diao)諧裝置(zhi)4對(dui)應(ying)每個諧振(zhen)腔33設(she)置(zhi),因而(er)可通過調(diao)節調(diao)諧裝置(zhi)4的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)而(er)調(diao)節濾波(bo)(bo)器通帶。
本發明一優選實施方(fang)(fang)式,所(suo)述(shu)調諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)4還(huan)包(bao)括(kuo)套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)8,所(suo)述(shu)套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)8套(tao)(tao)設在(zai)螺釘5桿體上,安裝(zhuang)于(yu)所(suo)述(shu)調試安裝(zhuang)孔7內,套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)8的設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)(fang)便調諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)4位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的調整且(qie)避免調諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)4和空(kong)波(bo)導(即第一空(kong)波(bo)導1或第二(er)空(kong)波(bo)導2)的磨損(sun)。如圖(tu)6所(suo)示(shi)(shi),所(suo)述(shu)螺釘5為(wei)外(wai)六角螺釘,既方(fang)(fang)便套(tao)(tao)筒(tong)(tong)8固定,也方(fang)(fang)便使調諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)4經(jing)輔助裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(附(fu)圖(tu)未示(shi)(shi)出)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)空(kong)波(bo)導上。所(suo)述(shu)短(duan)條金屬(shu)(shu)片(pian)32的寬(kuan)度(du)不相同(tong),設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)兩端的短(duan)條金屬(shu)(shu)片(pian)32寬(kuan)度(du)小于(yu)設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)中部的短(duan)條金屬(shu)(shu)片(pian)32寬(kuan)度(du)。
本(ben)(ben)發(fa)明高(gao)Q值(zhi)可調(diao)諧(xie)E面濾波器(qi)工作(zuo)時(shi):調(diao)諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)本(ben)(ben)發(fa)明設(she)計核心,調(diao)諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)4依據產品(pin)調(diao)整,方便調(diao)試(shi),第(di)一和最后一個調(diao)諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)4的固定(ding)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)非常(chang)關鍵。第(di)一個和最后一個金屬(shu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)3諧(xie)振(zhen)腔33中心位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)偏移(yi)輸入輸出(chu)端口(kou)0-1mm,其他調(diao)試(shi)螺盤6位(wei)(wei)于金屬(shu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)3諧(xie)振(zhen)腔33中間。移(yi)動濾波器(qi)頻率時(shi),同時(shi)移(yi)動第(di)一空波導1上調(diao)諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)4,達(da)到(dao)移(yi)頻目的。
