導電膜的制造方法與工藝

背景技術:

雖然現有(you)的(de)導電(dian)(dian)膜已(yi)經開發(fa)出了(le)在導電(dian)(dian)膜中使用金(jin)屬絲(si)形(xing)成導電(dian)(dian)層的(de)技術,然而由于(yu)金(jin)屬絲(si)的(de)分布的(de)輪廓或形(xing)狀的(de)不同,使得導電(dian)(dian)膜在視覺上產生云紋現象,影響(xiang)使用者的(de)感受。

因此(ci),有必要對導電膜的云紋現象進行研究,以(yi)抑制云紋現象的產生。



技術實現要素:

由于具(ju)有表面透明層,導電(dian)膜的(de)透光的(de)均(jun)勻(yun)性得(de)以改善。

優選的,可以設置有(you)第四導電透明層,可以設置出具有(you)美感(gan)的紋路。

多(duo)個導(dao)電(dian)透(tou)(tou)明層(ceng)(ceng)還包括表(biao)面透(tou)(tou)明層(ceng)(ceng)118,其用于形(xing)成覆蓋其下(xia)的其他導(dao)電(dian)透(tou)(tou)明層(ceng)(ceng)的偽(wei)裝層(ceng)(ceng),從而使得經過導(dao)電(dian)透(tou)(tou)明層(ceng)(ceng)光線(xian)的透(tou)(tou)射均勻。

可(ke)選的(de),在第二(er)導(dao)(dao)電透(tou)(tou)明(ming)層(ceng)110上還可(ke)以增加設(she)置第四導(dao)(dao)電透(tou)(tou)明(ming)層(ceng)140(圖中(zhong)未(wei)示出),其中(zhong)第四導(dao)(dao)電透(tou)(tou)明(ming)層(ceng)140種的(de)金屬(shu)絲(si)166以多(duo)個第一(yi)導(dao)(dao)電透(tou)(tou)明(ming)層(ceng)108中(zhong)金屬(shu)絲(si)162劃分(fen)的(de)網格形狀(zhuang)為邊界形成多(duo)個對(dui)應(ying)的(de)第二(er)單(dan)元模塊(kuai)。第二(er)單(dan)元模塊(kuai)1中(zhong)的(de)金屬(shu)絲(si)164可(ke)以任(ren)意(yi)設(she)置。通過隨機設(she)置金屬(shu)絲(si)166可(ke)以更(geng)加有效的(de)抑制云紋現(xian)象。
