工作原理:

所述分(fen)(fen)配(pei)器6為漏斗形。所述分(fen)(fen)配(pei)器6和樣品儲(chu)存罐4設置在恒溫(wen)箱5內(nei)。所述恒溫(wen)箱5能夠保(bao)存樣品,保(bao)證樣品在一定(ding)(ding)環境下的穩定(ding)(ding)性。

所述(shu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心設(she)置在控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)箱內(nei),所述(shu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)箱上設(she)有控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)面(mian)板,所述(shu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)面(mian)板與(yu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心電性連接。

所(suo)述控制面板上設置有鍵(jian)盤和(he)(he)液晶(jing)顯(xian)示(shi)屏,所(suo)述鍵(jian)盤用于編制程序(xu)和(he)(he)操(cao)作(zuo),液晶(jing)顯(xian)示(shi)屏用于顯(xian)示(shi)操(cao)作(zuo)設定的參數。

進一步(bu)地,所(suo)述步(bu)進電機(ji)控制臺7的運(yun)動路徑位(wei)置設置有位(wei)移始(shi)點(dian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)和位(wei)移終(zhong)點(dian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)。所(suo)述位(wei)移始(shi)點(dian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)和位(wei)移終(zhong)點(dian)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)與步(bu)進電機(ji)控制器(qi)9電性連接。

進(jin)一步地,所(suo)述(shu)自(zi)動留(liu)樣(yang)器(qi)系統還設置有報警裝(zhuang)置。所(suo)述(shu)報警裝(zhuang)置在(zai)自(zi)動留(liu)樣(yang)器(qi)系統出現(xian)故障或工作完(wan)成(cheng)時,給予使用者提醒。

工作原理:

進一步地,樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)就采取(qu)完成后(hou),位移終(zhong)點傳感器給(gei)予報警裝置(zhi)信號(hao),通過報警裝置(zhi)將信號(hao)傳輸給(gei)操(cao)作人員(yuan),操(cao)作人員(yuan)取(qu)完樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)并關好(hao)恒(heng)溫(wen)箱門后(hou),操(cao)作控制(zhi)箱的復(fu)位鍵,即可實現(xian)步進電(dian)機10自動(dong)復(fu)位,從而(er)帶動(dong)步進電(dian)機控制(zhi)臺7及(ji)導流針移動(dong)至位移始(shi)點處,等待(dai)下次工作安排。

如(ru)圖2所示,步進電機控制器9得(de)到高(gao)電平信(xin)號(hao),開始運轉(zhuan)5~10秒后,停止運轉(zhuan),開始下一循環,直至(zhi)設(she)定時(shi)間結束,采樣(yang)結束。
