現有顯示面(mian)(mian)板(ban)檢測(ce)技術中,一般運用(yong)(yong)反光檢測(ce)裝置可以(yi)檢測(ce)顯示面(mian)(mian)板(ban)的表面(mian)(mian)臟(zang)污、劃傷(shang)和黑矩(ju)陣區溢(yi)墨等缺(que)陷,運用(yong)(yong)透(tou)光檢測(ce)裝置檢測(ce)顯示面(mian)(mian)板(ban)黑矩(ju)陣區的邊緣透(tou)光、崩邊、崩角等缺(que)陷。
上述(shu)現有技術存在(zai)的缺陷在(zai)于:對顯(xian)示面(mian)板缺陷的檢(jian)測需要分多次(ci)進行(xing),檢(jian)測步驟繁(fan)瑣,而(er)且容(rong)易在(zai)更換檢(jian)測裝置(zhi)的過程中(zhong)對顯(xian)示面(mian)板產生(sheng)二次(ci)損傷(shang)。
技術實現要素:
本實(shi)用新型(xing)實(shi)施例提供了一種顯示面(mian)板檢(jian)(jian)測裝置,以提高(gao)顯示面(mian)板的檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)效(xiao)率(lv),提高(gao)顯示面(mian)板的良品率(lv)。

較佳的,所述(shu)透(tou)光(guang)(guang)承載基板的與(yu)水平方向的夾角為20~45度。該(gai)角度區間(jian)最適于(yu)檢(jian)測(ce)顯示面板的缺(que)陷,更符(fu)合操作人員進行檢(jian)測(ce)時(shi)的工作習(xi)慣(guan),同時(shi)反射光(guang)(guang)和透(tou)射光(guang)(guang)的互相干擾也進一步降低。
優選的,所述(shu)透光檢燈包括多條(tiao)平行設置的LED燈條(tiao)。平行設置的LED燈條(tiao)能夠(gou)模擬出面(mian)光源,面(mian)光源照射下(xia)的透光檢模式對顯示面(mian)板的檢測更為(wei)全面(mian)。
優選的,所述多條平(ping)行(xing)設置的LED燈(deng)條分布在(zai)與透光承載(zai)基板平(ping)行(xing)的平(ping)面上(shang)(shang)。條平(ping)行(xing)設置的LED燈(deng)條共面分布在(zai)與透光承載(zai)基板101平(ping)行(xing)的平(ping)面上(shang)(shang)能夠減(jian)小(xiao)各LED燈(deng)條的亮度差異,使得缺陷檢(jian)(jian)測更準確,提高(gao)檢(jian)(jian)測效果。
優選的,所(suo)述(shu)透(tou)(tou)光承載(zai)基板(ban)具有散(san)射(she)表(biao)面(mian)。透(tou)(tou)光承載(zai)基板(ban)101具有散(san)射(she)表(biao)面(mian)這(zhe)一特征(zheng)能(neng)夠(gou)將上述(shu)多條(tiao)LED燈(deng)條(tiao)發出的光線散(san)射(she)為(wei)更為(wei)均勻的面(mian)光源光線,提高顯示面(mian)板(ban)的透(tou)(tou)光檢測效率(lv)。
優選(xuan)的(de),所述透光承載(zai)基(ji)板具(ju)有多個(ge)真(zhen)空吸附(fu)孔(kong),所述顯(xian)示面板檢測裝置還包括與真(zhen)空吸附(fu)孔(kong)連接的(de)抽真(zhen)空裝置。采用真(zhen)空吸附(fu)的(de)方(fang)式將顯(xian)示面板固定(ding)(ding)不會對顯(xian)示面板造成損傷,而(er)且(qie)真(zhen)空吸附(fu)的(de)位置選(xuan)擇(ze)相對于其他固定(ding)(ding)方(fang)式也更為多樣化(hua)。
