本發(fa)明涉及燃油(you)燃燒(shao)器領(ling)域(yu),提(ti)供了一種燃燒(shao)試(shi)驗設(she)備(bei)。
背景技術:
在航空航天領(ling)域,存在這(zhe)樣兩種(zhong)(zhong)類型的(de)(de)零部件:一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是長(chang)期工作在高溫(wen)環(huan)境下(xia),耐熱溫(wen)度及時(shi)長(chang)是檢驗其性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和安全性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)主要(yao)指標,如(ru)航空燃氣(qi)輪(lun)機的(de)(de)燃燒室、渦輪(lun)等部件。另一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)是在特(te)(te)定或特(te)(te)殊情況(kuang)下(xia)會承(cheng)受為(wei)時(shi)較短(duan)的(de)(de)高溫(wen)環(huan)境考驗,比(bi)如(ru),一(yi)(yi)旦飛行器失事,要(yao)求黑匣子能(neng)在超過(guo)一(yi)(yi)千(qian)攝氏度的(de)(de)高溫(wen)中“存活”超過(guo)半小時(shi);航天器返(fan)回大氣(qi)層時(shi),外(wai)殼需要(yao)承(cheng)受由于與(yu)空氣(qi)高速摩擦產生的(de)(de)高溫(wen)等等。
由于以(yi)上兩種類(lei)型的(de)零(ling)部件在工作(zuo)過程中一定(ding)會(hui)或(huo)可能會(hui)接(jie)觸高(gao)溫(wen)環(huan)境,為保證其可靠性和安(an)全(quan)性,在設(she)計階段(duan)需要進(jin)行耐熱(re)性試驗,即在設(she)計溫(wen)度(du)和熱(re)流密(mi)度(du)條件下(xia),對部件加(jia)熱(re)的(de)時間不短(duan)于設(she)計時長(chang)(chang),然后考核其在高(gao)溫(wen)環(huan)境下(xia)的(de)強(qiang)度(du)、剛度(du)等,或(huo)者(zhe)測試其極限(xian)壽(shou)命(ming)、破壞時長(chang)(chang)。
目前國內外全自(zi)動燃油(you)燃燒器盡管品牌(pai)、規(gui)格繁多,但(dan)其(qi)結構(gou)原理及(ji)功(gong)能基本相同(tong),主要用于鍋爐、窯爐等場合的(de)加熱(re)。燃燒器知名(ming)品牌(pai)有德國威索、英(ying)國力威等。經分析論證,現有的(de)傳統燃油(you)燃燒器不(bu)適用于大(da)中型(尺度在數(shu)十厘米~數(shu)米量級)熱(re)端部件的(de)耐熱(re)性(xing)試驗(yan),主要原因有以下兩點:
(1)傳統燃油燃燒器產生的(de)通常(chang)為柱形火(huo)(huo)焰(yan),火(huo)(huo)焰(yan)不同(tong)位置溫(wen)度不同(tong),即(ji)使(shi)同(tong)一平面(mian),內外層火(huo)(huo)焰(yan)溫(wen)度也(ye)存在較(jiao)大(da)差(cha)異(yi),難以對大(da)型(xing)部件(jian)的(de)不同(tong)位置進行均(jun)勻加熱(re)。
(2)傳統燃(ran)油燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)器(qi)的火焰(yan)直徑(jing)(燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)頭口徑(jing))大(da)致與功率成正比。以德國威索燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)器(qi)為(wei)例,其大(da)型(xing)燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)器(qi)的燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)頭口徑(jing)可以達到(dao)約一(yi)米,但其功率高達18mw,熱流密度過大(da),能耗驚人。
技術實現要素:
(一)要解決的技術問題
本發明的目的是提供一(yi)種(zhong)火(huo)源面(mian)積(ji)較(jiao)大、且(qie)火(huo)焰不同位置溫(wen)度較(jiao)均勻且(qie)能耗相對較(jiao)低的燃(ran)燒(shao)試驗設備(bei)。
(二)技術方案
為實現上述(shu)(shu)目的(de),本發明提供(gong)了一(yi)種燃燒試驗設(she)備,該設(she)備包括外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)以及設(she)置在所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)、并(bing)與所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)限(xian)定形(xing)成(cheng)環形(xing)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)腔的(de)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)環形(xing)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)腔與所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)連通;所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)處(chu)插(cha)入有一(yi)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)內(nei)設(she)有一(yi)級(ji)(ji)噴油管(guan)(guan);在所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)部、并(bing)位于所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)上方設(she)有二(er)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)油管(guan)(guan);在所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)環形(xing)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)腔內(nei)、并(bing)靠(kao)近所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)處(chu)設(she)有二(er)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan),所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)二(er)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)沿所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)內(nei)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)外(wai)壁周向延伸,所(suo)(suo)述(shu)(shu)二(er)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)上設(she)有多個排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)孔。
優選(xuan)的,所述(shu)內筒的內徑由進氣(qi)端至排(pai)氣(qi)端逐漸增大。
優選的,所述排(pai)氣(qi)孔朝向所述內(nei)筒設置。

本(ben)發明提供的(de)(de)一(yi)種燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao)試(shi)驗(yan)設(she)備,包括外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)以及設(she)置在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)、并與(yu)外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)限定(ding)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)環(huan)形(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)腔的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),通過設(she)置在(zai)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)的(de)(de)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)噴油(you)(you)管(guan)和(he)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)主要分(fen)布(bu)于內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中央的(de)(de)火焰(yan);環(huan)形(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)腔與(yu)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)連(lian)通,以此使(shi)環(huan)形(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)腔中的(de)(de)二級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)噴出(chu)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體沿著內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)外壁(bi)向下流(liu)動而(er)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入到內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中,另(ling)外再(zai)(zai)通過一(yi)級(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)與(yu)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)之間形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)環(huan)形(xing)(xing)通道的(de)(de)導流(liu)作用(yong),使(shi)上述氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)再(zai)(zai)沿著內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)向上流(liu)動,最(zui)終與(yu)二級(ji)(ji)噴油(you)(you)管(guan)噴出(chu)的(de)(de)燃(ran)料(liao)混合(he)燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao),這(zhe)樣(yang)不僅能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)邊(bian)緣區域也形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)火焰(yan),而(er)且氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)在(zai)沿著內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)外壁(bi)和(he)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)流(liu)動的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中,會被內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)加熱升溫,因此還能(neng)(neng)保持二級(ji)(ji)噴油(you)(you)管(guan)噴出(chu)的(de)(de)燃(ran)料(liao)能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)充分(fen)燃(ran)燒(shao)(shao),以此在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)端(duan)處(chu)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)均勻(yun)分(fen)布(bu)的(de)(de)火焰(yan),從(cong)而(er)對被試(shi)驗(yan)材(cai)料(liao)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)均勻(yun)的(de)(de)加熱。

為此,本發明(ming)將二(er)級(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管5靠近(jin)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)排氣(qi)(qi)(qi)端設(she)置,而(er)(er)環形進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)腔中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)最(zui)終(zhong)又(you)是繞過內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)端而(er)(er)進(jin)(jin)入到(dao)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2中(zhong)(zhong),因此,二(er)級(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管5噴(pen)(pen)(pen)出的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)大(da)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)(shang)是貼著內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)外壁(bi)向下流(liu)動的(de)(de),而(er)(er)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)在(zai)貼著內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)外壁(bi)向下流(liu)動的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),會(hui)在(zai)一(yi)定程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)(shang)被(bei)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)外壁(bi)加(jia)熱,而(er)(er)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)入到(dao)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2中(zhong)(zhong)后,由于受(shou)到(dao)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2與(yu)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管3之間環形通道的(de)(de)導流(liu)作用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)會(hui)繼(ji)續大(da)體(ti)(ti)上(shang)(shang)貼著內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)向上(shang)(shang)流(liu)動,這(zhe)樣(yang)不僅可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2上(shang)(shang)部空(kong)間的(de)(de)邊(bian)緣區域形成過量空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)、以(yi)與(yu)二(er)級(ji)(ji)(ji)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)油管6噴(pen)(pen)(pen)出的(de)(de)燃(ran)料(liao)(liao)形成燃(ran)燒(shao),還可(ke)以(yi)被(bei)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)2的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)熱,這(zhe)樣(yang)待(dai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)至與(yu)二(er)級(ji)(ji)(ji)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)油管6噴(pen)(pen)(pen)出的(de)(de)燃(ran)料(liao)(liao)結合(he)時,已經達到(dao)很(hen)高(gao)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),且二(er)級(ji)(ji)(ji)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)油管6中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)燃(ran)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)出前也會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)火焰的(de)(de)烘(hong)烤而(er)(er)升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen),這(zhe)樣(yang)較高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)(de)燃(ran)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)與(yu)較高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)混合(he)后,即(ji)便燃(ran)燒(shao)距離較短,仍(reng)能夠保(bao)證充分燃(ran)燒(shao),最(zui)終(zhong)達到(dao)與(yu)內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)央區域的(de)(de)火焰同等(deng)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)。
另外,二級進氣(qi)管5噴出的(de)(de)氣(qi)體在(zai)流經內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)與外壁(bi)的(de)(de)過程中,也會對內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2形成一定的(de)(de)冷卻(que)效果,由此,本(ben)設備不會因內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)耐熱極限而限制對試驗材料的(de)(de)加熱溫度,且有益于延長內(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命。
其中,內(nei)筒2的(de)(de)內(nei)徑優選由進氣(qi)端(duan)至排(pai)氣(qi)端(duan)逐(zhu)漸增大(da)(da),即(ji)內(nei)筒2大(da)(da)體(ti)上是(shi)一(yi)個截頭錐形結構,一(yi)級(ji)噴(pen)(pen)油管4噴(pen)(pen)出的(de)(de)燃料(liao)(liao)一(yi)般(ban)呈(cheng)放射狀(zhuang),噴(pen)(pen)出的(de)(de)燃料(liao)(liao)在于周圍來(lai)自一(yi)級(ji)進氣(qi)管3的(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)燃燒的(de)(de)過程中,混合(he)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)體(ti)積膨脹,最終在外(wai)筒1的(de)(de)排(pai)氣(qi)端(duan)處(chu)達到較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)加(jia)熱面積,以滿足對大(da)(da)型材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)耐熱性試驗要求。
進一步的(de)(de),二級進氣管(guan)(guan)5上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)排(pai)氣孔(kong)優選為朝(chao)向(xiang)內(nei)筒(tong)2設置(zhi),因為內(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)筒(tong)壁為錐(zhui)面結構,所以由二級進氣管(guan)(guan)5上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)排(pai)氣孔(kong)噴出的(de)(de)氣體在(zai)吹到內(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁上(shang)(shang)(shang)后,受斜(xie)面的(de)(de)作用,會繼續(xu)向(xiang)下并緊貼著內(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁流動,由此可進一步提高(gao)內(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁對(dui)氣體的(de)(de)加熱效果,亦可提高(gao)對(dui)內(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)冷卻作用。
在氣(qi)體流(liu)動的(de)(de)方向上(shang),插(cha)入到內(nei)(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)進(jin)氣(qi)端(duan)的(de)(de)部(bu)(bu)分第一進(jin)氣(qi)管的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)徑(jing)優(you)選為逐漸增大,這樣(yang)不(bu)僅更(geng)適應(ying)于(yu)一級(ji)噴(pen)(pen)油管4所噴(pen)(pen)出的(de)(de)燃料的(de)(de)燃燒,而且還(huan)可與內(nei)(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)形成相對應(ying),即插(cha)入到內(nei)(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2中的(de)(de)部(bu)(bu)分一級(ji)進(jin)氣(qi)管3與內(nei)(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2之間(jian)形成的(de)(de)環形通道也是整體呈(cheng)錐(zhui)形的(de)(de)空間(jian)結構,以將(jiang)來自環形進(jin)氣(qi)腔(qiang)中的(de)(de)氣(qi)流(liu)導流(liu)向內(nei)(nei)(nei)筒(tong)2的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)壁。
外筒(tong)1的進氣(qi)端通過第(di)一(yi)(yi)環(huan)(huan)形擋(dang)(dang)板11與一(yi)(yi)級進氣(qi)管3的外壁連接,第(di)一(yi)(yi)環(huan)(huan)形擋(dang)(dang)板11與內筒(tong)2的進氣(qi)端之(zhi)間具有間隙,這樣(yang)一(yi)(yi)方面在一(yi)(yi)級進氣(qi)管3與外筒(tong)1之(zhi)間建立(li)起了連接關系,使二者相對固定,而(er)且還(huan)在一(yi)(yi)環(huan)(huan)形擋(dang)(dang)板與內筒(tong)2的進氣(qi)端之(zhi)間自然形成(cheng)用于使環(huan)(huan)形進氣(qi)腔(qiang)中的氣(qi)體進入到內筒(tong)2中的通道。
內筒2的排氣端通過第二(er)環形擋板12與(yu)(yu)外筒1連(lian)接,這樣既可(ke)以在內筒2與(yu)(yu)外筒1之間建立起連(lian)接關系(xi),使二(er)者(zhe)相對(dui)固定,還可(ke)以將(jiang)環形進氣腔(qiang)的上部封閉。
內筒(tong)2的(de)(de)中部優選(xuan)通(tong)過第(di)三(san)環(huan)形(xing)擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)13與(yu)外筒(tong)1連接,在第(di)三(san)環(huan)形(xing)擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)13上、并靠近內筒(tong)2的(de)(de)外壁處開(kai)設有多(duo)個通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong),多(duo)個通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)沿第(di)三(san)環(huan)形(xing)擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)13的(de)(de)周(zhou)向排(pai)布,該通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)優選(xuan)為長孔(kong)(kong)狀結(jie)構,以具備更佳的(de)(de)通(tong)過性;第(di)三(san)環(huan)形(xing)擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)13既可以加強(qiang)內筒(tong)2與(yu)外筒(tong)1之間的(de)(de)連接,而且(qie)利(li)用第(di)三(san)環(huan)形(xing)擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)13靠近內筒(tong)2處的(de)(de)通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong),在氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)向下流(liu)(liu)動的(de)(de)途中,再次(ci)限定氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)沿內筒(tong)2的(de)(de)外壁向下流(liu)(liu)動,進一步提高了氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)與(yu)內筒(tong)2的(de)(de)換熱。
