背景技術:

但是,上(shang)述(shu)巖(yan)心(xin)抽(chou)真空加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)飽(bao)和(he)裝置仍存在著一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)缺陷:在測定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),在系統驅替過(guo)程中(zhong),隨(sui)著驅替流體的(de)(de)(de)注入,巖(yan)心(xin)進口(kou)壓(ya)力不(bu)斷升高(gao),從而導致夾持(chi)器的(de)(de)(de)凈圍壓(ya)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding),影(ying)響測定(ding)結果;另外,當容器內液體驅替完(wan)時,需要人(ren)工對容器進行加(jia)(jia)液,非常的(de)(de)(de)麻煩(fan),自動化程度(du)不(bu)高(gao)。

本(ben)發明(ming)要(yao)解決的技術問題是提供一種抽真(zhen)空加(jia)壓(ya)飽和裝置(zhi),能夠(gou)保證夾持器(qi)凈圍壓(ya)的恒定,保證測定結(jie)果的準確,同時(shi)實現自動加(jia)液(ye)。

本發(fa)明的(de)(de)優(you)點(dian)在于:在本發(fa)明中(zhong),通(tong)過環(huan)壓單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)設置(zhi)(zhi),可對夾持器內的(de)(de)壓力進行跟蹤并調節,從而(er)確保凈圍壓恒定(ding),保證測(ce)定(ding)結果(guo)的(de)(de)準(zhun)確性(xing),同時通(tong)過儲液(ye)單(dan)元(yuan)的(de)(de)設置(zhi)(zhi),可實現容器的(de)(de)自動加(jia)(jia)液(ye);另外通(tong)過恒溫單(dan)元(yuan)、環(huan)壓單(dan)元(yuan)、加(jia)(jia)壓單(dan)元(yuan)、數據采集單(dan)元(yuan)、自動稱重單(dan)元(yuan)、抽真空單(dan)元(yuan)、儲液(ye)單(dan)元(yuan)之間的(de)(de)連(lian)接,可對夾持器內的(de)(de)巖心進行自動測(ce)定(ding),自動化程度(du)高。
通(tong)過抽真空(kong)單元(yuan)的(de)設置,采用真空(kong)泵與(yu)真空(kong)容器(qi)之間的(de)配合,對(dui)整個(ge)測(ce)定(ding)儀進行抽真空(kong)處(chu)理,同時(shi)抽出(chu)的(de)氣體通(tong)過真空(kong)容器(qi)收集可進行再利用,避免浪費。
對(dui)(dui)于儲液(ye)(ye)單元的設(she)計(ji),當容器(qi)內液(ye)(ye)體(ti)驅(qu)替完(wan)時(shi)(shi),可對(dui)(dui)容器(qi)內進(jin)行自(zi)動(dong)加液(ye)(ye),減少人(ren)工勞動(dong),實現自(zi)動(dong)化,利(li)用水罐與油罐對(dui)(dui)夾持器(qi)進(jin)行加液(ye)(ye),同時(shi)(shi)利(li)用活塞(sai)容器(qi)、中間容器(qi)及(ji)暫存罐三(san)者之間的配合(he),保證(zheng)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)順利(li)的流動(dong)以及(ji)壓力的穩定(ding)。
在本(ben)發明(ming)中,對于環(huan)壓(ya)單(dan)元的設置,可使驅替流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)通過巖(yan)心(xin),阻止驅替流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)沿壁的滲流(liu)(liu),跟蹤(zong)巖(yan)心(xin)進(jin)口壓(ya)力(li),保(bao)持(chi)凈圍壓(ya)恒(heng)定,能(neng)夠連續無脈沖循(xun)環(huan),能(neng)恒(heng)速、恒(heng)壓(ya)工作,計量準(zhun)確、精度高,具(ju)有抽吸、排液、預增壓(ya)功能(neng),壓(ya)力(li)保(bao)護及位置上下限保(bao)護,泵腔容積小,靜(jing)置時間短。
通過(guo)加(jia)壓(ya)單(dan)元的(de)設置,可(ke)對(dui)巖(yan)心和液(ye)體施加(jia)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)外壓(ya),讓(rang)液(ye)體完全(quan)充(chong)滿巖(yan)心孔隙,使得巖(yan)心飽和的(de)更加(jia)充(chong)分(fen),保證(zheng)測(ce)定(ding)結果的(de)準(zhun)確性。
對于恒溫單元的設計,通過將夾(jia)持器放置(zhi)在恒溫箱內(nei),從而(er)在測(ce)定時保證(zheng)夾(jia)持器內(nei)的溫度,確保測(ce)定結(jie)果的準確。
在本(ben)發明中,通過自動稱重單元的(de)設計,可對夾持(chi)器進行自動稱重,避免因人工稱重而導致最(zui)后測(ce)定結果的(de)不(bu)準確。
通過對(dui)(dui)夾持(chi)(chi)器(qi)的結構進(jin)(jin)行改進(jin)(jin),避免(mian)了以往高壓狀態(tai)下巖心(xin)(xin)夾持(chi)(chi)器(qi)的溫(wen)度變化(hua)對(dui)(dui)核磁(ci)共振探(tan)頭(tou)線(xian)圈(quan)產生嚴重干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)的瓶頸,巧妙利用保(bao)溫(wen)隔(ge)熱結構,對(dui)(dui)巖心(xin)(xin)夾持(chi)(chi)器(qi)本身熱量(liang)傳導(dao)進(jin)(jin)行有(you)效阻(zu)隔(ge),從而防(fang)止溫(wen)度變化(hua)對(dui)(dui)探(tan)頭(tou)線(xian)圈(quan)甚至(zhi)整個磁(ci)體(ti)產生的干(gan)(gan)擾(rao),更加適(shi)用于基于永磁(ci)體(ti)的低場核磁(ci)共振成像分(fen)析系統。
對(dui)于數據處理(li)單元的(de)設計(ji),結合其它參數由數據處理(li)軟(ruan)件進行數據的(de)處理(li),計(ji)算(suan)巖心(xin)的(de)滲透(tou)率,分析數字準確可靠(kao)。

如圖(tu)1-圖(tu)4所示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種抽真空加(jia)壓飽和(he)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用于對夾(jia)持器51內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)巖心樣(yang)品進(jin)行測定,包括一(yi)機(ji)架21,在(zai)機(ji)架21上依次(ci)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)恒(heng)(heng)溫單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、環壓單(dan)(dan)(dan)元、加(jia)壓單(dan)(dan)(dan)元及數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集單(dan)(dan)(dan)元,在(zai)機(ji)架21靠近恒(heng)(heng)溫單(dan)(dan)(dan)元一(yi)端的(de)(de)(de)側(ce)(ce)端設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)一(yi)自動稱重單(dan)(dan)(dan)元,在(zai)機(ji)架21靠近數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集單(dan)(dan)(dan)元一(yi)端的(de)(de)(de)側(ce)(ce)端還(huan)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)一(yi)抽真空單(dan)(dan)(dan)元,在(zai)機(ji)架21的(de)(de)(de)旁側(ce)(ce)還(huan)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)一(yi)對夾(jia)持器51供液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)儲液(ye)單(dan)(dan)(dan)元。
如圖2所示的(de)(de)(de)示意圖可知,夾持器51包(bao)括一(yi)巖(yan)心室23,在巖(yan)心室23內(nei)安裝有樣品管7、固(gu)定堵(du)(du)頭14、可調(diao)堵(du)(du)頭3、保溫套管8、頂端密(mi)(mi)封蓋4,在巖(yan)心室23內(nei)具(ju)有一(yi)由上階(jie)部(bu)15和下階(jie)部(bu)16形成的(de)(de)(de)圍壓腔10,在圍壓腔10內(nei)放(fang)置(zhi)樣品管7,其中,巖(yan)心室23的(de)(de)(de)底(di)端的(de)(de)(de)下階(jie)部(bu)16有螺(luo)紋,并與固(gu)定堵(du)(du)頭14的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)紋相配合(he),并使(shi)用o型密(mi)(mi)封圈503將(jiang)巖(yan)心室23底(di)端密(mi)(mi)封,在實驗(yan)中巖(yan)心室23的(de)(de)(de)底(di)端一(yi)直保持密(mi)(mi)封狀態(tai),巖(yan)心室23的(de)(de)(de)耐壓能達到22Mpa。
樣品(pin)管7由全(quan)氟(fu)橡膠(jiao)或全(quan)氟(fu)塑料制成,用(yong)于放置(zhi)實(shi)驗樣品(pin)13,置(zhi)于巖心室(shi)23的(de)圍(wei)壓腔10內,樣品(pin)管7的(de)外壁有(you)螺旋(xuan)槽,與巖心室(shi)23的(de)內壁貼(tie)合(he)后,在圍(wei)壓腔10內有(you)形(xing)成用(yong)于驅替流體通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)的(de)螺旋(xuan)通(tong)(tong)道(dao),所(suo)述螺旋(xuan)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)用(yong)于在圍(wei)壓腔10內注入圍(wei)壓流體后,圍(wei)壓流體可(ke)以(yi)盤旋(xuan)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)圍(wei)壓腔10,從而可(ke)以(yi)更加充分(fen)有(you)效的(de)對放置(zhi)在樣品(pin)管7內的(de)實(shi)驗樣品(pin)進行加熱或者冷卻操作(zuo)。所(suo)述樣品(pin)管7可(ke)以(yi)容(rong)納之間為25mm,長度為60mm尺(chi)寸的(de)巖心、煤(mei)樣或者天然沉積層樣品(pin)進行核磁共振系統成像檢(jian)測。

在巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)室(shi)23的(de)(de)外(wai)端還(huan)套裝有(you)一膠(jiao)皮筒8,且膠(jiao)皮筒8與巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)室(shi)23之間留有(you)間隙,在巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)室(shi)3的(de)(de)下端還(huan)設置有(you)一下頂缸25,同(tong)時在巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)室(shi)的(de)(de)下端還(huan)設置有(you)一一對(dui)應的(de)(de)質量流(liu)量計39。通過對(dui)巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)室(shi)的(de)(de)結(jie)構進(jin)行(xing)設計,避免了(le)以(yi)往(wang)高壓狀態下巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)夾(jia)持(chi)器的(de)(de)溫度變(bian)化(hua)對(dui)核磁(ci)共振探(tan)頭線圈產(chan)生(sheng)嚴重(zhong)干(gan)擾的(de)(de)瓶頸,巧妙利(li)用保溫隔熱結(jie)構,對(dui)巖(yan)(yan)心(xin)夾(jia)持(chi)器本(ben)身熱量傳導進(jin)行(xing)有(you)效阻(zu)隔,從而防止(zhi)溫度變(bian)化(hua)對(dui)探(tan)頭線圈甚至(zhi)整個(ge)磁(ci)體產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)干(gan)擾,更加適用于(yu)基于(yu)永磁(ci)體的(de)(de)低(di)場核磁(ci)共振成像分析(xi)系統。
抽(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)單元(yuan)包括一(yi)安裝在(zai)機(ji)架側(ce)端(duan)的(de)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)43,該真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)43可(ke)(ke)由(you)安裝在(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)43側(ce)端(duan)的(de)電機(ji)44驅動進行工(gong)作(zuo),真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)43的(de)一(yi)端(duan)與真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)容器(qi)45相連,真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)容器(qi)45的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)接入夾持器(qi)。通過抽(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)單元(yuan)的(de)設置,采用真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)43與真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)容器(qi)45之間的(de)配(pei)合(he),對整個(ge)測定(ding)儀進行抽(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)處理,同(tong)時抽(chou)出的(de)氣體通過真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)容器(qi)45收集可(ke)(ke)進行再利用,避(bi)免(mian)浪(lang)費。

加(jia)(jia)壓單元包括一與夾持(chi)器51相連的加(jia)(jia)壓泵。通過加(jia)(jia)壓單元的設置,可對(dui)巖(yan)心(xin)和(he)液體施加(jia)(jia)一定的外壓,讓液體完全充滿巖(yan)心(xin)孔隙,使得巖(yan)心(xin)飽和(he)的更(geng)加(jia)(jia)充分(fen),保證測定結果的準確性。
恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)單元(yuan)包(bao)括一安(an)裝在(zai)機架21上端的恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)24,夾持(chi)器(qi)(qi)51放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)于恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)24內,同時在(zai)恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)24內具(ju)有一容夾持(chi)器(qi)(qi)51放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)的支撐座22。對于恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)單元(yuan)的設(she)計,通過將(jiang)夾持(chi)器(qi)(qi)51放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)在(zai)恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)箱(xiang)24內,從(cong)而在(zai)測(ce)定時保證夾持(chi)器(qi)(qi)51內的溫(wen)(wen)度,確保測(ce)定結果(guo)的準確。
