農業灌溉電動閥及農業灌溉系統的制造方法與工藝

背景技術:

在(zai)農(nong)(nong)村中,通(tong)常設置(zhi)與水(shui)(shui)井連通(tong)的輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道,在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道的兩側分布(bu)多塊農(nong)(nong)田,每塊農(nong)(nong)田通(tong)過農(nong)(nong)田灌溉(gai)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)栓與輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道連通(tong),輸(shu)(shu)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道內的水(shui)(shui)由農(nong)(nong)田灌溉(gai)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)栓的底(di)部進(jin)入,由側部灌入農(nong)(nong)田,從而進(jin)行灌溉(gai)。

相關(guan)技術中,農田灌溉給(gei)水(shui)栓(shuan)一(yi)般包括上(shang)拴(shuan)殼(ke)(ke)、下栓(shuan)殼(ke)(ke)、閥桿(gan)(gan)以及(ji)設(she)置在閥桿(gan)(gan)下端(duan)的(de)閥板,下栓(shuan)殼(ke)(ke)的(de)底部設(she)置進(jin)水(shui)口,上(shang)拴(shuan)殼(ke)(ke)的(de)側(ce)部設(she)置出水(shui)口,閥桿(gan)(gan)與上(shang)拴(shuan)殼(ke)(ke)的(de)頂(ding)部通過(guo)(guo)螺紋(wen)連接(jie),人們通過(guo)(guo)轉(zhuan)動(dong)閥桿(gan)(gan)使(shi)其相對上(shang)拴(shuan)殼(ke)(ke)上(shang)下運動(dong),同(tong)時(shi)帶動(dong)閥瓣運動(dong),以打開或者(zhe)關(guan)閉出水(shui)口。

為(wei)了滿足農(nong)村農(nong)田灌溉(gai)對水(shui)(shui)流量的(de)需求(qiu),上述農(nong)田灌溉(gai)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)閥(fa)的(de)出水(shui)(shui)口(kou)口(kou)徑一般(ban)為(wei)90mm-160mm,這就造成了農(nong)田灌溉(gai)給(gei)水(shui)(shui)栓的(de)體積大,人們(men)需要轉(zhuan)動閥(fa)桿(gan)來(lai)開關(guan)出水(shui)(shui)口(kou),費(fei)時費(fei)力(li),不方便(bian)使用。



技術實現要素:

本發明的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)在(zai)于(yu)提供農(nong)業灌溉電動閥,以解決現有技(ji)術(shu)中(zhong)存在(zai)的(de)(de)農(nong)田灌溉給水(shui)栓使用過程(cheng)中(zhong)費時(shi)費力,不方便使用的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)問題。

本發明(ming)提供一種(zhong)農(nong)業灌溉電動(dong)閥,包括閥殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)、轉芯(xin)以(yi)及電動(dong)機;閥殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)上設(she)置(zhi)有(you)第(di)一進水口,轉芯(xin)上設(she)置(zhi)有(you)能夠(gou)與第(di)一進水口連通的(de)第(di)二進水口,閥殼(ke)(ke)體(ti)的(de)側壁上設(she)置(zhi)有(you)第(di)一出水口,轉芯(xin)的(de)側壁上設(she)置(zhi)有(you)與第(di)二進水口連通的(de)第(di)二出水口;

閥(fa)(fa)殼(ke)體(ti)套設在轉(zhuan)芯(xin)外,電(dian)動機設置在閥(fa)(fa)殼(ke)體(ti)上(shang)且與(yu)轉(zhuan)芯(xin)傳動連接(jie),以帶動轉(zhuan)芯(xin)相對閥(fa)(fa)殼(ke)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動,以使第二出水(shui)口與(yu)第一(yi)出水(shui)口至少部(bu)分相對或者完全錯開。

進一步地,轉(zhuan)芯呈圓臺(tai)狀,閥殼體的內(nei)壁為與轉(zhuan)芯相配合的錐面。

當弧(hu)形(xing)限位塊的(de)一(yi)端與第一(yi)位置開(kai)關抵接時,第二(er)出(chu)水口與第一(yi)出(chu)水口正對,當弧(hu)形(xing)限位塊的(de)另一(yi)端與第二(er)位置開(kai)關抵接時,第二(er)出(chu)水口與第一(yi)出(chu)水口完全(quan)錯開(kai)。

進一步地,轉芯的頂部與閥殼體之間設置有密(mi)封圈。

本發明還提供一種(zhong)農業灌溉系統,包(bao)括輸(shu)水管道以及多個本發明提供的農業灌溉電動閥,多個農業灌溉電動閥沿輸(shu)水管道的延伸方向間(jian)隔設置,第(di)一進水口與輸(shu)水管道連通。

進一(yi)步地(di),農業(ye)灌溉系統還包(bao)括中(zhong)央控制(zhi)(zhi)器,每(mei)個農業(ye)灌溉電動閥上均設置有控制(zhi)(zhi)器,每(mei)個控制(zhi)(zhi)器均與中(zhong)央控制(zhi)(zhi)器通過電力線載波通訊連接。
