為便于行星齒(chi)輪減速器的(de)(de)(de)(de)安裝連接(jie)(jie),如圖(tu)2,圖(tu)3和(he)圖(tu)4所示,本(ben)實施(shi)例(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)弧齒(chi)擺線(xian)(xian)齒(chi)輪401和(he)兩側的(de)(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)擺線(xian)(xian)齒(chi)輪402的(de)(de)(de)(de)軸向內部(bu)固定連接(jie)(jie)有(you)(you)軸套(tao)403,軸套(tao)403內并排設有(you)(you)一對(dui)滾(gun)(gun)針軸承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)406,滾(gun)(gun)針軸承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)406與行星軸405支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)連接(jie)(jie),兩側的(de)(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)擺線(xian)(xian)齒(chi)輪402的(de)(de)(de)(de)外側分別設有(you)(you)擋(dang)圈404,檔圈404與對(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)擺線(xian)(xian)齒(chi)輪402固定連接(jie)(jie),行星軸405固定支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)于行星架6上。

為進一步(bu)便于(yu)行(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)和太(tai)陽(yang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)5安(an)裝, 行(xing)星(xing)架(jia)(jia)6設有用(yong)于(yu)容(rong)納太(tai)陽(yang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)5的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)心腔,中(zhong)(zhong)心腔外(wai)周連通設有用(yong)于(yu)容(rong)納行(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)組件(jian)4的(de)行(xing)星(xing)座(zuo),行(xing)星(xing)座(zuo)的(de)數(shu)量(liang)與行(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)組件(jian)4的(de)套數(shu)相同,中(zhong)(zhong)心腔沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)的(de)一側(ce)敞開,另一側(ce)一體(ti)連接(jie)輸(shu)(shu)出軸(zhou)6A,行(xing)星(xing)架(jia)(jia)6外(wai)周的(de)前(qian)(qian)側(ce)和后側(ce)分別通過(guo)第(di)一軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)7與前(qian)(qian)外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)1轉動連接(jie),太(tai)陽(yang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)5的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)心軸(zhou)前(qian)(qian)端和后端與行(xing)星(xing)架(jia)(jia)6之間(jian)通過(guo)第(di)二軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)8支承(cheng)(cheng)連接(jie),太(tai)陽(yang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)5的(de)輸(shu)(shu)入軸(zhou)端外(wai)周設有后外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)2,外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)1和后外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)2的(de)周向(xiang)通過(guo)若干螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding),內齒(chi)圈3固(gu)定(ding)安(an)裝在(zai)前(qian)(qian)外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)1的(de)內周。

本發明的(de)弧齒(chi)(chi)擺線(xian)(xian)(xian)行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速(su)器與現有(you)技術中漸形線(xian)(xian)(xian)行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速(su)器相比具有(you)以下(xia)(xia)有(you)益效果:采(cai)用(yong)(yong)弧齒(chi)(chi)擺線(xian)(xian)(xian)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)代替現有(you)的(de)漸開線(xian)(xian)(xian)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),在相同的(de)尺寸下(xia)(xia)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的(de)傳動剛性,增大了行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的(de)承載能力,并(bing)且減(jian)小回(hui)轉誤差,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)傳動精度;2)行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輪(lun)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)組的(de)形式,分別設置(zhi)與太陽輪(lun)和內齒(chi)(chi)圈跪倒的(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),減(jian)少行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輪(lun)的(de)磨損,以提(ti)(ti)高(gao)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的(de)使用(yong)(yong)壽命,并(bing)且在有(you)限(xian)的(de)空(kong)間內可(ke)以實(shi)現均勻的(de)安裝更多(duo)個數(shu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輪(lun)組,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)減(jian)速(su)器的(de)承載能力。

本發明的弧齒擺線齒輪的嚙合原理,如圖5所示其主要的嚙合特征為,齒峰為一個標準的圓弧段,齒谷為與之配對嚙合的齒峰圓弧的共軛擺線,齒峰和齒谷在分度圓處平滑連接,同時也滿足輪齒在分度圓處的周向齒厚等于齒槽寬。如圖6所示,該齒輪的齒線是一段半徑為Rz的圓弧,每個輪齒沿齒線的法向齒厚相等。弧齒擺線齒輪的基本參數有:模數m,齒數z,分度圓壓力角α,齒廓圓弧半徑r和齒輪圓心到齒輪齒峰圓心的距離b,齒線圓弧半徑Rz。如(ru)圖7所示,弧齒擺線齒輪副在(zai)嚙(nie)合(he)(he)時是齒峰(feng)與(yu)齒谷的嚙(nie)合(he)(he),也就是凹面與(yu)凸面的嚙(nie)合(he)(he),這(zhe)有別于漸開線齒輪凸面與(yu)凸面的嚙(nie)合(he)(he),因此這(zhe)樣的嚙(nie)合(he)(he)傳(chuan)動更加平穩,傳(chuan)動的功率更大。

弧(hu)齒(chi)擺線齒(chi)輪分度(du)處的(de)(de)圓壓(ya)力α的(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)計(ji)算(在本(ben)專利(li)中(zhong)提到的(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)度(du)均為弧(hu)度(du)制(zhi))。如圖7所(suo)示,二分之(zhi)一個(ge)齒(chi)峰(feng)所(suo)對應的(de)(de)圓心(xin)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為β=π/2z,二分之(zhi)一齒(chi)谷所(suo)對應的(de)(de)圓心(xin)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)也為β=π/2z,對應的(de)(de)分度(du)圓半徑(jing)為a=mz/2,對應的(de)(de)分度(du)圓壓(ya)力角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為α,角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)度(du)γ與(yu)壓(ya)力角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)互余。由三(san)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)形正弦定理得:
