目前(qian),在(zai)變(bian)速(su)器內的行(xing)(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)架結(jie)(jie)構較為簡單,通過在(zai)本體(ti)側面加設圓柱凸(tu)起構成,整體(ti)結(jie)(jie)構單一,在(zai)安裝與運行(xing)(xing)過程中會(hui)因(yin)為安裝效(xiao)果不(bu)佳、本體(ti)質量重等原因(yin)導致運行(xing)(xing)效(xiao)果差、運行(xing)(xing)耗能高(gao),同時這種行(xing)(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)對于安裝與空間配合要求(qiu)也較高(gao)。
傳(chuan)統(tong)行(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)架(jia)加工(gong)(gong)方法(fa)采用鑄造(zao)(zao)、焊接(jie)與機(ji)加工(gong)(gong)相結(jie)合的方法(fa),但存在(zai)(zai)鑄造(zao)(zao)或(huo)焊接(jie)缺陷和(he)(he)內(nei)應力,成(cheng)品機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)較差等(deng)(deng)問(wen)題。而采用熱鍛和(he)(he)金加工(gong)(gong)相結(jie)合的新工(gong)(gong)藝,行(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)架(jia)機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)提高(gao)(gao)了,但存在(zai)(zai)表(biao)面易(yi)形成(cheng)氧化皮,機(ji)加工(gong)(gong)切(qie)削量較大、能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗大等(deng)(deng)缺陷。因此,目(mu)前存在(zai)(zai)的行(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)架(jia)加工(gong)(gong)方法(fa)存在(zai)(zai)機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)差,材(cai)料利用率(lv)相對(dui)較低(di),能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗高(gao)(gao)等(deng)(deng)缺點,不符合節能(neng)(neng)(neng)環保、綠色制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)的發展趨(qu)勢。

d、車(che)孔:精加(jia)工中心孔至(zhi)尺寸要求(qiu);
e、拋丸(wan)、磷皂化(hua):除油(you)銹--水清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)--酸洗(xi)(xi)--水清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)--磷化(hua)--水清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)--干燥--皂化(hua)--風干,產(chan)生磷酸鹽層,降低擠壓(ya)過程中的摩(mo)擦系數;
f、反擠壓:成(cheng)形本體上(shang)的4個弧面片和下沉面;
g、金加工(gong):車削4個弧面(mian)片外端(duan)(duan)面(mian)和(he)上端(duan)(duan)面(mian),鏜下(xia)沉(chen)面(mian)下(xia)端(duan)(duan)面(mian),沖4個軸孔,倒角、去(qu)除毛刺(ci)。
作為優選(xuan),所述的本體的材(cai)料為SAE1020。
作(zuo)為優(you)選,所述(shu)的本體、弧面(mian)片、中心(xin)孔與下(xia)沉(chen)面(mian)的拐角(jiao)處均做倒角(jiao)處理(li)。
作為優選,所述的本(ben)體為一體式成型(xing),無(wu)需后續焊(han)接工序。
優(you)點:解決了鑄(zhu)造(zao)、焊接工藝(yi)存(cun)在的(de)(de)機(ji)械性能差、熱鍛工藝(yi)存(cun)在的(de)(de)表面易氧化(hua)、切削量大等(deng)問(wen)題,抗疲勞性能提(ti)(ti)高了1.5-2倍,材(cai)料利(li)用率(lv)提(ti)(ti)高50%。
